背景技术
南酸枣(Choerospondiasaxillaris(Roxb.)BurttetHill.)为漆树科落叶大乔木,是国家林业局公布的珍贵树种之一和南方重要的用材林,雌雄异株,雌株约占20%,植株开花结果之前难以区分雌株和雄株,江西省崇义县从1989年开始把南酸枣作为经济林来研究,采集或捡拾成熟的果实,去果皮去果核,取南酸枣果实中间的肉,加工成南酸枣糕等食品,故称果用南酸枣,与材用南酸枣区分,目前已形成了果用南酸枣资源收集保存利用,品种选育,丰产配套栽培,果实深度加工等产业链;嫁接技术因树种不同而不同,木本植物嫁接受砧木、接穗、季节、方法、嫁接后处理等因素影响;采用春季椭圆形芽腹接法,用一年生南酸枣实生苗为砧木和已结果南酸枣母树头年生穗条上的芽为接穗,砧木和穗条均为南酸枣树即本砧,成功解决了南酸枣单宁含量高、髓心大等影响嫁接成活率关键因素;相比其它嫁接方法,春季椭圆形芽腹接法具有成活率高、接穗利用率高、操作方便等特点;本专利技术可以提早南酸枣结果5年以上,控制南酸枣结果树比例,从而提高南酸枣每亩鲜果产量,保持南酸枣母树优良性状。
发明内容
为保证南酸枣母本特性和控制结果母树,必须采用无性繁殖方法,嫁接繁殖是一种相对简单的无性繁殖方法,本专利包括砧木选择与处理,嫁接季节,接穗采集与处理,嫁接方法,嫁接后除萌与解膜等内容。
具体实施方式,1、选用一年生南酸枣实生苗作砧木,离地高约30厘米截干;2、采集穗条,头年对结果母树进行标记,嫁接前采集头年生枝条作穗条,要求芽饱满、健壮、未萌动,最好当天采穗当天嫁接,否则要对穗条进行保湿处理;3、选择春季气温13度左右的阴天进行嫁接;4、离地高约30厘米处自上而下削砧木皮层,深达木质部与韧皮部之间,长与宽略比穗芽大;5、削穗条上饱满的芽,略带木质部,长约1厘米,形状似船形;6、将芽部形成层与砧木削口形成层对准连成一体,用薄膜带包扎,密封,露出芽头即可;7、嫁接后发现砧木部分有萌芽时应及时抺除,以免影响接穗正常生长;8、嫁接2个月内应解除嫁接口薄膜,以免影响嫁接口正常生长。

2.嫁接方法,椭圆形芽腹接法,穗芽为略带木质部,形状为椭圆形。
