Abstract

本发明公开了一种微生物实验防污染式细菌培养装置,包括培养箱、培养皿、橡胶管、截止底座、截止推杆、齿条杆、滑槽、滑轨、齿轮、电机、真空泵和单向阀,橡胶管设置于培养箱的上部与培养箱内外相通,截止底座设置于橡胶管的一侧,截止推杆设置于橡胶管的另一侧,截止推杆与齿条杆的一端固定连接,齿条杆上设置滑槽,滑槽位于滑轨内,齿条杆与齿轮连接,齿轮与电机连接,真空泵通过单向阀与培养箱连接。通过注射器在橡胶管中部进行培养皿的药物添加,添加完以后,通过电机驱动齿条杆,使截止推杆将橡胶管挤压到截止底座上,从而密闭,再通过真空泵进行抽真空,防止培养箱内的污染,操作方便,保证培养结果的准确,具有推广使用的价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种生物实验装置,尤其涉及一种微生物实验防污染式细菌培养装置。
背景技术
细菌培养是一种用人工方法使细菌生长繁殖的技术。细菌在自然界中分布极广,数量大,种类多,它可以造福人类,也可以成为致病的原因。大多数细菌可用人工方法培养,即将其接种于培养基上,使其生长繁殖。培养出来的细菌用于研究、鉴定和应用。细菌培养是一个复杂的技术。现有技术在生物实验中,细菌的培养通常在细菌培养箱中进行,但在添加药剂的过程中,难免会与空气接触或导致其他细菌干扰,从而影响细菌培养结果,因此,存在改进空间。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种微生物实验防污染式细菌培养装置。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
本发明包括培养箱、培养皿、橡胶管、截止底座、截止推杆、齿条杆、滑槽、滑轨、齿轮、电机、真空泵和单向阀,所述培养皿设置于所述培养箱内的底部,所述橡胶管设置于所述培养箱的上部与培养箱内外相通,所述截止底座设置于所述橡胶管的一侧,所述截止推杆设置于所述橡胶管的另一侧,所述截止推杆与所述齿条杆的一端固定连接,所述齿条杆上设置所述滑槽,所述滑槽位于所述滑轨内,所述齿条杆与所述齿轮连接,所述齿轮与所述电机连接,所述真空泵通过所述单向阀与所述培养箱连接。
作为改进,还设置有加湿器和湿度传感器,所述加湿器的加湿器喷口与所述培养箱连接,所述湿度传感器设置于培养箱内并与所述加湿器连接,所述加湿器上设置有加湿器水箱。
作为改进,还设置有温控器和温度传感器,所述温控器的加热头设置于培养箱内,并与所述温控器连接,所述温度传感器设置于培养箱内,并与所述温控器连接。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明是一种微生物实验防污染式细菌培养装置,与现有技术相比,本发明通过注射器在橡胶管中部进行培养皿的药物添加,添加完以后,通过电机驱动齿条杆,使截止推杆将橡胶管挤压到截止底座上,从而密闭,再通过真空泵进行抽真空,防止培养箱内的污染,操作方便,保证培养结果的准确,具有推广使用的价值。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1所示:本发明包括培养箱1、培养皿2、橡胶管3、截止底座4、截止推杆5、齿条杆6、滑槽7、滑轨8、齿轮9、电机10、真空泵11和单向阀12,所述培养皿2设置于所述培养箱1内的底部,所述橡胶管3设置于所述培养箱1的上部与培养箱1内外相通,所述截止底座4设置于所述橡胶管3的一侧,所述截止推杆5设置于所述橡胶管3的另一侧,所述截止推杆5与所述齿条杆6的一端固定连接,所述齿条杆6上设置所述滑槽7,所述滑槽7位于所述滑轨8内,所述齿条杆6与所述齿轮9连接,所述齿轮9与所述电机10连接,所述真空泵11通过所述单向阀12与所述培养箱1连接。通过注射器在橡胶管中部进行培养皿的药物添加,添加完以后,通过电机驱动齿条杆,使截止推杆将橡胶管挤压到截止底座上,从而密闭,再通过真空泵进行抽真空,防止培养箱内的污染,
作为改进,还设置有加湿器13和湿度传感器15,所述加湿器13的加湿器喷口14与所述培养箱1连接,所述湿度传感器15设置于培养箱1内并与所述加湿器13连接,所述加湿器13上设置有加湿器水箱16。通过湿度传感器自动控制加湿器控制培养箱内的湿度。
作为改进,还设置有温控器17和温度传感器19,所述温控器17的加热头18设置于培养箱1内,并与所述温控器17连接,所述温度传感器19设置于培养箱1内,并与所述温控器17连接。通过温度传感器自动控制培养箱内的温度。

1.一种微生物实验防污染式细菌培养装置,其特征在于:括培养箱、培养皿、橡胶管、截止底座、截止推杆、齿条杆、滑槽、滑轨、齿轮、电机、真空泵和单向阀,所述培养皿设置于所述培养箱内的底部,所述橡胶管设置于所述培养箱的上部与培养箱内外相通,所述截止底座设置于所述橡胶管的一侧,所述截止推杆设置于所述橡胶管的另一侧,所述截止推杆与所述齿条杆的一端固定连接,所述齿条杆上设置所述滑槽,所述滑槽位于所述滑轨内,所述齿条杆与所述齿轮连接,所述齿轮与所述电机连接,所述真空泵通过所述单向阀与所述培养箱连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的微生物实验防污染式细菌培养装置,其特征在于:还设置有加湿器和湿度传感器,所述加湿器的加湿器喷口与所述培养箱连接,所述湿度传感器设置于培养箱内并与所述加湿器连接,所述加湿器上设置有加湿器水箱。
3.根据权利要求1所述的微生物实验防污染式细菌培养装置,其特征在于:还设置有温控器和温度传感器,所述温控器的加热头设置于培养箱内,并与所述温控器连接,所述温度传感器设置于培养箱内,并与所述温控器连接。
