技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织面料，尤其涉及一种防静电透气柔软且有垂感面料。属于纺织技术领域。
背景技术
随着中国经济的高速发展及消费水平的提高，人们把健康视为人生的一大财富。
开始崇尚自然和健康的生活方式，原来单一和单调的纺织品已不能适应时代的发展和人们的需求。因此，开发新型的具有多功能用途的纺织品是今后发展方向。在高精密度要求的电子业，加强面料的防静电性能要求十分重要。现有的面料大都直接用普通平面型的非织造布或打孔PE 薄膜制作，这些面料的纵向与横向上的力学特性如延展性、抗拉强度等差异很大，即呈现各向异性，会给使用者一种勒紧皮肤的感觉，特别是在走路、骑自行车等运动场合，更会感到不舒服，难于渗透到芯部吸水材料，而使使用者皮肤始终处于潮湿状态，促使微生物滋长，既不舒适也不利于健康。为迎合消费者的需求，亟待研发出一种具有透气功能又能让人穿着舒适的面料。
另外，传统的服装所采用的织物存在织物不细腻、不柔软且无有垂感，贴身等不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种防静电透气柔软且有垂感面料，提高面料的导电性能和透气性能。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种防静电透气柔软且有垂感面料，它包括基层，所述基层的表面覆盖有透气层，所述透气层上设置有透气孔，所述基层与所述透气层之间粘接有防静电层；所述防静电层由经纱和纬纱相互编织而成，所述经纱为棉纱构成，所述纬纱为导电纤维构成，所述导电纤维为条纹型，间距为5-10mm；所述基层由织物制成，所述织物由经纱一、经纱二和纬纱交叉编织构成，所述经纱一为75D涤棉复合丝，经纱二为麻纤维，所述纬纱为32S棉，所述经纱一和经纱二交替排列。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
本发明通过对面料结构的改变而有效提高了其综合性能，不仅具有透气的效果，而且具有很好的防静电性能，增强了面料的使用舒适度和安全性。
本发明具有织物细腻、柔软且有垂感，麻纤维的存在使织物不贴身等优点。

具体实施方式
参见图1，本发明涉及一种防静电透气柔软且有垂感面料，包括基层1，所述基层1的表面覆盖有透气层2，所述透气层2 上设置有透气孔3，所述基层1与所述透气层2 之间粘接有防静电层4，所述防静电层4由经纱和纬纱相互编织而成，所述经纱为棉纱构成，所述纬纱为导电纤维构成，所述导电纤维为条纹型，间距为5-10mm。
本发明优选实施例中，所述透气孔3 为整齐排列的圆形，但并不局限于圆形，还可以为菱形、椭圆形、方形等。
本发明优选实施例中，所述防静电层4 中加入防静电剂。能消除面料上摩擦产生的各种静电积聚以及细菌，防止静电干扰及灰尘粘附现象。
本发明优选实施例中，所述透气层2 中添加有杀菌剂。由于杀菌剂带有天然高分子物质，其通过吸附、渗透、固着等作用，与纤维产生永久性结合，耐久性极佳，能够抑制细菌的生长，对人体皮肤具有保健作用。
所述基层由织物制成，所述织物由经纱一、经纱二和纬纱交叉编织构成，所述经纱一为75D涤棉复合丝，经纱二为麻纤维，所述纬纱为32S棉，所述经纱一和经纱二交替排列。
