本发明公开了一种新型建筑装饰板材，包括板材本体，板材本体底部设有底板层，底板层底部涂覆耐磨涂层，底板层上端粘合防潮板，防潮板上端粘合防火板，防火板上端设有加强层，且防火板与加强层之间设置隔音层，加强层上端设置装饰面板层，本发明结构简单、制作成本低，具有耐火、防潮、隔音、耐磨的优点，使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及装饰板材技术领域，具体为一种新型建筑装饰板材。
背景技术
现代社会高速发展，各种类型建筑如雨后春笋拔地而起，用于建筑表面的装饰板需求不断增强。建筑装饰板是铺设或涂装在建筑物表面起装饰和美化环境作用的材料，它集材料、工艺、造型设计、美学于一身的材料，是建筑装饰工程的重要物质基础。目前市面上的建筑装饰板的种类很多，但是在防火、防水效果不好，而且很多装饰板容易变形，使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型建筑装饰板材，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种新型建筑装饰板材, 包括板材本体，所述板材本体底部设有底板层，所述底板层底部涂覆耐磨涂层，所述底板层上端粘合防潮板，所述防潮板上端粘合防火板，所述防火板上端设有加强层，且所述防火板与加强层之间设置隔音层，所述加强层上端设置装饰面板层。
优选的，所述防潮板包括中间板层、吸湿发泡层、面板层；所述吸湿发泡层位于中间板层的外表面，所述面板层位于吸湿发泡层的外表面；所述吸湿发泡层为高吸水树脂层，并在该吸湿发泡层上设有若干细孔。
优选的，所述防火板包括板本体，所述板本体上端面涂覆酚醛树脂涂层，下端面依次设置无机轻质纤维层、有机轻质纤维层和耐火粘土层。
优选的，所述隔音层采用隔音阻尼毡。
优选的，所述加强层内设有多根横向加强筋。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：本发明结构简单、制作成本低，具有耐火、防潮、隔音、耐磨的优点，使用寿命长；本发明采用的防潮板吸湿效果好，能够有效调节室内的湿度；本发明采用的防火板耐高温性能好，具有保温隔热和防火的优点；本发明采用的隔音层具有隔音、阻尼减振的效果；另外，本发明采用的加强层能够提高板材的承压力，进一步延长了其使用寿命。

请参阅图1-3，本发明提供一种技术方案：一种新型建筑装饰板材, 包括板材本体1，所述板材本体1底部设有底板层2，所述底板层2底部涂覆耐磨涂层3，所述底板层2上端粘合防潮板4，所述防潮板4上端粘合防火板5，所述防火板5上端设有加强层6，且所述防火板5与加强层6之间设置隔音层7，所述加强层6上端设置装饰面板层8；隔音层7采用隔音阻尼毡；加强层6内设有多根横向加强筋17。本发明采用的隔音层具有隔音、阻尼减振的效果；另外，本发明采用的加强层能够提高板材的承压力，进一步延长了其使用寿命。
本实施例中，防潮板4包括中间板层9、吸湿发泡层10、面板层11；所述吸湿发泡层10位于中间板层9的外表面，所述面板层11位于吸湿发泡层10的外表面；所述吸湿发泡层10为高吸水树脂层，并在该吸湿发泡层10上设有若干细孔。本发明采用的防潮板吸湿效果好，能够有效调节室内的湿度。
另外，本实施例中，防火板5包括板本体12，所述板本体12上端面涂覆酚醛树脂涂层13，下端面依次设置无机轻质纤维层14、有机轻质纤维层15和耐火粘土层16。本发明采用的防火板耐高温性能好，具有保温隔热和防火的优点。
本发明结构简单、制作成本低，具有耐火、防潮、隔音、耐磨的优点，使用寿命长。

1.一种新型建筑装饰板材, 包括板材本体（1），其特征在于：所述板材本体（1）底部设有底板层（2），所述底板层（2）底部涂覆耐磨涂层（3），所述底板层（2）上端粘合防潮板（4），所述防潮板（4）上端粘合防火板（5），所述防火板（5）上端设有加强层（6），且所述防火板（5）与加强层（6）之间设置隔音层（7），所述加强层（6）上端设置装饰面板层（8）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型建筑装饰板材，其特征在于：所述防潮板（4）包括中间板层（9）、吸湿发泡层（10）、面板层（11）；所述吸湿发泡层（10）位于中间板层（9）的外表面，所述面板层（11）位于吸湿发泡层（10）的外表面；所述吸湿发泡层（10）为高吸水树脂层，并在该吸湿发泡层（10）上设有若干细孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型建筑装饰板材，其特征在于：所述防火板（5）包括板本体（12），所述板本体（12）上端面涂覆酚醛树脂涂层（13），下端面依次设置无机轻质纤维层（14）、有机轻质纤维层（15）和耐火粘土层（16）。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型建筑装饰板材，其特征在于：所述隔音层（7）采用隔音阻尼毡。
