本发明涉及一种皮衣清洁剂的配制方法,本发明是以丹皮酚、树莓苷、烟酰胺、壬二酸、大皂荚、山金车提取液、聚乙二醇、小茴香油、AES、益生菌群、乳化剂、侧柏提取液、柠檬酸、乙基醚、烷基糖苷、芦荟苷、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,它具有清除皮质表面的重油污、果汁、汗渍等顽固污渍,独特的脱胶性能、能渗入污垢深层,有效地分解污垢的胶着力,使之悬浮出皮纹外,从而轻易地擦除顽固污垢,达到彻底清洁。

一种皮衣清洁剂的配制方法
技术领域:
本发明属于生物洗涤技术领域,具体涉及植物提取物、微生物菌群、清洗用的一种皮衣清洁剂配制方法。
背景技术
天气转凉,皮衣成了爱美人士防寒保暖、美化生活的首选服装,皮衣和其它衣料不同,其它普通衣料可以水洗,而皮衣则不能下水,因为皮衣下水后,皮革原来松散的纤维会互相黏结起来,由于当前皮衣清洗保养行业服务质量良莠不齐,有的清洗店对收取的皮衣不做任何清洗,就直接用海棉涂上一层厚厚的浆料加以遮盖,这样不但达不到起码的清洁作用,相反还会使皮革原有的透气、柔软舒适性丧失殆尽,而有的保养店为降低成本,不使用绿色环保的清洁剂,而用其它劣质材料代替,导致皮衣经清洗保养后手感板硬、发涩,出现色花、裂浆、裂面、掉面等问题,甚至对人体健康产生潜在危害。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种具有独特的脱胶性能、能渗入污垢深层,有效地分解污垢的胶着力,使之悬浮出皮纹外,从而轻易地擦除顽固污垢,达到彻底清洁的皮衣清洁剂配制方法。
本发明的皮衣清洁剂技术方案是这样实现,它是由丹皮酚、树莓苷、烟酰胺、壬二酸、大皂荚、 山金车提取液、聚乙二醇、小茴香油、AES、 益生菌群、乳化剂、侧柏提取液、柠檬酸、乙基醚 、烷基糖苷 、芦荟苷、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
a、配方(按重量百分比)
丹皮酚 1.6-1.7% 树莓苷 0.3-0.4% 烟酰胺 0.7-0.8%
壬二酸 0.9-1% 大皂荚0.8-0.9% 玻尿酸 0.2-0.3%
聚乙二醇0.4-0.5% 小茴香油0.5-0.7% AES 6.1-8.1%
益生菌群 4.2-4.3% 乳化剂 1.7-1.8% 侧柏提取液 0.3-0.5%
柠檬酸 0.5-0.7% 乙基醚 0.4-0.5% 烷基糖苷 2.4-3.4%
芦荟苷0.5-0.8% 酵素 3.4-3.9% 醋酸 1.3-1.4%
香 1.1-1.4% 水66.9-72.7%
b、配制工艺:
本发明皮衣清洁剂是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成。其步骤:将具有抗菌除菌的丹皮酚加入水中搅拌均匀,再加入树莓苷、烟酰胺、壬二酸高速搅拌31.5分钟,并配以大皂荚、山金车提取液、聚乙二醇、小茴香油 、AES、 益生菌群、乳化剂,加热恒温在33.2°C均质搅拌12.5小时后,将容器恒温在32.2°C密封发酵30.5小时,再加入侧柏提取液、柠檬酸、乙基醚、烷基糖苷 、芦荟苷、酵素、醋酸、香高速搅拌12.5小时,能清除皮质表面的重油污、果汁、汗渍等顽固污渍,然后恒温在32.2°C容器内静置23.5小时即为成品。
有益效果:
具有清除皮质表面的重油污、果汁、汗渍等顽固污渍,独特的脱胶性能、能渗入污垢深层,有效地分解污垢的胶着力,使之悬浮出皮纹外,从而轻易地擦除顽固污垢,达到彻底清洁。
具体实施方式:
本发明的皮衣清洁剂主要由下述重量百分比原料组成,
丹皮酚 1.6-1.7%、树莓苷 0.3-0.4% 、烟酰胺 0.7-0.8%、壬二酸 0.9-1%、大皂荚0.8-0.9%、玻尿酸 0.2-0.3%、聚乙二醇0.4-0.5%、小茴香油0.5-0.7%、AES 6.1-8.1% 、益生菌群4.2-4.3%、乳化剂 1.7-1.8%、侧柏提取液 0.3-0.5%、柠檬酸 0.5-0.7%、乙基醚 0.4-0.5%、烷基糖苷 2.4-3.4%、 芦荟苷0.5-0.8%、酵素 3.4-3.9%、醋酸 1.3-1.4%、香 1.1-1.4%、水66.9-72.7%,将具有抗菌除菌的丹皮酚加入水中搅拌均匀,再加入树莓苷、烟酰胺、壬二酸高速搅拌31.5分钟,并配以大皂荚、 山金车提取液、聚乙二醇、小茴香油 、AES、 益生菌群、乳化剂,加热恒温在33.2°C均质搅拌12.5小时后,将容器恒温在32.2°C密封发酵30.5小时,再加入侧柏提取液、柠檬酸、乙基醚 、烷基糖苷 、芦荟苷、酵素、醋酸、香高速搅拌12.5小时,能清除皮质表面的重油污、果汁、汗渍等顽固污渍,然后恒温在32.2°C容器内静置23.5小时即为成品。

1.一种皮衣清洁剂的配制方法,是以丹皮酚、树莓苷、烟酰胺、壬二酸、大皂荚、 山金车提取液、聚乙二醇、小茴香油、AES、 益生菌群、乳化剂、侧柏提取液、柠檬酸、乙基醚 、烷基糖苷 、芦荟苷、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
