本发明公开了一种球笼式等速万向节,包括主动轴、后座和保持架,所述主动轴右端安装在外罩内部,所述后座外侧安装有大钢带箍,所述后座与外罩外侧表面均设置有填充层,所述后座右侧与从动轴相连接,所述保持架右侧通过卡环安装有星形套,且保持架安装在外罩内部,所述星形套上设置有放置槽,且放置槽内安置有钢球,所述钢球外侧设有外滚道。该球笼式等速万向节外罩左侧设置为弧形结构,减少了棱角,从而减少油灰存储的缝隙,既方便清理,避免影响工作时摩擦产生的热量的散发,而且,外罩和后座设置为一体式结构,一体式的结构,一方面增强了刚性,增加了使用寿命,另一方面减少了两者固定时产生的缝隙,进一步减少了表面油灰的含量。

技术领域
本发明涉及万向节技术领域,具体为一种球笼式等速万向节。
背景技术
万向节即万向接头,是实现变角度动力传递的机件,用于需要改变传动轴线方向的位置,它是汽车驱动系统的万向传动装置的“关节”部件。万向节与传动轴组合,称为万向节传动装置。在前置发动机后轮驱动的车辆上,万向节传动装置安装在变速器输出轴与驱动桥主减速器输入轴之间,而前置发动机前轮驱动的车辆省略了传动轴,万向节安装在既负责驱动又负责转向的前桥半轴与车轮之间。
目前市场上的万向节种类数量已经有了不少,但是现有的万向节长时间使用后表面会积满油灰,既不方便人工清理,又影响工作时摩擦产生的热量的散发,而且,汽车运行中路面不平产生跳动,对万向节会产生一定的冲击力,缩短使用寿命,同时,在生产、运输和使用的过程中,固定座难免会遇到磕磕碰碰,缺少防护措施,使用寿命低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种球笼式等速万向节,以解决现有的万向节长时间使用后表面会积满油灰,既不方便人工清理,又影响工作时摩擦产生的热量的散发,而且,汽车运行中路面不平产生跳动,对万向节会产生一定的冲击力,缩短使用寿命的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案一种球笼式等速万向节,包括主动轴、后座和保持架,所述主动轴右端安装在外罩内部,且主动轴通过小钢带箍固定在外罩左侧,所述后座外侧安装有大钢带箍,且后座设置在外罩右侧,所述后座与外罩外侧表面均设置有填充层,且后座与外罩内侧均设置有填充物,所述后座右侧与从动轴相连接,所述保持架右侧通过卡环安装有星形套,且保持架安装在外罩内部,所述星形套上设置有放置槽,且放置槽内安置有钢球,所述钢球外侧设有外滚道。
优选的,所述外罩左侧设置为弧形结构。
优选的,所述外罩和后座设置为一体式结构。
优选的,所述填充物材质设置为防撞块。
优选的,所述填充层材质设置为塑料薄膜。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该球笼式等速万向节外罩左侧设置为弧形结构,减少了棱角,从而减少油灰存储的缝隙,既方便清理,避免影响工作时摩擦产生的热量的散发,而且,外罩和后座设置为一体式结构,一体式的结构,一方面增强了刚性,增加了使用寿命,另一方面减少了两者固定时产生的缝隙,进一步减少了表面油灰的含量,另外,填充物材质设置为防撞块,增加了防护措施,可以降低该万向节遇到撞击时产生的冲击力,进一步提高了抗冲击力的能力,起到保护的作用,提高使用寿命,而且防撞块采用橡胶压制而成,不仅成本低,耐磨、弹性大,还能保护万向节内部不被损坏。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种球笼式等速万向节,包括主动轴1、小钢带箍2、外罩3、卡环4、大钢带箍5、填充物6、填充层7、从动轴8、后座9、外滚道10、星形套11、钢球12、保持架13和放置槽14,主动轴1右端安装在外罩3内部,且主动轴1通过小钢带箍2固定在外罩3左侧,后座9外侧安装有大钢带箍5,且后座9设置在外罩3右侧,后座9与外罩3外侧表面均设置有填充层7,且后座9与外罩3内侧均设置有填充物6,填充物6材质设置为防撞块,增加了防护措施,可以降低该万向节遇到撞击时产生的冲击力,进一步提高了抗冲击力的能力,起到保护的作用,提高使用寿命,而且防撞块采用橡胶压制而成,不仅成本低,耐磨、弹性大,还能保护万向节内部不被损坏,填充层7材质设置为塑料薄膜,塑料薄膜以其光滑的表面,使得油灰很难吸附在其表面,而且对于部分油灰,工作人员只需在水里添加洗涤剂,对万向节表面冲刷即可,后座9右侧与从动轴8相连接,保持架13右侧通过卡环4安装有星形套11,且保持架13安装在外罩3内部,外罩3左侧设置为弧形结构,减少了棱角,从而减少油灰存储的缝隙,既方便清理,避免影响工作时摩擦产生的热量的散发,外罩3和后座9设置为一体式结构,一体式的结构,一方面增强了刚性,另一方面减少了两者固定时产生的缝隙,从而减少油灰的含量,星形套11上设置有放置槽14,且放置槽14内安置有钢球12,钢球12外侧设有外滚道10。
工作原理:在使用该球笼式等速万向节之前,需要对整个万向节进行简单的结构了解,整个处理的过程大体上可以进行两个部分的划分,首先将主动轴1穿过卡环4、星形套11和保持架13,通过卡环4和外罩3左侧的小钢带箍2将其固定,同时将后座9外侧的大钢带箍5固定,接着星形套11的内表面以内花键与主动轴1连接,它的外表面制有6个弧形的放置槽14作为钢球12的内滚道,外滚道10在后座9内部的表面上,星形套11与球形壳装合后形成的6个滚道内各装1个钢球12,并由保持架13使6个钢球12处于同一平面内,然后动力由主动轴1经过钢球12和后座9传出,从而带动从动轴8。

1.一种球笼式等速万向节,包括主动轴(1)、后座(9)和保持架(13),其特征在于:所述主动轴(1)右端安装在外罩(3)内部,且主动轴(1)通过小钢带箍(2)固定在外罩(3)左侧,所述后座(9)外侧安装有大钢带箍(5),且后座(9)设置在外罩(3)右侧,所述后座(9)与外罩(3)外侧表面均设置有填充层(7),且后座(9)与外罩(3)内侧均设置有填充物(6),所述后座(9)右侧与从动轴(8)相连接,所述保持架(13)右侧通过卡环(4)安装有星形套(11),且保持架(13)安装在外罩(3)内部,所述星形套(11)上设置有放置槽(14),且放置槽(14)内安置有钢球(12),所述钢球(12)外侧设有外滚道(10)。
