本发明涉及一种空调组定位焊接装置,包括平台、定位块和快速夹钳,在所述平台上设有工装框架,所述工装框架呈长方形,在工装框架上设有横梁和竖梁,所述横梁和竖梁在平台上互相垂直,所述定位块分别固定在横梁和竖梁上,所述快速夹钳分别紧固在横梁和竖梁上。本发明采用定位块,定位块能够使骨架快速定位到要求位置,然后利用快速夹钳实现对工件的压紧,从而提高了产品的生产效率,减轻了劳动成本。

本发明涉及一种工装装置,具体涉及一种空调组定位焊接装置。
背景技术
在加工时,保证尺寸公差是现场生产的一项重要工作,加工多采用手工划线后加工,这种方式效率低、费力,而且保证不了尺寸公差,须购置大型加工设备,后续加工费很高, 增加了人工划线的不稳定性,生产效率,很难将空调安装座准确按放到指定位置。
发明内容
本发明克服现有技术的不足,提出了一种空调组定位焊接装置,骨架组焊工装采用定位块,施工人员可以使骨架快速定位到要求位置,然后利用快速夹钳实现对工件的压紧,从而提高了产品的生产效率,降低了劳动成本。
本发明的技术方案为:一种空调组定位焊接装置,包括平台、定位块和快速夹钳,在所述平台上设有工装框架,所述工装框架呈长方形,在工装框架上设有横梁和竖梁,所述横梁和竖梁在平台上互相垂直,所述定位块分别固定在横梁和竖梁上,所述快速夹钳分别紧固在横梁和竖梁上。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明采用定位块,定位块能够使骨架快速定位到要求位置,然后利用快速夹钳实现对工件的压紧,从而提高了产品的生产效率,减轻了劳动成本。

参见图1至图2所示,本发明包括平台1、定位块2和快速夹钳3,在所述平台1上设有工装框架,所述工装框架呈长方形,在工装框架上设有横梁和竖梁,所述横梁和竖梁在平台上互相垂直,所述定位块2分别固定在横梁和竖梁上,所述快速夹钳3分别紧固在横梁和竖梁上。定位块2保证了骨架的快速定位。快速夹钳3保证了骨架的快速夹紧。
