一种离型膜,为解决以下几个困难:a.卷装交货移位;b.曲面保护材料容易翘曲;c.洁净度;d.剥离问题;e.溢胶和排废时粘产品;f.刀模寿命;g.防呆;h.离型力稳定性。发明提供一种如下的技术方案:一种离型膜,所述的离型膜包括有雾面或有色聚丙烯层以及均匀涂于所述的聚丙烯层上的有机硅层;所述的聚丙烯层厚度为20‑60微米,每平方米含(15‑80)g聚丙烯;所述的有机硅层每平方米含有机硅(0.1‑1.5)g。本发明的有益效果在于,本发明提供的新型的离型膜具有如下优点:1.柔软且容易拉伸;2.洁净度好;3.薄而且材质厚度均匀;4.材质表面能较低,有不同离型力选择;5.材质对刀模寿命影响小;6.能防呆;7.离型力稳定、残余粘着力高。

一种离型膜
技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型的离型膜。
背景技术
离型膜是一种非常常见的膜,在以往模切加工中通常使用各类离型纸或PET离型膜来帮助模切过程排废料,或者作为出货胶粘产品的载体,但是经常遇到以下几个困难:a.卷装交货移位:离型纸或者常规PET离型膜拉伸强度太大,模切产品卷装交货时内外两层离型纸或者PET离型膜周长一样容易挤压小面积或者窄边框的产品从而导致移位问题;b.曲面保护材料容易翘曲;离型纸和PET离型膜材质都过于硬挺,模切加工曲面保护材料时容易翘曲;c.洁净度:模切离型纸容易产生粉尘影响产品洁净度,而且不够柔软;d.剥离问题:PET离型膜太硬挺,模切排废时剥离角度不好容易反离型;e.溢胶和排废时粘产品:由于PET表面能较高而且材质硬,模切刀痕处容易溢胶,尤其是在模切异步拼接工艺排废时把本应留下的产品粘走;f.刀模寿命:模切离型纸或者PET离型膜的刀具寿命不够长;g.防呆:透明材质PET模切排废时不防呆;h.离型力稳定性:另外还有以往的PET轻离型膜离型力不够稳定问题。
发明内容
为解决上述提到的问题,本发明提供一种如下的技术方案:
一种离型膜,所述的离型膜包括有雾面或有色聚丙烯层以及均匀涂于所述的聚丙烯层上的有机硅层;所述的聚丙烯层厚度为20-60微米,每平方米含(15-80)g聚丙烯;所述的有机硅层每平方米含有机硅(0.1-1.5)g,有色聚丙烯层是指带有任何颜色的膜,非透明的。
经过多次反复的实验,发现选择20微米~60微米厚度的聚丙烯膜,解决了背景技术中的a.b.c.d.e.f等困难。而且,聚丙烯耐温性比聚乙烯PE材质高出20度以上、表面能也更高、涂布有机硅时固化和锚定效果更佳,涂布后可获得更高的残余粘着力,解决了背景技术中的h困难;
选择雾面或者有色的材质来解决模切排废过程的防呆问题,解决了背景技术中的g困难;
进一步的,有机硅为Pt催化热固型有机硅或者UV固化有机硅。
进一步的,聚丙烯层为吹胀聚丙烯层;吹胀聚丙烯(IPP)膜有较高的机械强度。
进一步的,聚丙烯层为流延聚丙烯层;流延聚丙烯(CPP)膜明性好、光泽度高、挺度好、阻湿性好、耐热性优良、易于热封合等特点,抗刮伤性和包装机械适应性优于聚乙烯薄膜。
本发明还带来了另一项意料之外的技术效果,即解决了模切加工时想实现“把结构胶切断而上盖离型膜不能被切断”的新工艺。实施方法是通过把模切的刀刃加工得相对更钝,同时模切该类产品时加上此新型聚丙烯轻离型膜,这样钝的刀锋被低表面能的该聚丙烯离型膜包裹着延展到结构胶内把胶切断,行业内俗称该工艺为“隔山打牛”。
本发明的有益效果在于,本发明提供的新型的离型膜具有如下优点:1.柔软且容易拉伸;2.洁净度好;3.薄而且材质厚度均匀;4.材质表面能较低(与PET和纸张纤维相比)、而且有不同离型力选择;5.材质对刀模寿命影响小;6.有不同颜色选择,以便模切加工时能防呆;7.离型力稳定、残余粘着力高等等。

具体实施例
实施例1
一种离型膜,所述的离型膜包括有雾面的流延聚丙烯层以及均匀涂于所述的流延聚丙烯层上的Pt催化热固型有机硅;所述的流延聚丙烯层厚度为30微米,每平方米含40g流延聚丙烯;所述的Pt催化热固型有机硅每平方米含1.2g Pt催化热固型有机硅。
实施例2
一种离型膜,所述的离型膜包括蓝色的吹胀聚丙烯层以及均匀涂于所述的聚丙烯层上的UV固化有机硅;所述的吹胀聚丙烯层的厚度为20-60微米,每平方米含20g吹胀聚丙烯;所述的UV固化有机硅每平方米含0.8gUV固化有机硅。

1.一种离型膜,其特征在于,所述的离型膜包括有雾面或有色聚丙烯层以及均匀涂于所述的聚丙烯层上的有机硅层;所述的聚丙烯层厚度为20-60微米,每平方米含(15-80)g聚丙烯;所述的有机硅层每平方米含有机硅(0.1-1.5)g。
2.如权利要求1所述的离型膜,其特征在于,有机硅为Pt催化热固型有机硅或者UV固化有机硅。
3.如权利要求1所述的离型膜,其特征在于,聚丙烯层为吹胀聚丙烯层。
4.如权利要求1所述的离型膜,其特征在于,聚丙烯层为流延聚丙烯层。
