技术领域
本发明属于中药制剂领域，具体涉及一种用于治疗颈腰腿痛的中药组合物，特别是供颈腰腿痛患者使用的中药组合物及其制备方法的领域。
背景技术
据有关资料显示：颈腰腿痛是疼痛科经常遇到的一大类疾病。可以占日常门诊量的三分之一。颈腰腿痛的原因，包括间盘源性，椎管骨性狭窄，滑脱，黄韧带肥厚，小关节疾患、骨质疏松、椎管内占位( 包括髓内和髓外肿瘤)，神经根纤维瘤、间盘感染、免疫源性(如类风湿性关节炎)、脊柱结核，手术失败综合症，骶髂关节炎，带状疱疹感染腰部，盆腔疾病等。颈腰腿痛临床治疗一般采用先进微创手术治疗，常见的治疗手段有胶原酶溶解( 包括椎管内、CT 下靶点)、射频靶点热凝治疗，有的治疗采用长期硬膜外带泵激素局麻药治疗，还有针刀、注射、三维牵引治疗等。微创治疗效果较好，但微创方法都有自己严格的适应症，应用范围较窄，不适合长期治疗和预后治疗。而且微创治疗设备投入较大，在我国偏远经济不发达地区微创治疗手段还未得到广泛的应用。
那么，就如何找到一种可有效治疗上述颈腰腿痛的中药组合物，是本领域技术人员亟待要解决的问题。

独活30～100g、桑寄生100～160g、防风50～100g、细辛50～160g、穿山龙60～100g、川芎50～100g、当归80～160g、白芍100～200g、瞿麦90～160g、生地黄100～360g、牛膝150～260g、杜仲150～260g、威灵仙60～90g、桂枝20～70g、茯苓150～260g、党参150～260g、香附80～160g、甘草30～70g、全蝎40～75g、蜈蚣30～75g、乳香50～160g、五灵脂50～120g、蒲公英100～320g。

A、将上述原料中药拣去杂质、粉尘及干燥后，按照质量份比共研为极细末待用；
B、按照传统制备中药胶囊剂的方法，将研磨好的极细末药物过筛后，放入药器中混合均匀，然后制备成胶囊剂（其胶囊锁合后总长度为23.3mm，药粉容量0.4～0.5g/粒），进而分装密封即可。

细辛，性味：辛、温，具有祛风散寒、通窍止痛、温肺化饮之功效，用于治疗风寒感冒、头痛、牙痛、鼻塞鼻渊、风湿痹痛、痰饮喘咳；
穿山龙，性味：平、苦，具有祛风除湿、活血通络、止咳之功效，用于治疗风湿痹前、肢体麻木、胸痹心痛、慢性气管炎、跌打损伤、虐疾、痈肿等症；
川芎，性味：辛、温，具有行气开郁、法风燥湿、活血止痛之功效，用于治疗风冷头痛旋晕、胁痛腹疼、寒痹筋挛、经闭、难产、产后瘀阻块痛、痈疽疮疡、月经不调、瘕腹痛、胸胁刺痛、跌扑肿痛、风湿痹痛；
当归，性味：性温、味甘辛, 具有补血和血、调经止痛、润燥滑肠之功效，用于治疗血虚、面色萎黄、眩晕心悸、血虚、或兼有瘀滞的月经不调、经闭、痛经、虚寒性腹痛、冠心病心绞痛、风湿痹痛、跌打损伤；

牛膝，性味：苦、酸、性平，具有补肝肾、强筋骨、活血通经、引敌国（火)下行、利尿通淋之功效，用于治疗腰膝酸痛、下肢痿软、血滞经闭、痛经、产后血瘀腹痛、徵瘕、胞衣不下、热淋、血淋、跌打损伤、痈肿恶疮、咽喉肿痛；
杜仲，性味：甘、微辛、性温，具有补肝肾、强筋骨、安胎之功效，用于治疗腰脊酸疼、阳痿、尿频、小便余沥、风湿痹痛、胎动不安、习惯性流产；
威灵仙，性味：味辛、咸、微苦、性温，小毒，具有祛风除湿、通络止痛之功效，用于治疗主治风湿痹痛、肢体麻木、筋脉拘挛、屈伸不利、脚气肿痛、疟疾、骨哽咽喉、并治痰饮积聚；
桂枝，性味：辛、甘、性温，具有散寒解表、温通经脉、通阳化气之功效，用于治疗风寒表证、寒湿痹痛、四肢厥冷、经闭痛经、癥瘕结块、胸痹、心悸、痰饮、小便不利；
茯苓，性味：甘、淡、平，具有渗湿利水、健脾和胃、宁心安神之功效，用于治疗小便不利、水肿胀满、痰饮咳逆、呕吐、脾虚食少、泄泻、心悸不安、失眠健忘、遗精白浊；

香附，性味：味辛、微寒，无毒，具有理气解郁、调经止痛、安胎之功效，用于治疗胁肋胀痛、乳房胀育、疝气疼痛、月经不调、脘腹痞满疼痛、嗳气吞酸、呕恶、经行腹痛、崩漏带下、胎动不安、肝郁气滞、消化不良，经闭痛经；
甘草，性味：甘、平，具有益气补中、缓急止痛、润肺止咳、泻火解毒、调和诸药之功效，用于治疗倦怠食少、肌瘦面黄、心悸气短、腹痛便溏、四肢挛急疼痛、脏躁、咳嗽气喘、咽喉肿痛、痈疮肿痛、小儿胎毒及药物、食物中毒；
全蝎，性味：味辛、性平，有毒，具有祛风止痉、通络止痛、玫毒散结之功效，用于治疗小儿惊风、抽搐痉挛、中风口、半身不遂、破伤风、风湿顽痹、偏正头痛、牙痛、耳聋、痈肿疮毒、瘰疬痰核、蛇咬、烧伤、风疹、顽癣等症；
蜈蚣，性味：味辛、性温，有毒，具有祛风止痉、通络止痛、攻毒散结之功效，用于治疗惊风、癫痫、痉挛抽搐、中风口、破伤风、风湿顽痹、偏正头痛、毒蛇咬伤、疮疡、瘰疬等症；
乳香，性味：辛苦、温，具有调气活血、定痛、追毒之功效，用于治疗气血凝滞、心腹疼痛、痈疮肿毒、跌打损伤、痛经、产后瘀血刺痛等病症；
五灵脂，性味：味苦、甘、性温，具有活血止痛、化瘀止血、消积解毒之功效，用于治疗心腹血气诸痛、妇女闭经、产后瘀滞腹痛、崩漏下血、小儿疳积、蛇蝎蜈蚣咬伤；
蒲公英，性味：味苦、甘、性寒，具有清热解毒、消痈散结之功效，用于治疗乳痈、肺痈、肠痈、痄腮、疔毒疮肿、目赤肿痛、感冒发热、咳嗽、咽喉肿痛、胃火、肠炎、痢疾、肝炎、胆吓炎、尿路感染、蛇虫咬伤。
本发明药物是基于中医治疗颈腰腿痛的原则，从依据颈腰腿痛的病理机制及药理作用认为：就颈腰腿痛，本发明所提供的药物中的各原料中药药效共奏，对上述疾病有很好的治疗效果。
具体实施方式
本发明就是针对上述颈腰腿痛的治疗而提出的一种中药配方，采用该配方制备的药物药效好，见效快，是一个标本兼治的中药组方，特别适合临床使用。下面结合本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的描述：

实施例2：
一种用于治疗颈腰腿痛的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
独活90g、桑寄生140g、防风90g、细辛140g、穿山龙90g、川芎90g、当归140g、白芍170g、瞿麦140g、生地黄320g、牛膝230g、杜仲230g、威灵仙85g、桂枝60g、茯苓230g、党参230g、香附140g、甘草60g、全蝎65g、蜈蚣65g、乳香140g、五灵脂105g、蒲公英280g。
实施例3：
一种用于治疗颈腰腿痛的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
独活100g、桑寄生160g、防风100g、细辛160g、穿山龙100g、川芎100g、当归160g、白芍200g、瞿麦160g、生地黄360g、牛膝260g、杜仲260g、威灵仙90g、桂枝70g、茯苓260g、党参260g、香附160g、甘草70g、全蝎75g、蜈蚣75g、乳香160g、五灵脂120g、蒲公英320g。
典型病例
经临床诊断治疗颈腰腿痛患者共1380例，年龄为52岁以上的755例，只有625例为52岁以下。1380例患者中痊愈的1315例，有效的65例，总有效率达100%。

独活30～100g、桑寄生100～160g、防风50～100g、细辛50～160g、穿山龙60～100g、川芎50～100g、当归80～160g、白芍100～200g、瞿麦90～160g、生地黄100～360g、牛膝150～260g、杜仲150～260g、威灵仙60～90g、桂枝20～70g、茯苓150～260g、党参150～260g、香附80～160g、甘草30～70g、全蝎40～75g、蜈蚣30～75g、乳香50～160g、五灵脂50～120g、蒲公英100～320g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于治疗颈腰腿痛的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
