Abstract

本发明公开了一种单把手柄的加工工艺,其通过配重件模具进行生产配重件,取白电油和水按1:4的比例混合后,把配重件浸泡在混合溶液中15分钟,捞出配重件放到筛网上晾干直至表面干燥;再把塑料内套模具安装到注塑机设备上,同时在塑料内套模具内嵌入铜螺母;把配重配件和塑料内套模具通过气动压机和定位件在6–8kg的压力下压紧装配在一起形成组合件;把注塑模具安装到注塑机上,通过机械手抓取组合件嵌入注塑模具内进行注塑,注塑后机器自动开模;注塑后的毛坯件进行检查,检查合格后的毛坯件进行电镀,最后用珍珠棉或者泡沫袋包装好再装入防尘箱,本发明的产品整体外观由模具注塑成型,电镀前不需要抛光处理,节省加工材料,工序简单,降低生产成本。

一种单把手柄的加工工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及五金加工技术领域,具体涉及一种单把手柄的加工工艺。
背景技术
一般的金属手柄都采用锌、铜、铝等金属的合金整体实心铸造,采用铸造加工工艺存在以下几个缺陷:
1、压铸后的手柄必须机加工螺丝孔,工艺复杂,消耗的合金材料较多,成本较高,并且整体铸造工艺可能使手柄的各部分材质不够均匀。
2、压铸后的手柄外观需要通过多次的抛光工艺才能电镀,在抛光过程中会产生大量的灰尘,对周边环境和人体健康有很大的伤害。
3、另外各别厂家为了降低生产成本,使用低质量合金生产手柄,手柄抛光处理后也非常粗糙,电镀等级也很低等,使得大量单把手柄质量低下,使用寿命极短,表面容易起泡,进一步影响到组装厂家整套产品的质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种单把手柄的加工工艺,该工艺将配重件内置到塑料单把手柄内部,使塑料单把手柄外壳和配重配件结合在一起,实现产品整体化,同时使手柄自身达到一定重量,实现手感良好效果。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现:一种单把手柄的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)、通过配重件模具进行生产配重件,配重件外径为Φ41.3mm–Φ47.0mm,其上下偏差为±0.2mm,配重件内径为Φ16.0 mm –Φ19.0 mm,其上下偏差为±0.1mm,取白电油和水按1:4的比例混合后,把配重件浸泡在混合溶液中15分钟,然后捞出配重件放到筛网上晾干直至表面干燥,最后用干净抹布把配重块表面擦拭干净,再用气枪把整个配重件表面吹一遍后存放到防尘箱子备用;
(2)、取内径为Φ16.1mm–Φ19.1mm,上下偏差为±0.05mm的塑料内套模具安装到注塑机设备上,同时在塑料内套模具内嵌入M5*5mm的铜螺母,该铜螺母放置到塑料内套模具的模芯镶件台阶贴紧,保证注塑后不能有飞边,因为该铜螺母是用来锁紧单把手和阀芯,注塑时必须保证塑料内套模具周边和顶针孔不能有飞边或者飞边的大小小于0.05 mm;
(3)、把配重配件和塑料内套模具通过气动压机和专门的定位件在6–8kg的压力下压紧装配在一起形成组合件,保证配重件和塑料内套完全贴紧,并把装配好的组合件存放到防尘箱子内;
(4)、把注塑模具安装到注塑机上,再把装配好的组合件按方向摆放在定位工装上便于机械手的抓取,接着注塑机上的机械手抓取摆放在定位工装上的组合件嵌入到注塑模具上,该机械手在嵌入组合件时,其定位精度必须控制在机械手从定位工装位置运动到注塑模具的距离以及把组合件送到模具型腔内的距离的误差均小于0.1mm,才能保证组合件每一次都准确无误的嵌入模具内;另外机械手在要把组合件嵌入模具前,注塑机指令使得模具顶针板先复位机械手才能做嵌入动作,机械手嵌入后自动回位,然后注塑机合模开始注胶,注塑机料桶温度第一段控制在205℃~215℃, 第二段控制在200℃~210℃,第三段控制在200℃~210℃,第四段控制在200℃~205℃,熔融塑料的被注射压力设为第一段70~80Mpa,第二段为80~90Mpa,第三段压力为100~110Mpa,熔融塑料被注射时的最大流动速度比值第一段为30%~38%,第二段为45%~55%,第三段为18%~25%,注射时间为9.5~10.5秒,模腔内塑胶的定型冷却时间为50~65秒,冷却时间到达后机器自动开模,即完成整个注胶过程;
(5)、把步骤(4) 注塑后的毛坯件进行检查,检查毛坯件的外观是否有毛刺、飞边、麻点、气泡、银丝、缩水、注不满、翘曲、烧黑、变形或者明显合模线等不良现象,表面色泽是否一致,必须完全没有以上现象才是合格毛坯;
(6)、把步骤(5) 检验合格后的毛坯件进行电镀,电镀后的单把手柄件测试以ASS试验24H9级标准,最后用珍珠棉或者泡沫袋包装好再装入防尘箱。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点及有益效果:
1、通过以上所述方案生产的单把手柄,外壳为ABS塑料,内部为含有重量的配重件,而且可以达到把配重件全密封封闭,实现产品整体化。
2、通过以上所述方案生产的单把手柄,产品整体外观由模具注塑成型,电镀前不需要抛光处理,产品外观更加协调美观,同时可以起到降低成本和环保的作用;
3、通过以上所述方案生产的单把手柄,节省加工材料,工序简单,降低生产成本,比以往锌合金生产的单把手柄价格更加优惠,能给客户带来更加的实惠。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步地详细说明,但本发明的实施方式不限于此,在不脱离本发明上述技术思想情况下,根据本领域普通技术知识和惯用手段,做出各种替换和变更,均应包括在本发明的范围内。
实施例1:
一种单把手柄的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)、通过配重件模具进行生产配重件,配重件外径为Φ41.8mm,配重件内径为Φ16.5mm,取白电油和水按1:4的比例混合后,把配重件浸泡在混合溶液中15分钟,然后捞出配重件放到筛网上晾干直至表面干燥,最后用干净抹布把配重块表面擦拭干净,再用气枪把整个配重件表面吹一遍后存放到防尘箱子备用;
(2)、取内径为Φ16.6mm的塑料内套模具安装到注塑机设备上,同时在塑料内套模具内嵌入M5*5mm的铜螺母,该铜螺母放置到塑料内套模具的模芯镶件台阶贴紧,保证注塑后不能有飞边,因为该铜螺母是用来锁紧单把手和阀芯的,注塑时必须保证塑料内套模具周边和顶针孔不能有飞边或者飞边的大小小于0.05 mm;
(3)、把配重配件和塑料内套模具通过气动压机和专门的定位件在6–8kg的压力下压紧装配在一起形成组合件,保证配重件和塑料内套完全贴紧,并把装配好的组合件存放到防尘箱子内;
(4)、把注塑模具安装到注塑机上,再把装配好的组合件按方向摆放在定位工装上便于机械手的抓取,接着注塑机上的机械手抓取摆放在定位工装上的组合件嵌入到注塑模具上,该机械手在嵌入组合件时,其定位精度必须控制在机械手从定位工装位置运动到注塑模具的距离以及把组合件送到模具型腔内的距离的误差均小于0.1mm,才能保证组合件每一次都准确无误的嵌入模具内;另外机械手在要把组合件嵌入模具前,注塑机指令使得模具顶针板先复位机械手才能做嵌入动作,机械手嵌入后自动回位,然后注塑机合模开始注胶,注塑机料桶温度第一段控制在208℃, 第二段控制在205℃,第三段控制在205℃,第四段控制在200℃,熔融塑料的被注射压力设为第一段73Mpa,第二段为84Mpa,第三段压力为105Mpa,熔融塑料被注射时的最大流动速度比值第一段为33%,第二段为48%,第三段为20%,注射时间为9.5秒,模腔内塑胶的定型冷却时间为55秒,冷却时间到达后机器自动开模,即完成整个注胶过程;
(5)、把步骤(4) 注塑后的毛坯件进行检查,检查毛坯件的外观是否有毛刺、飞边、麻点、气泡、银丝、缩水、注不满、翘曲、烧黑、变形或者明显合模线等不良现象,表面色泽是否一致,必须完全没有以上现象才是合格毛坯;
(6)、把步骤(5) 检验合格后的毛坯件进行电镀,电镀后的单把手柄件测试以ASS试验24H9级标准,最后用珍珠棉或者泡沫袋包装好再装入防尘箱。
实施例2:
一种单把手柄的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)、通过配重件模具进行生产配重件,配重件外径为Φ46.5mm,配重件内径为Φ18.5mm,取白电油和水按1:4的比例混合后,把配重件浸泡在混合溶液中15分钟,然后捞出配重件放到筛网上晾干直至表面干燥,最后用干净抹布把配重块表面擦拭干净,再用气枪把整个配重件表面吹一遍后存放到防尘箱子备用;
(2)、取内径为Φ18.6mm的塑料内套模具安装到注塑机设备上,同时在塑料内套模具内嵌入M5*5mm的铜螺母,该铜螺母放置到塑料内套模具的模芯镶件台阶贴紧,保证注塑后不能有飞边,因为该铜螺母是用来锁紧单把手和阀芯的,注塑时必须保证塑料内套模具周边和顶针孔不能有飞边或者飞边的大小小于0.05 mm;
(3)、把配重配件和塑料内套模具通过气动压机和专门的定位件在6–8kg的压力下压紧装配在一起形成组合件,保证配重件和塑料内套完全贴紧,并把装配好的组合件存放到防尘箱子内;
(4)、把注塑模具安装到注塑机上,再把装配好的组合件按方向摆放在定位工装上便于机械手的抓取,接着注塑机上的机械手抓取摆放在定位工装上的组合件嵌入到注塑模具上,该机械手在嵌入组合件时,其定位精度必须控制在机械手从定位工装位置运动到注塑模具的距离以及把组合件送到模具型腔内的距离的误差均小于0.1mm,才能保证组合件每一次都准确无误的嵌入模具内;另外机械手在要把组合件嵌入模具前,注塑机指令使得模具顶针板先复位机械手才能做嵌入动作,机械手嵌入后自动回位,然后注塑机合模开始注胶,注塑机料桶温度第一段控制在210℃, 第二段控制在208℃,第三段控制在210℃,第四段控制在203℃,熔融塑料的被注射压力设为第一段76Mpa,第二段为87Mpa,第三段压力为110Mpa,熔融塑料被注射时的最大流动速度比值第一段为35%,第二段为50%,第三段为22%,注射时间为10秒,模腔内塑胶的定型冷却时间为60秒,冷却时间到达后机器自动开模,即完成整个注胶过程;
(5)、把步骤(4) 注塑后的毛坯件进行检查,检查毛坯件的外观是否有毛刺、飞边、麻点、气泡、银丝、缩水、注不满、翘曲、烧黑、变形或者明显合模线等不良现象,表面色泽是否一致,必须完全没有以上现象才是合格毛坯;
(6)、把步骤(5) 检验合格后的毛坯件进行电镀,电镀后的单把手柄件测试以ASS试验24H9级标准,最后用珍珠棉或者泡沫袋包装好再装入防尘箱。

Claims (1)

1.一种单把手柄的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)、通过配重件模具进行生产配重件,配重件外径为Φ41.3mm–Φ47.0mm,其上下偏差为±0.2mm,配重件内径为Φ16.0 mm –Φ19.0 mm,其上下偏差为±0.1mm,取白电油和水按1:4的比例混合后,把配重件浸泡在混合溶液中15分钟,然后捞出配重件放到筛网上晾干直至表面干燥,最后用干净抹布把配重块表面擦拭干净,再用气枪把整个配重件表面吹一遍后存放到防尘箱子备用;
(2)、取内径为Φ16.1mm–Φ19.1mm,上下偏差为±0.05mm的塑料内套模具安装到注塑机设备上,同时在塑料内套模具内嵌入M5*5mm的铜螺母,将铜螺母放置到塑料内套模具的模芯镶件台阶贴紧;
(3)、把配重配件和塑料内套模具通过气动压机和专门的定位件在6–8kg的压力下压紧装配在一起形成组合件,并把装配好的组合件存放到防尘箱子内;
(4)、把注塑模具安装到注塑机上,再把装配好的组合件按方向摆放在定位工装上便于机械手的抓取,接着注塑机上的机械手抓取摆放在定位工装上的组合件嵌入到注塑模具上,该机械手在嵌入组合件时,其定位精度必须控制在机械手从定位工装位置运动到注塑模具的距离以及把组合件送到模具型腔内的距离的误差均小于0.1mm,才能保证组合件每一次都准确无误的嵌入模具内;另外机械手在要把组合件嵌入模具前,注塑机指令使得模具顶针板先复位机械手才能做嵌入动作,机械手嵌入后自动回位,然后注塑机合模开始注胶,注塑机料桶温度第一段控制在205℃~215℃, 第二段控制在200℃~210℃,第三段控制在200℃~210℃,第四段控制在200℃~205℃,熔融塑料的被注射压力设为第一段70~80Mpa,第二段为80~90Mpa,第三段压力为100~110Mpa,熔融塑料被注射时的最大流动速度比值第一段为30%~38%,第二段为45%~55%,第三段为18%~25%,注射时间为9.5~10.5秒,模腔内塑胶的定型冷却时间为50~65秒,冷却时间到达后机器自动开模,即完成整个注胶过程;
(5)、把步骤(4) 注塑后的毛坯件进行检查;
(6)、把步骤(5) 检验合格后的毛坯件进行电镀,电镀后的单把手柄件测试以ASS试验24H9级标准,最后用珍珠棉或者泡沫袋包装好再装入防尘箱。
