技术领域
本发明涉及一种电热毯面。
背景技术
电热毯面常常用在人们日常生活中。
但是现有技术中,电热毯面的透气性较差,电热毯面的透气性较差,就容易导致电热毯出现问题。因而急需一种透气性较佳的电热毯面。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种电热毯面,其能解决上述问题中的任一种。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种电热毯面,其特征在于,它包括功能层、以及设置在所述功能层两个相对的侧面的3D网布层,所述3D网布层自外至内依次包括外表面层、连接层和内表面层,所述功能层与所述3D网布层通过缝制连接,所述功能层由远红外竹炭纤维制成。
优选地,所述外表面层和/或所述内表面层由涤纶制成,所述连接层由涤纶单丝制成
优选地,所述连接层是由10~60D的涤纶单丝构成。
优选地,所述连接层的用纱量为4000~14000mm/Rack。
优选地,所述外表面层和内表面层中至少有一梳纱线为100D、960mm/Rack的涤纶复丝。
优选地,所述外表面层由两梳纱线为100D、960mm/Rack的涤纶复丝织成。
优选地,所述内表面层至少有一梳纱线为75D、1780mm/Rack的涤纶复丝。
优选地,所述功能层的四周与所述3D网布层通过缝制连接。
本发明采用上述装置,兼具较好的透气性。

优选地,所述外表面层11和/或所述内表面层13由涤纶制成,所述连接层12由涤纶单丝制成
优选地,所述连接层12是由10~60D的涤纶单丝构成。
优选地,所述连接层12的用纱量为4000~14000mm/Rack。
优选地,所述外表面层13和内表面层11中至少有一梳纱线为100D、960mm/Rack的涤纶复丝。

2.根据权利要求1所述的电热毯面,其特征在于,所述外表面层和/或所述内表面层由涤纶制成,所述连接层由涤纶单丝制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电热毯面,其特征在于,所述连接层是由10~60D的涤纶单丝构成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电热毯面,其特征在于,所述连接层的用纱量为4000~14000mm/Rack。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电热毯面,其特征在于,所述外表面层和内表面层中至少有一梳纱线为100D、960mm/Rack的涤纶复丝。
6.根据权利要求1所述的电热毯面,其特征在于,所述外表面层由两梳纱线为100D、960mm/Rack的涤纶复丝织成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的电热毯面,其特征在于,所述内表面层至少有一梳纱线为75D、1780mm/Rack的涤纶复丝。
