Abstract
本发明公开了一种双联胶管切割装置,包括有固定座,所述固定座上安装有切割台,所述切割台的中部设有切割槽,所述切割槽中安装有来回移动的切割刀,所述切割槽两侧的进料台和出料台上分别安装有两宽度可调的定位输送辊,所述进料台的定位输送辊与切割槽之间的上方安装有固定梁,所述固定梁上安装有弹性压紧机构。本发明结构设计合理,切割过程中,外胶层没有任何的破裂现象,而且工作效率比以前也得到了提高,切一根胶管由原来的15s降低到了10s,工人操作、使用起来方便、安全可靠,自动化程度高。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种切割装置,主要涉及一种双联胶管切割装置。
背景技术:
现有技术是采用人工用刀片将其分离开,但是在用刀片剖开的过程中,容易将管子的外胶损伤,造成胶管外胶脱落,破坏了胶管,因此造成此胶管浪费,而且造成不必要的返工,浪费时间,整个过程中人工劳动强度大,费时费力,不能满足批量加工生产的要求。
发明内容:
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种双联胶管切割装置,能够快速的分离胶管,而且不容易破坏胶管外胶层,省时省力,自动化程度高。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种双联胶管切割装置,包括有固定座,其特征在于:所述固定座上安装有切割台,所述切割台的中部设有切割槽,所述切割槽中安装有来回移动的切割刀,所述切割槽两侧的进料台和出料台上分别安装有两宽度可调的定位输送辊,所述进料台的定位输送辊与切割槽之间的上方安装有固定梁,所述固定梁上安装有弹性压紧机构。
所述的切割刀由其底端的丝杆机构驱动。
所述的切割槽中安装有丝杆,所述丝杆由其一端的电机驱动,所述丝杆上旋合有与其配合的移动块,所述移动块上安装有切割刀。
所述的进料台和出料台上分别设有固定槽,所述固定槽中分别安装有两固定轴,所述固定轴上分别转动安装有定位输送辊,所述固定轴的上端安装有锁紧定位头,所述固定轴的下端安装有与固定槽滑动配合的导块。
所述的固定槽两侧进料台和出料台的台面上分布有间隔设置的防滑槽。
所述的弹性压紧机构包括有安装在固定梁上的导杆,所述导杆的固定安装有橡胶顶紧球,所述导杆的底端顶端安装有旋合有锁紧旋钮,所述锁紧旋钮与固定梁之间的导杆上套装有弹簧。
其过程中通过定位输送辊,夹持输送待切割胶管,通过弹性压紧机构顶紧待切割胶管的上端,通过丝杆驱动切割刀对其进行切割,所述的定位输送辊之间的宽度可调,可满足不同型号胶管的切割要求,通过防滑槽的结构一方面可增加进料台和出料台与胶管之间的摩擦力,使胶管在切割时更加稳定,另一方面方便定位输送辊的调整对准,通过弹性压紧机构中弹簧的作用,可起到压紧固定的作用,同时不影响胶管的出料和输送,采用橡胶顶紧球与胶管接触无摩擦,可保证胶管的表面外观。
本发明的优点是:
本发明结构设计合理,切割过程中,外胶层没有任何的破裂现象,而且工作效率比以前也得到了提高,切一根胶管由原来的15s降低到了10s,工人操作、使用起来方便、安全可靠,自动化程度高。

一种双联胶管切割装置,包括有固定座1,固定座1上安装有切割台2,切割台2的中部设有切割槽3,切割槽3中安装有来回移动的切割刀4,切割槽3两侧的进料台5和出料台6上分别安装有两宽度可调的定位输送辊7,所述进料台5的定位输送辊7与切割槽3之间的上方安装有固定梁8,所述固定梁8上安装有弹性压紧机构9。
所述的切割刀4由其底端的丝杆10机构驱动。
所述的切割槽3中安装有丝杆10,所述丝杆10由其一端的电机驱动,所述丝杆上旋合有与其配合的移动块11,所述移动块11上安装有切割刀4。
所述的进料台5和出料台6上分别设有固定槽12,所述固定槽12中分别安装有两固定轴,所述固定轴上分别转动安装有定位输送辊7,所述固定轴的上端安装有锁紧定位头13,所述固定轴的下端安装有与固定槽滑动配合的导块。
所述的固定槽12两侧进料台和出料台的台面上分布有间隔设置的防滑槽14。
所述的弹性压紧机构9包括有安装在固定梁上的导杆15,所述导杆15的固定安装有橡胶顶紧球16,所述导杆15的底端顶端安装有旋合有锁紧旋钮17,所述锁紧旋钮17与固定梁8之间的导杆15上套装有弹簧18。

1.一种双联胶管切割装置,包括有固定座,其特征在于:所述固定座上安装有切割台,所述切割台的中部设有切割槽,所述切割槽中安装有来回移动的切割刀,所述切割槽两侧的进料台和出料台上分别安装有两宽度可调的定位输送辊,所述进料台的定位输送辊与切割槽之间的上方安装有固定梁,所述固定梁上安装有弹性压紧机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双联胶管切割装置,其特征在于:所述的切割刀由其底端的丝杆机构驱动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的双联胶管切割装置,其特征在于:所述的切割槽中安装有丝杆,所述丝杆由其一端的电机驱动,所述丝杆上旋合有与其配合的移动块,所述移动块上安装有切割刀。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双联胶管切割装置,其特征在于:所述的进料台和出料台上分别设有固定槽,所述固定槽中分别安装有两固定轴,所述固定轴上分别转动安装有定位输送辊,所述固定轴的上端安装有锁紧定位头,所述固定轴的下端安装有与固定槽滑动配合的导块。
5.根据权利要求4所述的双联胶管切割装置,其特征在于:所述的固定槽两侧进料台和出料台的台面上分布有间隔设置的防滑槽。
6.根据权利要求1所述的双联胶管切割装置,其特征在于:所述的弹性压紧机构包括有安装在固定梁上的导杆,所述导杆的固定安装有橡胶顶紧球,所述导杆的底端顶端安装有旋合有锁紧旋钮,所述锁紧旋钮与固定梁之间的导杆上套装有弹簧。
