本发明涉及一种台布油污手洗液的配制方法,由于污渍来源比较复杂,污渍分布纵横交错,污渍存在的时间比较长等原因,给酒店桌布在去渍和洗涤造成一定困难。本发明是以丹皮酚、树莓苷、烟酰胺、壬二酸、大皂荚、山金车提取液、粉状增稠剂、丝柏油、AES、益生菌群、乳化剂、侧柏提取液、柠檬酸、乙基醚、烷基糖苷、芦荟苷、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,它具有强劲的除油能力,能轻松的去除台布上的各种油污,强劲的渗透能力,能让纤维化的老污垢逐渐退化,洗旧如新,强劲的净洗能力,能快速瓦解、清洗台布上的残留顽垢,低发泡,让漂清更轻松。

技术领域:
本发明属于生物洗涤技术领域,具体涉及植物提取物、微生物菌群、洗台布用的一种台布油污手洗液配制方法。
背景技术
酒店桌台布,主要采用浅色或纯白色的棉质布料为主,因为棉布具有强吸水性和柔软性,浅色调和白色能够烘托优雅环境,给顾客以洁净卫生温馨舒适的感觉,酒店桌布的污渍来源绝大部分是食品、酒水、菜汁和调味品等食物,由于污渍来源比较复杂,污渍分布纵横交错,污渍存在的时间比较长等原因,给酒店桌布在去渍和洗涤造成一定困难。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种具有强劲的除油能力,能轻松的去除台布上的各种油污,强劲的渗透能力,能让纤维化的老污垢逐渐退化,洗旧如新,强劲的净洗能力,能快速瓦解、清洗台布上的残留顽垢的台布油污手洗液配制方法。
本发明的台布油污手洗液技术方案是这样实现,它由丹皮酚、树莓苷、烟酰胺、壬二酸、大皂荚、 山金车提取液、粉状增稠剂、丝柏油、AES、 益生菌群、乳化剂、侧柏提取液、柠檬酸、乙基醚 、烷基糖苷 、芦荟苷、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
a、配方(按重量百分比)
丹皮酚 1.4-1.5% 树莓苷 1.7-1.8% 烟酰胺 1.6-1.7%
壬二酸 0.7-0.8% 大皂荚 0.6-0.7% 山金车提取液 1.5-1.6%
粉状增稠剂 0.2-0.3% 丝柏油 0.3-0.5% AES 5.9-7.9%
益生菌群 4-4.8% 乳化剂 1.5-1.6% 侧柏提取液 1.2-1.3%
柠檬酸 0.3-0.5% 乙基醚 0.2-0.3% 烷基糖苷 2.2-3.2%
芦荟苷 0.3-0.6% 酵素 3.2-3.7% 醋酸 1.1-1.7%
香 0.9-1.6% 水 63.8-71.2%
b、配制工艺:
本发明台布油污手洗液是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成。其步骤:将具有抗菌除菌的丹皮酚加入水中搅拌均匀,再加入树莓苷、烟酰胺、壬二酸高速搅拌29.5分钟,并配以大皂荚、 山金车提取液、粉状增稠剂、丝柏油 、AES、 益生菌群、乳化剂,加热恒温在32.1°C均质搅拌10.5小时后,将容器恒温在31.9°C密封发酵28.5小时,再加入侧柏提取液、柠檬酸、乙基醚 、烷基糖苷 、芦荟苷、酵素、醋酸、香高速搅拌10.5小时,能快速瓦解、清洗台布上的残留顽垢,然后恒温在31.9°C容器内静置21.5小时即为成品。
有益效果:
具有强劲的除油能力,能轻松的去除台布上的各种油污,强劲的渗透能力,能让纤维化的老污垢逐渐退化,洗旧如新,强劲的净洗能力,能快速瓦解、清洗台布上的残留顽垢,低发泡,让漂清更轻松。
具体实施方式:
本发明的台布油污手洗液主要由下述重量百分比原料组成,丹皮酚 1.4-1.5%、树莓苷1.7-1.8%、烟酰胺 1.6-1.7%、壬二酸 0.7-0.8%、大皂荚0.6-0.7%、山金车提取液 1.5-1.6%、粉状增稠剂0.2-0.3%、丝柏油0.3-0.5%、AES 5.9-7.9%、益生菌群 4-4.8%、乳化剂1.5-1.6%、侧柏提取液 1.2-1.3% 、柠檬酸 0.3-0.5%、乙基醚 0.2-0.3%、烷基糖苷 2.2-3.2%、 芦荟苷0.3-0.6%、酵素 3.2-3.7%、醋酸 1.1-1.7%、香 0.9-1.6%、水63.8-71.2%,将具有抗菌除菌的丹皮酚加入水中搅拌均匀,再加入树莓苷、烟酰胺、壬二酸高速搅拌29.5分钟,并配以大皂荚、 山金车提取液、粉状增稠剂、丝柏油 、AES、 益生菌群、乳化剂,加热恒温在32.1°C均质搅拌10.5小时后,将容器恒温在31.9°C密封发酵28.5小时,再加入侧柏提取液、柠檬酸、乙基醚 、烷基糖苷 、芦荟苷、酵素、醋酸、香高速搅拌10.5小时,能快速瓦解、清洗台布上的残留顽垢,然后恒温在31.9°C容器内静置21.5小时即为成品。

1.一种台布油污手洗液的配制方法,是以丹皮酚、树莓苷、烟酰胺、壬二酸、大皂荚、 山金车提取液、粉状增稠剂、丝柏油、AES、 益生菌群、乳化剂、侧柏提取液、柠檬酸、乙基醚 、烷基糖苷 、芦荟苷、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:

丹皮酚 1.4-1.5% 树莓苷 1.7-1.8% 烟酰胺 1.6-1.7%
壬二酸 0.7-0.8% 大皂荚 0.6-0.7% 山金车提取液 1.5-1.6%
粉状增稠剂 0.2-0.3% 丝柏油 0.3-0.5% AES 5.9-7.9%
益生菌群 4-4.8% 乳化剂 1.5-1.6% 侧柏提取液 1.2-1.3%
