技术领域
本发明涉及一种医用夹板,具体为一种广谱抗菌性医用纳米银线复合高分子夹板。
技术背景
在医学上,治疗肢体骨折,是使用石膏或其他类型夹板进行固定肢体,等待肢体恢复后才能拆卸夹板,这种方法造成患者肢体的皮肤不透气,病菌滋生,发生瘙痒、异味等症状。这主要是由于包裹夹板的部位不易清洗,易滋生细菌导致,目前医用高分子夹板在应用过程中亟待解决的问题。纳米银具有对高达650种以上细菌的抑制能力,可以有效防止因细菌导致的瘙痒、异味等症状。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有灭菌能力、可塑性能好、成型性能突出,重量轻,强度高,透气性好、操作方便的医用高分子夹板,以解决高分子夹板在应用过程中广谱杀菌问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明技术方案是一种广谱抗菌性医用纳米银线复合高分子夹板,主要包括:高分子夹板基板,纳米银线层,抗菌棉纱层。所述的医用高分子基板为热塑性高分子板,基板的上表面喷涂一层纳米银线,纳米银线的表面粘接一层抗菌棉纱层,构成抗菌型复合高分子医用夹板。
所述高分子夹板基板,其特征在于基板的厚度为1-3mm,由多层经聚氨酯、聚酯浸透的高分子纤维构成,基板在70-90℃以上快速软化,15-25℃以下快速定型固化,基板上密布有小孔,小孔的直径0.5-1mm。
所述的抗菌棉纱,其特征在于抗菌棉纱为棉质细纱,棉质细纱上面也涂覆一层纳米银线。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明使用前成板材状,成型后外部用纱布绷带裹敷,降低了患者负重,提高了患者的生活质量。同时,由于该产品具有灭菌能力,透气孔也能透气,所以病人患处不易出现瘙痒、皮炎等症状。
2、本产品成型后非管状,当患者出现患处不适时,可在家人的帮助下进行拆卸、清洗,然后自行再次裹敷,无需去医院。

如图1所示,本发明一种广谱抗菌性医用纳米银线复合高分子夹板,主要包括:高分子夹板基板1,纳米银线层2,抗菌棉纱层3,所述的医用高分子基板1为热塑性高分子板,基板的上表面喷涂一层纳米银线,纳米银线的表面粘接一层抗菌棉纱层3,构成抗菌型复合高分子医用夹板。
所述高分子夹板基板,其特征在于基板的厚度为1-3mm,由多层经聚氨酯、聚酯浸透的高分子纤维构成,基板在70-90℃以上快速软化,15-25℃以下快速定型固化,基板上密布有透气小孔4,小孔的直径0.5-1mm。
所述的抗菌棉纱,其特征在于抗菌棉纱为棉质细纱,棉质细纱上面也涂覆一层纳米银线。
实施例:
首先,把高分子夹板基板1通过加热板加热至70℃使其软化,利用涂布机把调制好纳米银线料将均匀涂布在基板上,恒温加热5分钟,蒸发掉纳米银线料将的挥发成份,纳米银线稳固粘接在基板上。
其次,把软化粘接有纳米银线的基板升温至80℃,恒温2分钟,把抗菌棉纱均匀铺设在基板上,经过滚压使抗菌棉纱紧紧粘接在基板上。
最后,把经过滚压后的基板,在室温下逐渐冷却,得到成品。
使用时,医生根据患者受伤部位尺寸大小,剪切下合适的广谱抗菌性医用纳米银线复合高分子夹板板材,把板材在65-70度的水温中2-3分钟既能软化、塑型,安置于患者受伤部位,在室温下经3-5分钟的冷却固化并保持软化情况下的塑型形状,一种与受伤部位一致的高分子夹板就完成了,从而达到骨折外固定的效果。
