Abstract
本发明公开了一种硅胶条切割装置,包括依次设置的输入单元和切断单元;输入单元包括压在一起对滚的主动辊和从动辊,主动辊位于从动辊的下方;切断单元包括圆柱状的旋转座和设置在旋转座上方的固定座,旋转座上固定安装有下刀,下刀的刀刃高出旋转座的外圆周面;固定座上设有与下刀相配合的上刀。本发明的一种硅胶条切割装置,能够快速的将硅胶条切割成一定的长度,自动化程度高,节省人力物力,且结构简单,制造成本低,产品品质好。

技术领域
本发明属于硅胶产品加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种硅胶条切割装置。
背景技术
目前,硅胶圈、硅胶密封圈等产品主要是通过硅胶模压机开模生产,而通过硅胶模压机生产的硅胶圈、硅胶密封圈等产品其内部无法实现中空,使得其弹性远远达不到空心结构的弹性效果。通常将裁剪成一定长度的硅胶管或硅胶条,其两端通过人工用硅胶胶水粘接起来,做成硅胶圈、弹性硅胶圈制品。但目前市场上并没有用于切割此种定长的硅胶条的设备,硅胶条的切割都是采用人工丈量后切割,这样不仅切割效率低,切割质量也无法保证。
发明内容
针对以上缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种硅胶条切割装置,该切割装置能够快速的将硅胶条切割成一定的长度,自动化程度高,节省人力物力,且结构简单,制造成本低,产品品质好。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种硅胶条切割装置,包括依次设置的输入单元和切断单元;所述输入单元包括压在一起对滚的主动辊和从动辊,所述主动辊位于所述从动辊的下方;
所述切断单元包括圆柱状的旋转座和设置在所述旋转座上方的固定座,所述旋转座上固定安装有下刀,所述下刀的刀刃高出所述旋转座的外圆周面;
所述固定座上设有与所述下刀相配合的上刀。
作为一种改进的方案,所述旋转座上设有安装槽,所述下刀固定在所述安装槽内。
作为一种改进的方案,所述旋转座上均布有若干安装槽,每个安装槽内均固定有所述下刀。
作为一种改进的方案,所述硅胶条切割装置还包括输出单元;所述输出单元包括传送带和与所述传送带传动连接的主动轴、从动轴。
作为一种改进的方案,所述主动辊为刚性辊,所述从动辊为弹性辊。
作为一种改进的方案,所述主动辊与第一电机传动连接,所述旋转座与第二电机传动连接。
作为一种改进的方案,所述主动轴与所述第二电机传动连接。
采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
由于本发明的一种硅胶条切割装置,其输入单元的主动辊和从动辊将硅胶条输送都切断单元,切断单元的上刀和下刀配合将硅胶条切断,工作效率高,切断的硅胶条长度一致。主动辊为刚性辊,从动辊为弹性辊,能最大限度地保护硅胶条不被损坏,保证产品的互换性。切下的硅胶条由输出单元输出,可以方便硅胶条的收集,或直接输送到下一工位。
综上所述,本发明的一种硅胶条切割装置,能够快速的将硅胶条切割成一定的长度,自动化程度高,节省人力物力,且结构简单,制造成本低,产品品质好。

实施例
由图1所示,一种硅胶条切割装置,包括依次设置的输入单元1、切断单元2和输出单元3。输入单元1包括压在一起对滚的主动辊11和从动辊12,主动辊11位于从动辊12的下方。主动辊11为刚性辊,从动辊12为弹性辊,能最大限度地保护硅胶条不被损坏,保证产品的互换性。主动辊11与第一电机4传动连接。输出单元3包括传送带31和与传送带31传动连接的主动轴32、从动轴33。主动轴32与第二电机5传动连接。
由图1所示,切断单元2包括圆柱状的旋转座21和设置在旋转座21上方的固定座22。旋转座21上均布有若干安装槽211,每个安装槽211内均固定安装有下刀23。本实施例中优选的,旋转座21上设有一个安装槽211。下刀23的刀刃高出旋转座21的外圆周面。固定座22上设有与下刀23相配合的上刀24。旋转座21与第二电机5传动连接。
本发明的一种硅胶条切割装置,其输入单元1的主动辊11和从动辊12将硅胶条输送都切断单元2,切断单元2的上刀24和下刀23配合将硅胶条切断,工作效率高,切断的硅胶条长度一致。切下的硅胶条由输出单元3输出,可以方便硅胶条的收集,或直接输送到下一工位。
综上所述,本发明的一种硅胶条切割装置,能够快速的将硅胶条切割成一定的长度,自动化程度高,节省人力物力,且结构简单,制造成本低,产品品质好。

1.一种硅胶条切割装置,其特征在于:包括依次设置的输入单元和切断单元;
所述输入单元包括压在一起对滚的主动辊和从动辊,所述主动辊位于所述从动辊的下方;
所述切断单元包括圆柱状的旋转座和设置在所述旋转座上方的固定座,所述旋转座上固定安装有下刀,所述下刀的刀刃高出所述旋转座的外圆周面;
所述固定座上设有与所述下刀相配合的上刀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的硅胶条切割装置,其特征在于:所述旋转座上设有安装槽,所述下刀固定在所述安装槽内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的硅胶条切割装置,其特征在于:所述旋转座上均布有若干安装槽,每个安装槽内均固定有所述下刀。
4.根据权利要求3所述的硅胶条切割装置,其特征在于:所述硅胶条切割装置还包括输出单元;所述输出单元包括传送带和与所述传送带传动连接的主动轴、从动轴。
5.根据权利要求4所述的硅胶条切割装置,其特征在于:所述主动辊为刚性辊,所述从动辊为弹性辊。
6.根据权利要求5所述的硅胶条切割装置,其特征在于:所述主动辊与第一电机传动连接,所述旋转座与第二电机传动连接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的硅胶条切割装置,其特征在于:所述主动轴与所述第二电机传动连接。
