Abstract

本发明公开了一种轧辊旋转台,包括固定台架和移动台架,固定台架上设有一对主动轮,移动台架上设有一对从动轮,所述移动台架设于固定台架的一侧,固定台架的另一侧设有驱动电机、控制系统和减速装置,控制系统控制驱动电机的转速及转动方向,驱动电机驱动减速装置,减速装置直接控制主动轮;所述移动台架与链条链接,链条固定于固定台架底部的底座导轨上,且链条由链轮控制传动,当链条传动时带动移动台架的水平位移。本发明改变传统的操作方法,完全与加工机床相脱离,不影响生产,同时操作简单、方便,加工制作成本低,经济价值高。

本发明属于钢铁锻造领域,具体涉及一种轧辊旋转台。
背景技术
轧辊是轧机的重要部件,其性能直接影响轧机的轧制生产效率和产品质量。所有需对每支轧辊进行超声波、磁粉探伤,轧辊在探伤过程中旋转是必不可少的,然而传统的方法主要是:
1、在加工机床上旋转轧辊,其方法虽然可行,但是耽误机床生产,影响产量,效率低下;
2、使用行车起吊轧辊,操作人员根据轧辊的方位进行局部易于操作的部分进行探伤,然后再上机床旋转轧辊,进行另一部份区域探伤,其方法操作繁琐,同时也影响机床生产,效率低下。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种轧辊旋转台。
技术方案:为了达到上述目的,本发明具体是这样来完成的:一种轧辊旋转台,包括固定台架和移动台架,固定台架上设有一对主动轮,移动台架上设有一对从动轮,所述移动台架设于固定台架的一侧,固定台架的另一侧设有驱动电机、控制系统和减速装置,控制系统控制驱动电机的转速及转动方向,驱动电机驱动减速装置,减速装置直接控制主动轮;所述移动台架与链条链接,链条固定于固定台架底部的底座导轨上,且链条由链轮控制传动,当链条传动时带动移动台架的水平位移。
其中,所述固定台架和移动台架均为U型,主动轮、从动轮分别固定于固定台架、移动台架的两侧顶部。
有益效果:本发明与传统技术相比, 具有以下优点:
1、改变传统的操作方法,完全与加工机床相脱离,不影响生产,同时操作简单、方便,加工制作成本低,经济价值高;
2、主动轮(从动轮)之间的圆弧接触面,使得本新型能够适应于不同的辊身直径;
3、移动台架的纵向移动能够满足不同辊身长度,而且移动操作简便,可靠;
4、电机输出转速、转向可调节,便于操作人员操作,提高了检测效率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种轧辊旋转台,包括固定台架1和移动台架2,固定台架1上设有一对主动轮3,移动台架2上设有一对从动轮4,所述移动台架2设于固定台架1的一侧,固定台架1的另一侧设有驱动电机5、控制系统6和减速装置7,控制系统6控制驱动电机5的转速及转动方向,驱动电机5驱动减速装置7,减速装置7直接控制主动轮3;所述移动台架2与链条8链接,链条8固定于固定台架1底部的底座导轨9上,且链条8由链轮10控制传动,当链条8传动时带动移动台架2的水平位移;其中,所述固定台架1和移动台架2均为U型,主动轮3、从动轮4分别固定于固定台架1、移动台架2的两侧顶部。
本发明具体工作时:根据待检测轧辊的长度,调节链轮,通过链轮的转动控制链条的传动带动移动台架平移,当移动台架至指定位置时停止调节链轮,将轧辊用行车吊至固定台架和移动台架上,此时,一对主动轮、一对从动轮形成支撑面,支撑起轧辊,然后根据检测速度通过控制系统调节主动轮的转向及转速。

1.一种轧辊旋转台,其特征在于,包括固定台架(1)和移动台架(2),固定台架(1)上设有一对主动轮(3),移动台架(2)上设有一对从动轮(4),所述移动台架(2)设于固定台架(1)的一侧,固定台架(1)的另一侧设有驱动电机(5)、控制系统(6)和减速装置(7),控制系统(6)控制驱动电机(5)的转速及转动方向,驱动电机(5)驱动减速装置(7),减速装置(7)直接控制主动轮(3);所述移动台架(2)与链条(8)链接,链条(8)固定于固定台架(1)底部的底座导轨(9)上,且链条(8)由链轮(10)控制传动,当链条(8)传动时带动移动台架(2)的水平位移。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轧辊旋转台,其特征在于,所述固定台架(1)和移动台架(2)均为U型,主动轮(3)、从动轮(4)分别固定于固定台架(1)、移动台架(2)的两侧顶部。
