Abstract

本发明公开了一种电缆连接器屏蔽圈弹簧,设置于直角型电缆连接器中电缆、格兰头之间,为复合式弹簧,由圆柱形弹簧、平面螺旋弹簧复合而成;平面螺旋弹簧置于圆柱形弹簧端部,形成外伸法兰状结构;进一步改进在于:圆柱形弹簧为蛇形弹簧。本发明应用于直角型电缆连接器中时,组装效率高,易于保证组装质量,并能使电缆连接器可靠地接地。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种弹簧,具体涉及一种机床、工业机器人、机械手、工业自动化设备等使用直角型电缆连接器的弹簧。
背景技术
机床、工业机器人、机械手、工业自动化设备等大量使用直角型电缆连接器,电缆从一端伸入直角型电缆连接器中,通过直角型电缆连接器上的格兰头将电缆固定。这种直角型电缆连接器的缺陷在于:组装时,电缆从直角型壳体一端伸入,将电缆端部从直角型壳体另一端伸出,电缆端部与端子连接后,需反向拉动电缆以使电缆端部退回直角型壳体中,此时,电缆上屏蔽层会擦到直角型壳体内壁拐弯处尖角,会损伤电缆上屏蔽层或使电缆上屏蔽层张开。遇到这种情况需重新整理电缆上屏蔽层,重新组装,组装效率低,也难以保证组装质量。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能使直角型电缆连接器组装效率高,易于保证组装质量的电缆连接器屏蔽圈弹簧。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
电缆连接器屏蔽圈弹簧,其改进之处在于:设置于直角型电缆连接器中电缆、格兰头之间,为复合式弹簧,由圆柱形弹簧、平面螺旋弹簧复合而成;所述平面螺旋弹簧置于圆柱形弹簧端部,形成外伸法兰状结构。
上述结构中,所述圆柱形弹簧为蛇形弹簧。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、本发明应用于直角型电缆连接器中时,直角型电缆连接器电缆、格兰头之间从内至外设有铜皮环套、屏蔽圈弹簧,在格兰头作用下,屏蔽圈弹簧的圆柱形弹簧与铜皮环套外壁接触,铜皮环套内壁与电缆屏蔽层外壁接触,平面螺旋弹簧与壳体内孔止口端面接触,这样,通过屏蔽圈弹簧、铜皮环套,使电缆上屏蔽层与金属材质的壳体电性连接,从而使得电缆连接器可靠地接地。
2、应用本发明的直角型电缆连接器在组装时,用铜皮包裹电缆屏蔽层形成铜皮环套,这样组装时,电缆屏蔽层不会与直角型壳体内壁拐弯处尖角接触,不会产生直角型壳体内壁拐弯处尖角损伤电缆上屏蔽层或使电缆上屏蔽层张开现象,因此,组装效率高,易于保证组装质量。
3、圆柱形弹簧为蛇形弹簧,这样,本发明应用于直角型电缆连接器中时,圆柱形弹簧均匀地包紧在铜皮环套外壁,一方面保护电缆屏蔽层,另一方面使得电缆连接器更可靠地接地。

具体实施方式
下面根据附图并结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
附图所示的电缆连接器屏蔽圈弹簧,设置于直角型电缆连接器中电缆、格兰头之间,为复合式弹簧,由圆柱形弹簧1、平面螺旋弹簧2复合而成,本实施例中,圆柱形弹簧1为蛇形弹簧;平面螺旋弹簧2置于圆柱形弹簧1端部,形成外伸法兰状结构。
当然,其它实施例中,圆柱形弹簧1也可采用螺旋形弹簧,在应用于直角型电缆连接器中时,也可以使电缆上屏蔽层与金属材质的壳体电性连接,从而使得直角型电缆连接器可靠地接地,但采用螺旋形弹簧的圆柱形弹簧1不如采用蛇形弹簧的圆柱形弹簧1均匀地包紧在铜皮环套外壁。

1.一种电缆连接器屏蔽圈弹簧,其特征在于:设置于直角型电缆连接器中电缆、格兰头之间,为复合式弹簧,由圆柱形弹簧(1)、平面螺旋弹簧(2)复合而成;所述平面螺旋弹簧(2)置于圆柱形弹簧(1)端部,形成外伸法兰状结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电缆连接器屏蔽圈弹簧,其特征在于:所述圆柱形弹簧(1)为蛇形弹簧。
