Claims (10)

1. A boxing machine for recovering refractory materials is characterized by comprising a shell (1), a crushing assembly (2), a boxing assembly (5), a discharging assembly (4) and a transmission assembly (6);
the shell (1) comprises a base (101), support legs (102), a crushing cavity (103), a discharging pipe (104) and a discharging hopper (105), wherein the discharging pipe (104) is connected to the bottom of the crushing cavity (103), and the discharging hopper (105) is connected to the top of the crushing cavity; supporting legs (102) are symmetrically connected below the crushing cavity (103), and a base (101) is arranged at the bottom of each supporting leg (102); the crushing cavity (103) is provided with a crushing assembly (2); the discharge pipe (104) is provided with a discharge assembly (4); the boxing assembly (5) is arranged below the discharge pipe (104); the crushing assembly (2) is matched with the boxing assembly (5) through a transmission assembly (6).

The cartoning machine for refractory recycling according to claim 1, wherein the crushing assembly (2) comprises a mounting plate (201), a servo motor (202), a first rotating shaft (203), a first bevel gear (204), a second bevel gear (205), an upper rotating shaft (206), an upper gear (207), a lower gear (208), a lower rotating shaft (209) and a crushing knife (210);
the mounting plate (201) is fixedly connected to the top of the left side of the crushing cavity (103), and a servo motor (202) is arranged below the mounting plate (201); the servo motor (202) is downwards connected with a first rotating shaft (203), and a first bevel gear (204) is arranged on the first rotating shaft (203); an upper rotating shaft (206) and a lower rotating shaft (209) are arranged in the crushing cavity (103) at intervals up and down, and staggered crushing cutters (210) are arranged on the two rotating shafts; the upper rotating shaft (206) penetrates through the crushing cavity (103), the second bevel gear (205) is arranged at the left end, and the second bevel gear (205) is vertically meshed with the first bevel gear (204); an upper gear (207) is arranged on the upper rotating shaft (206), and the upper gear (207) is positioned on the right side of the crushing cavity (103); the lower rotating shaft (209) extends out of the crushing cavity (103) rightwards and is provided with a lower gear (208), and the lower gear (208) is matched with the upper gear (207).
3. The cartoning machine for refractory recycling according to claim 2, wherein the discharge assembly (4) comprises a cylindrical cam (401), a type two roller (402), a first rod (403), a second rod (404), a baffle (405), and a second fulcrum plate (406);
a cylindrical cam (401) is arranged at the right end of the lower rotating shaft (209), the cylindrical cam (401) is matched with a second type roller (402), the second type roller (402) is downwards connected with a first rod (403), and the first rod (403) is leftwards connected with a second rod (404); a vertical second support plate (406) is fixedly connected below the crushing cavity (103), the left end of the second rod (404) vertically penetrates through the second support plate (406) and is provided with a baffle (405), and the baffle (405) is matched with an outlet of the discharge pipe (104).
4. A cartoning machine for refractory recycling according to claim 3, wherein the cartoning assembly (5) comprises a roller (502) rack (501), a roller (502), a conveyor belt (503) and a receiving box (504);
the two rollers (502) are arranged in bilateral symmetry, and the rollers (502) are arranged on the roller (502) frame (501); the rollers (502) are in transmission connection through a conveyor belt (503); the conveyor belt (503) is evenly provided with material receiving boxes (504) at intervals, and the top of each material receiving box (504) is provided with an opening.

The boxing machine for recycling refractory materials according to claim 4, wherein the transmission assembly (6) comprises a first gear (601), a second gear (602), a third support plate (603), a second rotating shaft (604), a third bevel gear (605), a fourth bevel gear (606), a dial (607), a mounting frame (608) and a grooved pulley (609);
a third support plate (603) is arranged in the middle of the left side of the crushing cavity (103), and the bottom end of the first rotating shaft (203) is rotatably connected with the third support plate (603); a first gear (601) is arranged on the first rotating shaft (203); a second rotating shaft (604) is arranged in front of the first rotating shaft (203), the second rotating shaft (604) vertically penetrates through and is rotatably connected with a third support plate (603), a second gear (602) is arranged at the top end of the second rotating shaft (604), and the first gear (601) is matched with the second gear (602); a third bevel gear (605) is arranged at the bottom end of the second rotating shaft (604), and the third bevel gear (605) is vertically meshed with a fourth bevel gear (606); the fourth bevel gear (606) is arranged at the top end of the mounting frame (608), the fourth bevel gear (606) is coaxially connected with a dial (607), the left roller (502) is coaxially connected with a grooved pulley (609), the grooved pulley (609) is located on the front side of the roller (502), and the dial (607) is matched with the grooved pulley (609).

The cartoning machine for refractory recovery according to claim 5, wherein the dial (607) rotates once, the sheave (609) rotates once, the drum (502) rotates a certain angle to move the material receiving box (504) at a fixed distance, and after each movement, an empty material receiving box (504) faces the discharge pipe (104); the cylindrical cam (401) rotates to enable the baffle (405) to move left and right, and the material discharge pipe (104) is blocked or opened; when the discharge pipe (104) is opened, the corresponding grooved wheel (609) does not rotate; when the discharge pipe (104) is blocked, the discharge pipe rotates corresponding to the grooved wheel (609).

Boxing machine for the recovery of refractory materials, as claimed in claim 6, wherein the bottom of said crushing chamber (103) is of a tapered structure with a large top and a small bottom, and the discharge duct (104) is connected to the lowest central part of the bottom of the crushing chamber (103).
8. The cartoning machine for recycling of refractory materials according to claim 6, wherein an outer diameter of an outlet of the discharge pipe (104) is smaller than an outer diameter of a top opening of the receiving box (504).

The boxing machine for recycling refractory materials according to claim 1, further comprising a material passing assembly (3), wherein the material passing assembly (3) comprises a disc cam (301), a type of roller (302), a lifting rod (303), a first support plate (304), a connecting rod (307) and a dredging head (308);
a disc cam (301) is arranged at the right end of the upper rotating shaft (206), and the disc cam (301) is matched with a roller (302); the lifting rod (303) is in an inverted U shape, the right side of the discharging hopper (105) is connected with a first support plate (304), the right section of the lifting rod (303) vertically penetrates through the first support plate (304), and a first roller is arranged at the bottom end of the right section of the lifting rod (303); the left section of the lifting rod (303) extends into the discharging hopper (105) from the top of the discharging hopper (105) and is provided with a dredging head (308) through a connecting rod (307).

The boxing machine for recycling refractory materials as claimed in claim 9, wherein a pressure plate (305) is arranged on the right section of the lifting rod (303), a spring (306) is arranged between the pressure plate (305) and the first support plate (304), and the spring (306) is sleeved on the lifting rod (303); the connecting rods (307) are uniformly arranged at the left section of the lifting rod (303), and the dredging heads (308) are arranged at the outer ends of the connecting rods (307).
