技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车零部件,尤其涉及一种汽车顶棚。
背景技术
汽车顶棚常常用在汽车的顶部,其主要用于将车内空间与车顶外隔离,从而实现遮挡风雨。
但是现有技术中,汽车顶棚的作用较为单一。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种汽车顶棚,其能解决上述问题中的任一种。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种汽车顶棚,其特征在于,它包括杀菌层、以及设置在所述杀菌层两个相对的侧面的3D网布层,所述3D网布层自外至内依次包括外表面层、连接层和内表面层,所述杀菌层由纳米银纤维材料制成。
优选地,所述外表面层和/或所述内表面层由涤纶制成,所述连接层由涤纶单丝制成
优选地,所述连接层是由10~60D的涤纶单丝构成。
优选地,所述连接层的用纱量为4000~14000mm/Rack。
优选地,所述外表面层和内表面层中至少有一梳纱线为100D、960mm/Rack的涤纶复丝。
优选地,所述外表面层由两梳纱线为100D、960mm/Rack的涤纶复丝织成。
优选地,所述内表面层至少有一梳纱线为75D、1780mm/Rack的涤纶复丝。
本发明采用上述装置,同时兼具较好的透气性和杀菌性。

优选地,所述外表面层11和/或所述内表面层13由涤纶制成,所述连接层12由涤纶单丝制成
优选地,所述连接层12是由10~60D的涤纶单丝构成。
优选地,所述连接层12的用纱量为4000~14000mm/Rack。
优选地,所述外表面层13和内表面层11中至少有一梳纱线为100D、960mm/Rack的涤纶复丝。
优选地,所述外表面层13由两梳纱线为100D、960mm/Rack的涤纶复丝织成。

1.一种汽车顶棚,其特征在于,它包括杀菌层、以及设置在所述杀菌层两个相对的侧面的3D网布层,所述3D网布层自外至内依次包括外表面层、连接层和内表面层,所述杀菌层由纳米银纤维材料制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车顶棚,其特征在于,所述外表面层和/或所述内表面层由涤纶制成,所述连接层由涤纶单丝制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车顶棚,其特征在于,所述连接层是由10~60D的涤纶单丝构成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的汽车顶棚,其特征在于,所述连接层的用纱量为4000~14000mm/Rack。
5.根据权利要求1所述的汽车顶棚,其特征在于,所述外表面层和内表面层中至少有一梳纱线为100D、960mm/Rack的涤纶复丝。
6.根据权利要求1所述的汽车顶棚,其特征在于,所述外表面层由两梳纱线为100D、960mm/Rack的涤纶复丝织成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的汽车顶棚,其特征在于,所述内表面层至少有一梳纱线为75D、1780mm/Rack的涤纶复丝。
