本发明涉及一种防伪式空调内部蜗壳风道EPS模具,包括底板,所述底板的上端面均匀固定有若干导套,所述导套内分别滑动配合有导柱,所述导柱的上端共同固连有一个顶板,所述顶板内穿过有若干根推杆,所述推杆的上端共同固连有一块脱模板,所述底板与顶板之前的侧部还设有围板,所述推杆的下端共同固连有一块上内衬板,所述上内衬板的下端面上均匀设有若干活动套件,所述活动套件的上端均通过铰接的方式连接在上内衬板上,且活动套件呈圆周状排列,活动套件的下端均向外侧斜上方弯折。本发明使得产品在易于卡在EPS泡沫保护罩内,而难以从EPS泡沫保护罩中的楔形槽中退出,实现EPS泡沫保护罩的一次性使用,实现防伪效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及模具设备技术领域,具体的说是一种防伪式空调内部蜗壳风道EPS模具。
背景技术
模具,工业生产上用以注塑、吹塑、挤出、压铸或锻压成型、冶炼、冲压等方法得到所需产品的各种模子和工具。简而言之,模具是用来制作成型物品的工具,这种工具由各种零件构成,不同的模具由不同的零件构成。它主要通过所成型材料物理状态的改变来实现物品外形的加工。素有“工业之母”的称号。
在外力作用下使坯料成为有特定形状和尺寸的制件的工具。广泛用于冲裁、模锻、冷镦、挤压、粉末冶金件压制、压力铸造,以及工程塑料、橡胶、陶瓷等制品的压塑或注塑的成形加工中。模具具有特定的轮廓或内腔形状,应用具有刃口的轮廓形状可以使坯料按轮廓线形状发生分离(冲裁)。应用内腔形状可使坯料获得相应的立体形状。模具一般包括动模和定模(或凸模和凹模)两个部分,二者可分可合。分开时取出制件,合拢时使坯料注入模具型腔成形。模具是精密工具,形状复杂,承受坯料的胀力,对结构强度、刚度、表面硬度、表面粗糙度和加工精度都有较高要求,模具生产的发展水平是机械制造水平的重要标志之一。
EPS模具在加工空调内部蜗壳风道时,方案较为简单,采用上内衬板与下内衬板作为凸模和凹模即可进行注塑发泡,然而对于品牌制造商而言,需要在包装过程中加设防伪措施,因此人们需要一种仅能一次性使用的包装壳体,即需要一种能够加工出具有防伪功能的EPS产品的模具。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出一种防伪式空调内部蜗壳风道EPS模具。
一种防伪式空调内部蜗壳风道EPS模具,包括底板,所述底板的上端面均匀固定有若干导套,所述导套内分别滑动配合有导柱,所述导柱的上端共同固连有一个顶板,所述顶板内穿过有若干根推杆,所述推杆的上端共同固连有一块脱模板,所述底板与顶板之前的侧部还设有围板,所述推杆的下端共同固连有一块上内衬板,所述上内衬板的下端面上均匀设有若干活动套件,所述活动套件的上端均通过铰接的方式连接在上内衬板上,且活动套件呈圆周状排列,活动套件的下端均向外侧斜上方弯折,活动套件均采用铁钴镍系金属制成。
所述底板的上端面固定有底垫板,所述底垫板的上端面固定有下内衬板,所述下内衬板为圆台状,下内衬板的外侧面上嵌有磁性块,所述磁性块可与对应侧的活动套件配合,使得脱模时活动套件向内侧集中收拢,避免活动套件下端的弯折结构对产品产生干涉。
所述活动套件均为中部向内凸出的圆弧板状结构,以便使得在活动套件内形成的产品结构为若干相互独立的柱状结构。
所述活动套件的下端向外侧斜上方弯折的部分均为楔形块状结构。
本发明的有益效果是:
采用磁铁吸附作用作为活动套件动作原动力,利用活动套件下端的弯折机构在产品上形成的楔形槽作为卡在产品上的结构,使得产品在易于卡在EPS泡沫保护罩内,而难以从EPS泡沫保护罩中的楔形槽中退出,实现EPS泡沫保护罩的一次性使用,实现防伪效果。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面对本发明进一步阐述。
如图1所示,一种防伪式空调内部蜗壳风道EPS模具,包括底板1,所述底板1的上端面均匀固定有若干导套2,所述导套2内分别滑动配合有导柱3,所述导柱3的上端共同固连有一个顶板4,所述顶板4内穿过有若干根推杆5,所述推杆5的上端共同固连有一块脱模板6,所述底板1与顶板4之前的侧部还设有用于形成产品外侧壁形状的围板7。
所述推杆5的下端共同固连有一块上内衬板8,所述上内衬板8的下端面上均匀设有若干活动套件9,所述活动套件9的上端均通过铰接的方式连接在上内衬板8上,且活动套件9呈圆周状排列,活动套件9的下端均向外侧斜上方弯折,活动套件9均采用铁钴镍系金属制成,以便受磁性吸引。
所述底板1的上端面固定有底垫板10,所述底垫板10的上端面固定有下内衬板11,所述下内衬板11为圆台状,以便形成的EPS泡沫保护罩具有适应产品形状的蜗型槽,下内衬板11的外侧面上嵌有磁性块,所述磁性块均位于活动套件9内侧下方,所述磁性块可与对应侧的活动套件9配合,使得脱模时活动套件9向内侧集中收拢,避免活动套件9下端的弯折结构对产品产生干涉。
所述活动套件9均为中部向内凸出的圆弧板状结构,以便使得在活动套件9内形成的产品结构为若干相互独立的柱状结构,使得每个独立的柱状结构都可发生一定的弹性形变。
所述活动套件9的下端向外侧斜上方弯折的部分均为楔形块状结构12。
使用时,活动套件9自然下垂,然后向上内衬板8与下内衬板11之间的空间注塑,待发泡完成之后,在活动套件9下端弯折部的阻挡下,对应侧的EPS泡沫保护罩内侧壁上形成尖端向上的楔形槽,此时向下推动脱膜板,利用推杆5将上内衬板8下推,从而将活动套件9从EPS泡沫保护罩内的楔形槽中向下脱出。当活动套件9移动至磁性块附近,磁性块吸附活动套件9,然后活动套件9统一向中部收拢,然后上移活动套件9和上内衬板8,继续进行脱模,从而保证了EPS泡沫保护罩的完整,同时使得EPS泡沫保护罩具有单向装配,不可重复使用的防伪功能。
