Abstract
The invention discloses grain screening agricultural machinery equipment and a working method thereof, wherein the grain screening agricultural machinery equipment comprises a grain accommodating chamber, a screening hopper, a screening bin, an air suction channel, an upper blowing device and a discharging channel; the grain accommodating chamber and the screening hopper are integrally arranged in the vertical direction, a screening plate is arranged on a connecting interface of the grain accommodating chamber and the screening hopper, an elastic reset device is arranged on the outer wall of the screening hopper, a grain outlet is arranged at the bottom of the screening hopper, an upper blowing device is arranged right below the grain outlet of the screening hopper, and a discharging channel is formed by the conical outer wall of the upper blowing device and the inner wall of the lower section position of the screening hopper; a plurality of symmetrically arranged air suction channels are communicated with the wall surface of the upper section of the screening bin; the bottom of the grain accommodating chamber is symmetrically provided with a plurality of vertical vibrating devices. The invention provides grain screening agricultural machinery equipment and a working method thereof, which have compact structure, reasonable design and high-efficiency grain screening function.

As shown in figure 1, the grain screening agricultural machinery comprises a grain accommodating chamber 1, a screening hopper 2, a screening bin 11, an air suction channel 4, an upper blowing device 7 and a discharging channel 8; the grain accommodating chamber 1 and the screening hopper 2 are integrally arranged in the vertical direction, a screening plate 10 is arranged on a connecting interface of the grain accommodating chamber 1 and the screening hopper 2, an elastic reset device 3 is arranged on the outer wall of the screening hopper 2, a grain outlet is arranged at the bottom of the screening hopper 2, an upper blowing device 7 is arranged right below the grain outlet of the screening hopper 2, and a blanking channel 8 is formed by the conical outer wall of the upper blowing device 7 and the inner wall of the lower section position of the screening bin 11; a plurality of symmetrically arranged air suction channels 4 are communicated with the upper section wall surface of the screening bin 11; the bottom of the grain containing chamber 1 is symmetrically provided with a plurality of vertical vibrating devices 6, eccentric wheels of the vertical vibrating devices 6 are attached to the lower bottom surface of the grain containing chamber 1, and the grain containing chamber 1 can be driven to vibrate through rotation of the eccentric wheels, so that uniform screening and downslide of grain are realized.
The tail end of the air suction channel 4 is correspondingly provided with an air suction device 5, and chips in grain or light unqualified grains which are shrunken are sucked through the air suction device 5. The grain conveying device 9 is arranged below the blanking channel 8 and can convey qualified grain to a designated area.

The air leakage plate is arranged opposite to the grain outlet and keeps an adjustable distance; and the upper blowing device 7 is adjusted up and down, and the relative distance between the air leakage plate and the grain outlet is adjusted. The screening effect is better when the grain and the grain with different weights, densities, wind stress surface areas and the like are screened.
The screening plate 10 is provided with grain and grain refining holes, the aperture of the grain and grain refining holes is larger than the size of grain and grain, the distribution of the refining holes is sparse in the middle and dense in the periphery, and the design aims to ensure that fewer grains are directly and downwards tapered from the upper channel and the lower channel of the screening hopper under the conical cooperation of the inner wall of the screening hopper, ensure that as much grains as possible slide downwards along the periphery of the inner wall of the screening hopper, form hollow rings when as much as possible of downwards sliding grains reach a grain outlet, and prevent excessive grain radial falling from causing excessive interference to the air leakage plate and other bad factors. In the present invention, the sifting plate 10 may be replaced according to different kinds of cereal grains.
According to the invention, grain and food slide downwards from the screening hopper 2 under the condition of vibration and are discharged from a grain outlet, meanwhile, the air draft device and the upper air blast device 7 are started, a diffusion turbulent air flow is formed in the screening bin and the area between the air leakage plate and the grain outlet, the turbulent air flow causes impact force of diffusing from the center to the periphery on annular grain discharge flow of the grain outlet, the grain flow of the grain is blown away in an upward deflection direction, the blown away grain flow is diffused, and fragments or shrunken light unqualified grains in the diffused grains can be easily sucked away through an air draft channel communicated with the air draft device, and the qualified grains slide downwards from the conical outer wall of the screening hopper 2 to a preset grain transportation area.

Grain screening agricultural machinery equipment, its characterized in that: comprises a grain containing chamber (1), a screening hopper (2), a screening bin (11), an air suction channel (4), an upper blowing device (7) and a discharging channel (8); the grain accommodating chamber (1) and the screening hopper (2) are integrally arranged in the vertical direction, a screening plate (10) is arranged on a connecting interface of the grain accommodating chamber and the screening hopper, an elastic reset device (3) is arranged on the outer wall of the screening hopper (2), a grain outlet is formed in the bottom of the screening hopper (2), an upper blowing device (7) is arranged right below the grain outlet of the screening hopper (2), and a blanking channel (8) is formed by the conical outer wall of the upper blowing device (7) and the inner wall of the lower section of the screening bin (11); a plurality of symmetrically arranged air suction channels (4) are communicated with the wall surface of the upper section of the screening bin (11); a plurality of vertical vibrating devices (6) are symmetrically arranged at the bottom of the grain accommodating chamber (1);
the screening plate (10) is provided with grain refining holes, and the aperture of the grain refining holes is larger than the size of grains;
the upper blowing end of the upper blowing device (7) is provided with a wind leakage plate, the wind leakage plate is provided with a plurality of wind leakage holes, the density distributed in the middle of the wind leakage holes is greater than the density distributed at the periphery, and the aperture of the wind leakage holes is smaller than the size of grains; the distribution of the refining holes is sparse in the middle and dense in the periphery;
the air leakage plate is arranged opposite to the grain outlet and keeps an adjustable distance; and an upper blowing device (7) is adjusted up and down to adjust the relative distance between the air leakage plate and the grain outlet.
