背景技术
随着机床切削加工技术的发展,人们发现,机床工作液的性能对切削效果的影响至关重要。目前,市场上的机床工作液,由于其配方及组分比例不合理,在机床加工作业时,往往在切削工艺过程中造成锈蚀机床、气味大、泡沫多、有效时间短、效率低等技术问题,影响机床的切削效果。
现市场上的机床工作液有如下缺点 :
1、水基机床工作液割出来的工件呈黄色不易清洗干净,影响零件的后序加工;
2、工件和机床容易生锈,不润滑;
3、工作液有效时间短,效率低,使用2天左右效率明显下降;
4、气味大,泡沫太多,影响技术员操作环境和具体操作;
5、工作液原液有成团现象,难溶水,质量明显下降,在冬天低温下特别明显。
6、机床油漆容易脱落,易伤手。

但是上述工作液在制造和使用的过程中,由于无冷却降温作用,不能降低工件与机床接触面的温度,从而使工件变形,且无粘性、到处滴落,没有润滑作用,会增加机床和工件之间的额外磨损,带来使用上的不便。
发明内容
本发明的所要解决的技术问题是提供一种新型机床工作液配方及其配制工艺,以解决现有技术中在切削工艺过程中造成锈蚀机床、气味大、泡沫多、有效时间短、效率低、不润滑、温度高的缺陷。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明提供的一种新型机床工作液配方,所述新型机床工作液的重量份比:石油磺酸钠 2-8 份 、石油磺酸钡10-14份、二乙醇胺15-21份、三乙醇胺 2-6份 、乙二胺四乙酸4-8份、十二烯基丁二酸 20-30份 、十二烷基硫酸钠 7-13 份 、食用苯甲酸钠 9-15 份 、聚乙二醇 4-6份 、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚 8-10份 、磷酸钠 3-5 份、松香 2-4 份 、消泡剂 3-5份 、余量为去离子水。
优选的,所述的消泡剂采用硅油、石蜡烃、辅助消泡组分、乳化剂、分散剂、溶剂和其他添加剂的混合物。

(2)在步骤(1)中得到的初步混合液中依次加入聚乙二醇、磷酸钠、食用苯甲酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基硫酸钠、消泡剂、乙二胺四乙酸、松香和去离子水,得到待搅拌混合液;
(3)将步骤(2)中得到的待搅拌混合液加入到液体混合搅拌机内,搅拌 3-4 小时,得到成品机床工作液。
优选的,所述的步骤(1)中的混合搅拌加温至90-100℃,保温2-3小时,温度降至40-60℃。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明中切削液不含亚硝酸钠、机油、重金属,不脱油漆,不伤手,各组分比例合理,气味小、泡沫少、对机床漆面无锈蚀,有效时间长、效率高、通用性强,能够适用于各种机床;
2、此工作液原液易溶于水,易清洗,不会让机床和工件生锈,有防腐蚀作用;
3、此工作液有粘性、不到处滴落,还有润滑作用,能减少机床和工件之间的额外磨损;
4、此工作液有冷却降温作用,能降低工件与机床接触面的温度,使工件不变形。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明做进一步详细说明。
实施例1
一种新型机床工作液配方,所述新型机床工作液的重量份比:石油磺酸钠 2份 、石油磺酸钡14份、二乙醇胺15份、三乙醇胺 6份 、乙二胺四乙酸6份、十二烯基丁二酸 25份 、十二烷基硫酸钠 7份 、食用苯甲酸钠 12份 、聚乙二醇 5份 、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚 8份 、磷酸钠 5 份 、松香3份 、消泡剂 3份 、去离子水50份。
在本发明中,所述的消泡剂采用硅油、石蜡烃、辅助消泡组分、乳化剂、分散剂、溶剂和其他添加剂的混合物。
在本发明中,所述的其他添加剂包括颜料、防腐剂、防霉剂、香料、抗氧化剂。
在本发明中,所述消泡剂的生产步骤:取二甲基硅油、液体石蜡、丙三醇,将它们按照顺序加入到反应釜中,在90℃恒温搅拌30分钟后,再加入聚异丁烯,继续恒温搅拌20分钟,在一个小时内分5次加入吐温-80,然后加入80℃的去离子水,恒温搅拌一个小时后冷却至室温,即可得消泡剂。
一种新型机床工作液配方的配制工艺,配制工艺步骤如下:

一种新型机床工作液配方,所述新型机床工作液的重量份比:石油磺酸钠 8 份 、石油磺酸钡10份、二乙醇胺18份、三乙醇胺 4份 、乙二胺四乙酸4份、十二烯基丁二酸 30份 、十二烷基硫酸钠 13 份 、食用苯甲酸钠 9份 、聚乙二醇 6份 、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚 10份 、磷酸钠 3份 、松香 4 份 、消泡剂 4份 、去离子水10份。
在本发明中,所述的消泡剂采用硅油、石蜡烃、辅助消泡组分、乳化剂、分散剂、溶剂和其他添加剂的混合物。
在本发明中,所述的其他添加剂包括颜料、防腐剂、防霉剂、香料、抗氧化剂。

(3)将步骤(2)中得到的待搅拌混合液加入到液体混合搅拌机内,搅拌 3.5 小时,得到成品机床工作液。

Claims (6)

1.一种新型机床工作液配方,其特征是:所述新型机床工作液的重量份比:石油磺酸钠2-8 份 、石油磺酸钡10-14份、二乙醇胺15-21份、三乙醇胺 2-6份 、乙二胺四乙酸4-8份、十二烯基丁二酸 20-30份 、十二烷基硫酸钠 7-13 份 、食用苯甲酸钠 9-15 份 、聚乙二醇 4-6份 、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚 8-10份 、磷酸钠 3-5 份 、松香 2-4 份 、消泡剂 3-5份 、余量为去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型机床工作液配方,其特征在于:所述的消泡剂采用硅油、石蜡烃、辅助消泡组分、乳化剂、分散剂、溶剂和其他添加剂的混合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种新型机床工作液配方,其特征在于:所述的其他添加剂包括颜料、防腐剂、防霉剂、香料、抗氧化剂。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种新型机床工作液配方,其特征在于:所述消泡剂的生产步骤:取二甲基硅油、液体石蜡、丙三醇,将它们按照顺序加入到反应釜中,在90℃恒温搅拌30分钟后,再加入聚异丁烯,继续恒温搅拌20分钟,在一个小时内分5次加入吐温-80,然后加入80℃的去离子水,恒温搅拌一个小时后冷却至室温,即可得消泡剂。
5.一种根据权利要求1所述的新型机床工作液的配制工艺,其特征在于:配制工艺步骤如下:
(1)依次将二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、石油磺酸钡、十二烯基丁二酸、石油磺酸钠和石油磺酸钡混合搅拌加温,保温一段时间,再降温,即得到初步混合液;
(2)在步骤(1)中得到的初步混合液中依次加入聚乙二醇、磷酸钠、食用苯甲酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基硫酸钠、消泡剂、乙二胺四乙酸、松香和去离子水,得到待搅拌混合液;
(3)将步骤(2)中得到的待搅拌混合液加入到液体混合搅拌机内,搅拌 3-4 小时,得到成品机床工作液。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种新型机床工作液配方的配制工艺,其特征在于:所述的步骤(1)中的混合搅拌加温至90-100℃,保温2-3小时,温度降至 40-60℃。
