一种船用岸接电缆,包括由多根绝缘线芯组成的缆芯,缆芯外挤包有氯化聚乙烯内护套,内护套外依次包裹有芳纶纱编织层和氯化聚乙烯外护套;绝缘线芯中,导体外绕包有隔离带,绕包搭盖率为20~25%;隔离带外包裹有乙丙橡胶绝缘层,绝缘层厚度为1.8~2.4毫米;内护套的厚度为2.5~3毫米,芳纶纱编织层的编织密度不小于85%,外护套的厚度为3.5~5.5毫米。本发明提供的船用岸接电缆,可以解决阀现有电缆使用寿命短、易造成供电故障,且更换成本高昂的问题,易弯曲、耐磨损、抗撕裂、高机械强度、长期浸水电性能优异、轻便的综合性能。

船用岸接电缆
技术领域
本发明涉及电缆领域,尤其是一种船用岸接电缆。
背景技术
岸接电力系统供电是由人工将岸接电缆从船舶拖拽到岸上并手工连接至岸电配电箱,船舶离港时再同样由人工对电缆进行卷绕操作。目前尚无完全满足岸电供电要求的电缆,通常采用YCW型电缆、CEFR或CEPJR船用电缆。但这些电缆均存在明显的弊端,使用寿命短、易造成供电故障,且更换成本高昂。
现有技术的缺点/不足:
YCW电缆的长期浸水绝缘电阻较低,耐压承受差,与港口码头多水潮湿的作业环境不相吻合;同时在负载大功率电流时需要很大的截面,造成电缆外径大、重量重,不能满足人工拖拽作业的轻便要求。
CEFR或CEPJR船用电缆导体单丝的丝径较粗,弯曲性能差,成缆时绝缘线芯外部缘缝隙会填充额外的纤维、塑料或橡胶,缆芯外绕包扎带,使用中电缆经多次收放弯曲后容易造成绝缘扭转破裂、线芯位移、护套鼓包。同时电缆耐磨损性能差,电缆护套硬度大,不利于柔韧弯曲。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种船用岸接电缆,可以解决阀现有电缆使用寿命短、易造成供电故障,且更换成本高昂的问题,易弯曲、耐磨损、抗撕裂、高机械强度、长期浸水电性能优异、轻便的综合性能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种船用岸接电缆,包括由多根绝缘线芯组成的缆芯,缆芯外挤包有氯化聚乙烯内护套,内护套外依次包裹有芳纶纱编织层和氯化聚乙烯外护套;
绝缘线芯中,导体外绕包有隔离带,绕包搭盖率为20~25%;
隔离带外包裹有乙丙橡胶绝缘层,绝缘层厚度为1.8~2.4毫米;
内护套的厚度为2.5~3毫米,芳纶纱编织层的编织密度不小于85%,外护套的厚度为3.5~5.5毫米。
绝缘线芯的数量为三根。
缆芯外采用挤压式挤包的方式设置氯化聚乙烯内护套。
导体为采用IEC 60228中的第6类特软结构导体制成的导体。
本发明提供的船用岸接电缆,根据传统电缆容易发生护套开裂以及绝缘线芯成缆后缆芯变形等缺陷原因,在设计电缆时,多芯绝缘线芯成缆时,不再采用额外的其他填充料进行填充,也不再在缆芯外绕包色带材料,而是直接紧压挤包填充型内护套,将各绝缘线芯的位置固定;其次,护套材料采用高强度氯化聚乙烯,其综合性能比现有岸接电缆所用的氯丁橡胶、交联聚烯经等材料更为优异,机械物理性能符合美国ANSI/IECA S-78-381,内护套外采用了芳纶纱进行高密度编织;然后再挤包外护套,极大地增强抗拉能力,选用了IEC 60228中的第6类特软结构导体,缆芯成缆的绞合采用小节径比;绝缘采用柔软乙丙橡胶,其耐温等级高,长期额定工作温度可达到900C绝缘,有着很好的耐水性;可以解决阀现有电缆使用寿命短、易造成供电故障,且更换成本高昂的问题,易弯曲、耐磨损、抗撕裂、高机械强度、长期浸水电性能优异、轻便的综合性能。
经对电缆进行检验,结果表明电缆各项性能指标优异,均符合设计要求,检验结果如下:
1、电缆100万次弯曲,耐压未击穿。
2、长期浸水绝缘电阻。试验按照UL44规定进行,浸水期间绝缘电阻为328GΩ·m。
3、护套耐磨损试验。试验按照ISO 4649进行,磨损指数为81。
4、抗撕裂试验。试验按照,ANSI/ICEA S-75-381进行,绝缘的抗撕裂强度为4.5N/mm,护套的抗撕裂强度为6.5N/mm。
5、通过CSA22.2No.03规定的低温性能试验,线芯不断裂,护套不发生开裂。
6、护套在24h,100℃浸矿物油后抗张强度变化率为-15%,断裂伸长率变化率为-15%。
7、电缆过IEC 60332-3-1规定的阻燃要求。
通过对电缆测试,各项性能优于标准指标,目前产品已使用2年未出现故障

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种船用岸接电缆,包括由多根绝缘线芯组成的缆芯,缆芯外挤包有氯化聚乙烯内护套4,内护套4外依次包裹有芳纶纱编织层5和氯化聚乙烯外护套6;
绝缘线芯中,导体1外绕包有隔离带3,绕包搭盖率为20~25%;
隔离带3外包裹有乙丙橡胶绝缘层2,绝缘层2厚度为1.8~2.4毫米;
内护套4的厚度为2.5~3毫米,芳纶纱编织层5的编织密度不小于85%,外护套6的厚度为3.5~5.5毫米。
绝缘线芯的数量为三根。
缆芯外采用挤压式挤包的方式设置氯化聚乙烯内护套4。
导体1为采用IEC 60228中的第6类特软结构导体制成的导体。
本发明的生产工艺流程如下:拉丝一镀锡一导体绞合一绕包隔离带一挤绝缘一成缆一挤包填充式内护套一芳纶纱编织一挤包外护套一成品检验。
在电缆的制造过程中,各工序均须严格按照规定工艺和要求进行,以确保产品质量。其要点如下:
1、导体1
首先将镀锡铜单线束绞成股线,然后再将多根股线反向复绞,股线和复绞线均须经过压模成型,以消除导体的凸起,但应防止压扁,保证其圆整度。
2、导体绕包隔离带3
注意绕包隔离带宽度的选择,绕包搭盖率控制在20~25%,应平整不起皱。
3、绝缘层2挤包时,控制接头密封,防止水汽进入导体造成导体氧化,绝缘挤包后硫化蒸汽压力须适宜,应避免硫化不足或过硫化,否则会降绝缘机械物理性能。视规格不同,绝缘厚度设计范围为1.8~2.4毫米。
4、成缆时不用填充材料及绕包带绕包,成缆节径比控制在10~12,保证电缆在成缆后缆芯应紧密和圆整及弯曲柔软性。
5、挤包内护套4
采用挤压式挤包氯化聚乙烯,以便固定各绝缘线芯的位置并保证填实绝缘线芯之间的缝隙;观应光滑、密实、圆整。视规格不同,内护套厚度为2.5~3毫米。
6内护套4外采用芳纶纱编织,编织密度不小于85%。
7、挤包外护套6
采用挤压式挤包阻燃氯化聚乙烯,使其渗入编织层间的缝隙,并与内护套连接成一体;外观应光滑、密实、圆整;控制好护套挤出温度,保证外护套与内护套连接成一体。视规格不同,外护套厚度为3.5~5.5毫米。

1. 一种船用岸接电缆,包括由多根绝缘线芯组成的缆芯,其特征在于:缆芯外挤包有氯化聚乙烯内护套(4),内护套(4)外依次包裹有芳纶纱编织层(5)和氯化聚乙烯外护套(6);
绝缘线芯中,导体(1)外绕包有隔离带(3),绕包搭盖率为20~25%;
隔离带(3)外包裹有乙丙橡胶绝缘层(2),绝缘层(2)厚度为1.8~2.4毫米;
内护套(4)的厚度为2.5~3毫米,芳纶纱编织层(5)的编织密度不小于85%,外护套(6)的厚度为3.5~5.5毫米。
2.根据权利要求1所述的船用岸接电缆,其特征在于:绝缘线芯的数量为三根。
3.根据权利要求1所述的船用岸接电缆,其特征在于:缆芯外采用挤压式挤包的方式设置氯化聚乙烯内护套(4)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的船用岸接电缆,其特征在于:导体(1)为采用IEC 60228中的第6类特软结构导体制成的导体。
