本发明公开了一种生态有机肥的制备方法,包括如下操作步骤:按质量配比备料:稻草3份,沼液2份,玉米桔杆1份,油枯0.2‑0.3份,草灰0.2‑0.3份;将稻草切成6‑10㎝长稻草节备用,将玉米桔杆用粉碎机粉碎成2‑4㎝的粉末备用;挖发酵土坑,土坑底面积为25‑30㎡,高为2.5‑3m;按比例在发酵土坑底部放一层稻草节压实,然后依次放油枯和草灰的混合料压实,再放玉米杆粉末压实,最后撒沼液,依次堆积5‑6层,把发酵土坑堆满后,在上面铺一层厚10‑15㎝的腐质土覆盖坑面压实发酵,发酵时间:6‑8个月。制备的生态有机肥改良土壤,提高作物产量。

本发明涉及一种有机肥的制备方法,尤其是一种生态有机肥的制备方法。
背景技术
有机肥料是指含有机物质,既能提供农作物多种无机养分和有机养分,又能培肥改良土壤的一类肥料,其中绝大部分为农家就地取材,自行积制的。
有机肥料富含有机物质和作物生长所需的营养物质,不仅能提供作物生长所需养分,改良土壤,还可以改善作物品质,提高作物产量,促进作物高产稳产,保持土壤肥力,同时可提高肥料利用率,降低生产成本。充分合理利用有机肥料能增加作物产量、培肥地力、改善农产品品质、提高土壤养分的有效性。
目前,公开了多种有机肥,但各种有机肥各有特点。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足之处,本发明旨在提供一种生态有机肥的制备方法,以确保改良土壤,提高作物产量。
一种生态有机肥的制备方法,包括如下操作步骤:
1)按质量配比备料:稻草3份,沼液2份,玉米桔杆1份,油枯0.2-0.3份,草灰0.2-0.3份;
2)将稻草切成6-10㎝长稻草节备用,将玉米桔杆用粉碎机粉碎成2-4㎝的粉末备用;
3)挖发酵土坑,土坑底面积为25-30㎡,高为2.5-3m;
4)按比例在发酵土坑底部放一层稻草节压实,然后依次放油枯和草灰的混合料压实,再放玉米杆粉末压实,最后撒沼液,依次堆积5-6层,把发酵土坑堆满后,在上面铺一层厚10-15㎝的腐质土覆盖坑面压实,使其在长时间的日晒雨淋过程中堆积产热发酵,发酵时间:6-8个月。
本发明是回收农业领域作物桔杆作为原材料,通过堆制发酵腐熟的处理方式,在提高营养元素肥料成份的基础上,按一定比例把农业废弃物进行合理搭配再利用,增加农民收入;同时,有效缓减农村焚烧桔杆污染环境,减少农业废弃物排放污染,保护生态环境,提高经济效益的过程。
具体实施方式
1)按质量配比备料:稻草30千克,沼液20千克,玉米桔杆10千克,油枯3千克,草灰2千克;
2)将稻草切成10㎝长备用,将玉米桔杆用粉碎机粉碎成2-4㎝的粉末备用;
3)挖发酵土坑,土坑底面积应为30㎡,高为3m;
4)按比例在发酵土坑底部放一层稻草节压实,然后依次放油枯和草灰的混合料压实,再放玉米桔杆粉末压实,最后撒沼液,依次堆积5-6层,把发酵土坑堆满后,在上面铺一层厚10-15㎝的腐质土覆盖坑面压实,使其在长时间的日晒雨淋过程中堆积产热发酵,发酵时间:6个月。

1)按质量配比备料:稻草3份,沼液2份,玉米桔杆1份,油枯0.2-0.3份,草灰0.2-0.3份;
