一种指天椒野生功能嫁接方法
本发明涉及农业蔬菜种植栽培技术领域,特别是一种指天椒野生功能嫁接方法。
传统的指天椒植物种植,抗病能力较弱,对土壤及气候的适应要求较高,本发明旨在改良其优良品种,使之粗生粗种,提高成活率,以及生产操作方便是重要的生产方向之一。
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足之处,提供一种改良指天椒植物功能,抗病能力强,适合多种环境气候而生长的指天椒野生功能嫁接方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明使用如下技术方案予以实施,一种指天椒野生功能嫁接方法,包括野生鬼针草砧木、指天椒接穗,特别之处是,选择分布广泛的野生鬼针草为指天椒嫁接的砧木,接穗用指天椒粗壮半木质化接穗,进行嫁接,劈接及插接等方式都可以,其生存效果没有显著影响,嫁接后成活率高抗病能力强。
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明,本实施例的指天椒野生功能嫁接方法,四月,选取较为粗壮的野生鬼针草离地15厘米处剪断,弃掉上部枝叶,留取下部连根作为砧木,以待嫁接,选取指天椒植物茎秆半木质化、选5至7片真叶的接穗与鬼针草砧木嫁接,成活率达到百份之九十以上,抗病力、温差气候及土壤适应性强。
综上所述,本发明的优点是:操作简便,创制野生鬼针草与指天椒嫁接的优良组合,提高指天椒植物的产量、品质和抗病性能。
