Abstract
The invention discloses a block material feeder which comprises a material distributing bin, a crushing bin, a material pushing bin, a material discharging bin and a control device arranged outside the material distributing bin, wherein the upper end of the material distributing bin is provided with a gate which is in circuit connection with the control device, the lower end of the material distributing bin is connected with the material discharging bin, a pair of side plates of the material distributing bin are respectively provided with the material pushing bin and the crushing bin, the material pushing bin is internally provided with a material pushing device, and the material pushing device is used for pushing large blocks of materials in the material distributing bin into the crushing bin; a second notch is formed in a side plate of the distributing bin connected with the crushed aggregates bin, and a moving plate is arranged in the second notch; a crushing device is arranged in the crushing bin; a partition plate is arranged between the distributing bin and the blanking bin, a partition plate is also arranged between the crushing bin and the blanking bin, and blanking holes are formed in the partition plate. The device separates and breaks the bulk materials and then places the bulk materials into the blanking bin, has a simple structure and is convenient for improving the production efficiency and the production quality.

Detailed Description

The block material feeder comprises a material distributing bin 3, a crushing bin 14, a material pushing bin 6, a blanking bin 9 and a control device 2 arranged outside the material distributing bin 3, wherein a gate 1 is arranged at the upper end of the material distributing bin 3, the gate 1 is in circuit connection with the control device 2, the lower end of the material distributing bin 3 is connected with the material discharging bin 9, a material pushing bin 6 and a material crushing bin 14 are respectively arranged on a pair of side plates of the material distributing bin 3, a material pushing device 5 is arranged in the material pushing bin 6, and the material pushing device 5 pushes large materials in the material distributing bin 3 into the crushing bin 14;
a second notch 15 is formed in a side plate of the distributing bin 3 connected with the crushed aggregates bin 14, and a movable plate 12 is arranged in the second notch 15;
a crushing device 13 is arranged in the crushing bin 14;
a partition plate 7 is arranged between the distributing bin 3 and the blanking bin 9, a partition plate 7 is also arranged between the crushing bin 14 and the blanking bin 9, and blanking holes 8 are formed in the partition plate 7.

The size of the pushing plate 50 is the same as that of the first notch 4.
The side plate of the material distributing bin 3 connected with the crushed bin 14 is provided with a movable groove 10, a movable electric telescopic rod 11 is arranged in the movable groove 10, the other end of the movable electric telescopic rod 11 is fixedly connected with a movable plate 12, and the movable electric telescopic rod 11 is in circuit connection with the control device 2.
The inner wall of the distributing bin 3 is provided with a pressure sensor 16, and the pressure sensor 16 is in circuit connection with the control device 2.
