Abstract
本发明涉及技术领域,具体涉及一种耐低温热熔胶及其制备方法,包括以下原料以重量份计:丁基橡胶20~55份,增粘树脂10~25份,EVA 10~20份,EBA 10~25份,乙烯丙烯酸酯共聚物5~10份,滑石粉5~10份,受阻酚类抗氧剂0.5~1份,黑色母0.3~0.6份。本发明的耐低温热熔胶以丁基胶为主体的热熔胶,胶片的柔韧性好,即使在‑30℃下还能保证热缩带在展卷时,胶不脆裂,确保了寒带施工的可行性,同时制备方法简单,制备成本低,制得的耐低温热熔胶性能优异,对促进热熔胶的应用发展具有重要意义。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及技术领域,具体涉及一种耐低温热熔胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
中俄输油管道工程,中俄东线输气管道工程是近两年中石油的国家重点管道工程项目,它们穿越吉林省、黑龙江省与俄罗斯管道连接,所到区域极端最低气温达到-42℃,最大冻土深度达到247米,传统的热收缩带热熔胶的低温脆性为-15℃,这样的热熔胶在中俄东线的环境下早已脆裂,必须要保证热熔胶在-50℃的情况不脆裂。
中国专利申请号201010233746.9公开了“一种耐低温热熔胶”,采用了乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、热塑性苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、增粘树脂作为主料。按比例称取各组分物料之后先共混,后进行熔融混炼。此专利优点在于生产的热熔胶固化速度快、加工工艺简单。不足之处在于温度使用范围较窄,仅耐-20℃低温。
现有技术中,由于热熔胶不能在-50℃下进行正常工作,不能适用于极端恶劣环境中,严重阻碍的热熔胶的应用和发展,因此,本发明提供一种原料组分简单,应用便捷,耐低温防腐的热熔胶及其制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种耐低温热熔胶及其制备方法,以丁基胶为主体的热熔胶,胶片的柔韧性好,即使在-30℃下还能保证热缩带在展卷时,胶不脆裂,确保了寒带施工的可行性。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种耐低温热熔胶,包括以下原料以重量份计:
进一步地,包括以下原料以重量份计:30份丁基橡胶,24份增粘树脂,20份EVA,22份EBA,5份乙烯丙烯酸酯共聚物,8份滑石粉,0.5份受阻酚类抗氧剂,0.5份黑色母。
进一步地,所述增粘树脂为石油树脂、a-萜烯树脂、萜烯酚树脂、松香树脂中的至少一种。
进一步地,所述增粘树脂的环球软化点为90~120℃。
上述耐低温热熔胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.称取各原料组分,搅拌混合均匀,造粒,得到造粒胶;
S2.将造粒胶复合在聚乙烯基片上,得到耐低温热熔胶。
进一步地,所述步骤S1中原料通过捏合机混合均匀。
进一步地,所述步骤S1中原料在温度为160~180℃下搅拌混合1.5~2h。
进一步地,所述步骤S2中造粒胶通过四螺杆混炼挤出机复合在聚乙烯基片上。
进一步地,所述四螺杆混炼挤出机自进料口至模头依次设置六段加热区,各区温度依次为70~90℃、90~110℃、125~145℃、130~150℃、130~150℃、130~150℃。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的耐低温热熔胶以丁基胶为主体的热熔胶,胶片的柔韧性好,即使在-30℃下还能保证热缩带在展卷时,胶不脆裂,确保了寒带施工的可行性,同时制备方法简单,制备成本低,制得的耐低温防腐热熔胶性能优异,对促进热熔胶的应用发展具有重要意义。

下面结合具体实施例进一步详细描述本发明的技术方案,但本发明的保护范围不局限于以下所述。
实施例1
一种耐低温热熔胶,包括以下原料以重量份计:30份丁基橡胶,15份萜烯酚树脂(软化点90℃),9份石油树脂,20份EVA,22份EBA,5份乙烯丙烯酸酯共聚物,8份滑石粉,0.5份受阻酚类抗氧剂,0.5份黑色母。在本实施例中,丁基橡胶是日本JSR的268丁基橡胶,门尼粘度为45-55,赋予热熔胶低温柔韧性。
实施例2
一种耐低温热熔胶,包括以下原料以重量份计:20份丁基橡胶,15份萜烯酚树脂,20份EVA,13份EBA,6份乙烯丙烯酸酯共聚物,7份滑石粉,0.6份受阻酚类抗氧剂,0.3份黑色母。
实施例3
一种耐低温热熔胶,包括以下原料以重量份计:36份丁基橡胶,14份松香树脂,11份a-萜烯树脂,10份EVA,18份EBA,5份乙烯丙烯酸酯共聚物,5份滑石粉,0.6份受阻酚类抗氧剂,0.4份黑色母。
实施例4
一种耐低温热熔胶,包括以下原料以重量份计:55份丁基橡胶,19份增粘树脂,12份EVA,18份EBA,10份乙烯丙烯酸酯共聚物,10份滑石粉,0.6份受阻酚类抗氧剂,0.6份黑色母。
实施例5
一种耐低温热熔胶,包括以下原料以重量份计:28份丁基橡胶,14份a-萜烯树脂,8份石油树脂,14份EVA,16份EBA,7份乙烯丙烯酸酯共聚物,8份滑石粉,1份受阻酚类抗氧剂,0.4份黑色母。
一种耐低温热熔胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:S1.称取实施例1中各原料组分,在160~180℃下,通过捏合机搅拌混合熔融1.5~2h,造粒,得到造粒胶;
S2.将造粒胶过四螺杆混炼挤出机复合在聚乙烯基片上,所述四螺杆混炼挤出机自进料口至模头依次设置六段加热区,各区温度依次为70~90℃、90~110℃、125~145℃、130~150℃、130~150℃、130~150℃,得到耐低温热熔胶;将得到的耐低温热熔胶做性能检测,检测结构如表1。

Claims (9)
1.一种耐低温热熔胶,其特征在于,包括以下原料以重量份计:
丁基橡胶 20~55份,
增粘树脂 10~25份,
EVA 10~20份,
EBA 10~25份,
乙烯丙烯酸酯共聚物 5~10份,
滑石粉 5~10份,
受阻酚类抗氧剂 0.5~1份,
黑色母 0.3~0.6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐低温热熔胶,其特征在于,包括以下原料以重量份计:30份丁基橡胶,24份增粘树脂,20份 EVA,22份 EBA,5份乙烯丙烯酸酯共聚物,8份滑石粉,0.5份受阻酚类抗氧剂,0.5份黑色母。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐低温热熔胶,其特征在于,所述增粘树脂为石油树脂、a-萜烯树脂、萜烯酚树脂、松香树脂中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐低温热熔胶,其特征在于,所述增粘树脂的环球软化点为90~120℃。
5.一种如权利要求1~4任意一项所述耐低温热熔胶的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1.称取各原料组分,混合均匀,造粒,得到造粒胶;
S2.将造粒胶复合在聚乙烯基片上,得到耐低温热熔胶。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种耐低温热熔胶的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中原料通过捏合机混合均匀。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种耐低温热熔胶的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中原料在温度为160~180℃下搅拌混合1.5~2h。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种耐低温热熔胶的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中造粒胶通过四螺杆混炼挤出机复合在聚乙烯基片上。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种耐低温热熔胶的制备方法,其特征在于,所述四螺杆混炼挤出机自进料口至模头依次设置六段加热区,各区温度依次为70~90℃、90~110℃、125~145℃、130~150℃、130~150℃、130~150℃。
