Abstract

本发明公开了一种微米银丝抗菌纺织纤维及基于其的抗菌纺织面料,是由含微米银丝的抗菌纺织纤维浆料经UV固化获得微米银丝抗菌纺织纤维;再将抗菌纺织纤维和普通纺织纤维混合后,通过纺纱工序制成抗菌纱线,将抗菌纱线通过针织或者梭织的方法织成抗菌纺织面料。本发明采用UV光固化方式制备抗菌纺织纤维,具有安全高效、环境友好、生产效率高、节约能源的特点;所得抗菌纺织面料具有安全性高、抑菌效果持久、抗菌微米银丝不溢出的特性。

Description

一种微米银丝抗菌纺织纤维及基于其的抗菌纺织面料
技术领域
本发明涉及纺纱技术领域,具体涉及一种微米银丝抗菌纺织纤维及基于其的抗菌纺织面料。
背景技术
纺织品为人类日常生活中必不可少的生活用品。随着社会的发展、经济水平的提高,人们对于生活质量的要求也不断提高。目前普遍使用的纺织品一般分为天然纤维和化学纤维,这些纺织品并不能提供抗菌的性能。人类为了保护自身健康状况、避免疾病,对于功能性纺织品的需求日益旺盛。因此、抗菌的纺织品逐渐成为发展最为迅猛的产品之一。
银的抗菌性能在很早以前就被人们发现和利用。银纤维是将银以分子、原子、离子状态镀到纤维表面或是嵌于纤维内部。研究发现,银纤维能在1h内杀死99.9%的金黄色葡萄球菌,另外银纤维能够对多达650种病菌起到灭菌和抑制的效果。
现有的银抗菌纺织面料多是通过浸泡纳米银溶液后整理得到,其存在使用过程中容易脱落的问题。且由于其纳米级别的极小粒径,容易通过皮肤接触渗入人体内部,对人体造成伤害,如肺癌、胃癌、肝癌、呼吸道炎症等,所以欧美国家对纳米材料用于贴身的纺织品有严格的管控。
现有银纤维的制备过程一般采用电镀的方式,因此存在以下问题:一、耗用金属成本较高;二、电镀膜厚不均匀;三、电镀位置误差较大;四、电镀环境污染严重。
发明内容
本发明是为避免上述现有技术所存在的不足之处,提供了一种工艺简单、安全性高、不易脱落、抗菌性能强的微米银丝抗菌纺织纤维及基于其的抗菌纺织面料,
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明采取了以下技术方案:
本发明首先公开了一种微米银丝抗菌纺织纤维,其是由抗菌纺织纤维浆料经UV固化获得;所述抗菌纺织纤维浆料的各组分按重量份的构成为:
所述微米银丝的直径为1-100微米,长度为10-1000微米。
所述水性UV树脂为水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、水性环氧丙烯酸酯和水性聚酯丙烯酸酯中的至少一种。
上述微米银丝抗菌纺织纤维的制备方法为:
首先按配比将微米银丝、纺织纤维、水性UV树脂、光引发剂和水混合均匀,获得抗菌纺织纤维浆料;然后对所述抗菌纺织纤维浆料进行UV固化,即获得微米银丝抗菌纺织纤维。
本发明还提供了一种抗菌纺织面料,其是由上述的微米银丝抗菌纺织纤维和普通纺织纤维混合后,通过纺纱工序制成抗菌纱线,再将所述抗菌纱线通过针织或者梭织的方法织成的抗菌纺织面料。
微米银丝抗菌纺织纤维中所用的纺织纤维及普通纺织纤维各自独立的选自天然纤维或化学纤维。天然纤维主要包括植物纤维(如棉、木棉、麻、蕉麻、麻、大麻、黄麻)、动物纤维(如绵羊毛、山羊毛、骆驼毛、兔毛、耗牛毛、桑蚕丝);化学纤维包括涤纶、锦纶、腈纶、丙纶、维纶、氯纶等。
在所述抗菌纺织面料中,所用微米银丝抗菌纺织纤维中纺织纤维的类型及普通纺织纤维的类型,以及微米银丝抗菌纺织纤维和普通纺织纤维的混合比例,由所需面料的类型而定。
在所述抗菌纺织面料中,所负载的微米银丝的质量占纺织面料总质量的0.001~2%。
本发明采用的抗菌材料为绿色安全无污染微米银丝,其直径为1-100微米左右、长度达到1000微米甚至更长。微米银丝和纺织纤维互相缠绕粘合,不容易产生脱落溢出,其线性结构不会渗入人体,所以微米银线具有较高安全级别的同时兼具良好的杀菌抑菌特性和持久的抗菌效果。与其他抗菌材料相比,微米银丝具有抗菌性能高、不易产生抗药性的特点,具有很高的安全性。在温暖潮湿的环境里,银离子具有非常高的生物抗菌活性。同时,微米银丝还具有很多优点,如对皮肤没有刺激性,不影响纺织品的使用性能。因此,微米银丝适合用于抗菌功能纺织品的制备。
本发明采用UV光固化方式制备抗菌纤维,其显著优势在于:一、安全、环境友好;二、固化速度快,生产效率高;三、能量利用率高,节约能源。纺织材料中的纤维结构具有大量的羟基、羧基。由于羟基和羧基这种官能团易于反应,因此该种材料结构扩大了粘结剂的选择范围,减少对加工工艺条件的苛刻要求,采用UV固化方式就可以得到多种优异性能的纺织材料。
针对这些特点,可以将微米银丝与各种纺织材料进行混纺,制作抗菌除臭保健内衣、毛巾床单等家纺用品、婴儿服装、医用纺织品等。
本发明的有益效果体现在:
1、本发明提供了一种高效抑菌的纺织面料,该纺织面料对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌的抑菌率在水洗50次之后依然能够达到99.99%。
2、本发明采用UV光固化方式制备抗菌纺织纤维,该方法具有安全高效、环境友好、生产效率高、节约能源的特点。
3、本发明制备的抗菌纺织面料具有安全性高、抑菌效果持久、抗菌微米银丝不溢出的特性。
4、本发明丰富了纺织材料和抗菌材料的复合方式,提供了一种新的方法,促进了抗菌纺织纤维和抗菌面料的发展,为该领域的后续发展提供了良好的基础。

具体实施方式
下面将给出实施例和附图来对本发明的技术方案做清晰的阐述说明。
实施例1
本实施例所用原料型号、厂家如下:
微米银丝,源自合肥微晶材料科技有限公司,直径1-2μm、长度400-500μm;
棉,源自宝龙纺织有限公司;
涤纶,源自苏州市迎湖化纤厂;
氨纶,源自苏州市迎湖化纤厂;
光引发剂Irgacure 2959,源自巴斯夫;
改性环氧丙烯酸酯RJ34715,源自广州市利厚贸易有限公司;
水性脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯RJ821,源自广州市利厚贸易有限公司。
本实施例按如下步骤制备抗菌纺织面料:
a、取微米银丝10g、棉30g、RJ34715改性环氧丙烯酸酯20g、RJ821水性脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯15g、Irgacure 2959光引发剂1g、水20g充分混合均匀,得到抗菌纺织纤维浆料;
b、对抗菌纺织纤维浆料进行UV固化,即获得微米银丝抗菌纺织纤维,如图1所示;
c、将微米银丝抗菌纺织纤维和棉、涤纶、氨纶按照9%:77%:11%:3%的质量比混合,经过纺纱工序制得抗菌纱线,如图2所示;
d、将抗菌纱线通过针织或者梭织的方法织成抗菌纺织面料,如图3所示。
对本实施例所得抗菌纺织面料进行制样,然后在广东省微生物检测中心检测得到抗菌检测报告,如图4所示,可以看出,本实施例所得面料抗菌效果优良。
最后应说明的是:显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引申出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明的保护范围之中。

1.一种微米银丝抗菌纺织纤维,其特征在于:是由抗菌纺织纤维浆料经UV固化获得;所述抗菌纺织纤维浆料的各组分按重量份的构成为:

3.根据权利要求1所述的微米银丝抗菌纺织纤维,其特征在于:所述微米银丝的直径为1-100微米,长度为10-1000微米。
4.根据权利要求1所述的微米银丝抗菌纺织纤维,其特征在于:所述水性UV树脂为水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、水性环氧丙烯酸酯和水性聚酯丙烯酸酯中的至少一种。
5.一种权利要求1~4中任意一项所述的微米银丝抗菌纺织纤维的制备方法,其特征在于:
首先按配比将微米银丝、纺织纤维、水性UV树脂、光引发剂和水混合均匀,获得抗菌纺织纤维浆料;然后对所述抗菌纺织纤维浆料进行UV固化,即获得微米银丝抗菌纺织纤维。
6.一种抗菌纺织面料,其特征在于:是由权利要求1~4中任意一项所述的微米银丝抗菌纺织纤维和普通纺织纤维混合后,通过纺纱工序制成抗菌纱线,再将所述抗菌纱线通过针织或者梭织的方法织成的抗菌纺织面料。
7.根据权利要求6所述的抗菌纺织面料,其特征在于:在所述抗菌纺织面料中,所用微米银丝抗菌纺织纤维中纺织纤维的类型及普通纺织纤维的类型,以及微米银丝抗菌纺织纤维和普通纺织纤维的混合比例,由所需面料的类型而定。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的抗菌纺织面料,其特征在于:在所述抗菌纺织面料中,所负载的微米银丝的质量占纺织面料总质量的0.001~2%。
