Abstract
本发明公开了一种西瓜种植用复合微生物基质,包括下述体积分数的原料:发酵微生物基质50‑55%、椰糠25‑30%、蛭石15%和珍珠岩5%;其中,所述微生物基质包括:微生物菌剂、木薯酒糟沼渣和菇渣。利用木薯酒糟沼渣和菇渣发酵腐熟料,并向其中添加微生物菌经培养增繁后制得微生物基质,营养含量丰富且营养配比均衡,减少了西瓜种植时化肥的施用量,提高了西瓜的产量及品质,降低了西瓜植株的发病率。

技术领域
本发明涉及生物基质制备技术领域,更具体地说是涉及一种西瓜种植用复合微生物基质及其制备方法与应用。
背景技术
我国西瓜种植面积和产量均居世界之首,是农业结构转型和农村经济发展的重要产业。然而,由于连作障碍、化肥农药过量及不合理使用,导致土壤有机质含量下降,各类养分比例失调,土壤酸化、板结,土壤微生物区系受到严重破坏,难以满足西瓜的实际生长需要,造成病虫害严重,果实品质欠佳,产量不高等问题,严重抑制了我国西瓜产业的健康持续发展。
目前,主要通过秸秆还田、施用有机肥料、补充有益微生物菌等对土壤和西瓜苗质量进行改善。但是国内有机肥料良莠不齐,部分肥料中掺杂有大量的化肥;而且有一部分有机菌肥是畜禽粪便等发酵而成,氮磷钾含量高,有机质不足,促生菌数量少或失去活力,不能作为主施肥,且功效单一,售价高。所以,市面上的有机肥难以满足西瓜生长的需要。
秸秆、菇渣、沼渣等废弃物经过发酵腐熟后应用于农业生产,能够改良土壤结构,为作物提供大量的营养元素,不但有助于减少化学肥料使用,而且消化了大量农业废弃物,减少了焚烧秸秆情况的发生,对保护自然环境意义重大。枯草芽孢杆菌、哈茨木霉菌、巨大芽孢杆菌、光合细菌、乳酸菌等有益微生物菌群在作物根表、根内、茎部、叶部等部位定殖和繁殖过程中,能产生脂肽类和蛋白类等杀菌物质,从而杀死作物病原菌,达到防病效果。若能将微生物与腐熟物联合应用于土壤中,也许能够摆脱有机肥的限制,以此解决土壤板结无法满足西瓜种植需要的问题。
因此,如何提供一种以微生物和腐熟物为主要原料的西瓜种植基质是本领域技术人员亟需解决的技术问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明利用木薯酒糟沼渣和菇渣发酵腐熟料,并向其中添加微生物菌经培养增繁后制得复合微生物基质,营养含量丰富且营养配比均衡,减少了西瓜种植时化肥的施用量,提高了西瓜的产量,降低了西瓜植株的发病率。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种西瓜种植用复合微生物基质,其特征在于,包括下述体积分数的原料:发酵微生物基质50-55%、椰糠25-30%、蛭石15%和珍珠岩5%;
所述发酵微生物基质包括基质和微生物菌剂;
其中,所述基质包括下述体积分数的原料:木薯酒糟沼渣40-45%和菇渣55-60%;且所述微生物菌剂占所述基质质量的0.5-1.5%。
以上技术方案达到的技术效果是:木薯酒糟沼渣是酒精厂利用木薯生产酒精后的木薯渣经沼气化处理后的废弃物,其干物质中含有有机质91%、水解性氮0.95g/kg、有效磷2.77g/kg、速效钾32.67g/kg,将其运输至晒场,晾晒至含水量60-65%,得到木薯酒精沼渣;
菇渣是食用菌生产厂采用棉籽壳75-80%+麸皮20-25%+1%糖+1%石膏粉制成的菌棒,经过生产食用菌后的废弃菌棒;其干物质中含有有机质92%、水解性氮0.97g/kg、有效磷3.21g/kg、速效钾16.92g/kg,将其运输至晒场,脱掉菌棒外边塑料膜并粉碎,得到菇渣;
木薯酒糟沼渣和菇渣中的有效成分均可为西瓜植株提供充足的营养,且N、P、K含量适中,不会造成烧苗的现象。
微生物菌剂在土壤中形成益生菌环境,能有效抑制病菌的生长繁殖,促进土壤团粒结构形成,有利于土壤微生物种群结构的优化和有效养分的合理配置,增强土壤的物理性能和保护植物根免受病原微生物的入侵和土壤颗粒的损失,并能制造和协助农作物吸收营养,增强植物抗病和抗旱能力,提高土壤的持续生产能力。
因此,将微生物菌剂、木薯酒糟沼渣和菇渣复配,不仅可以促进西瓜植株的生长,还能改善土壤结构,克服西瓜的连作障碍,增强西瓜的抗逆性。
作为本发明优选的技术方案,所述微生物菌剂包括:多粘类芽孢杆菌、哈茨木霉菌和枯草芽孢杆菌;其中,多粘类芽孢杆菌占基质质量的0.3-0.5%,哈茨木霉菌占基质质量的0.1-0.5%,枯草芽孢杆菌占基质质量的0.1-0.5%。
其中,每克多粘类芽孢杆菌中菌体的数量为100亿,每克哈茨木霉菌中菌体的数量为500亿,每克枯草芽孢杆菌中菌体的数量500亿,三种菌株进行复配,通过各自代谢产物的配比,可有效提高微生物菌剂对土壤的改良性能。
作为本发明优选的技术方案,所述菇渣包括下述质量分数的原料:棉籽壳75-80%、麸皮20-25%、蔗糖1%和石膏粉1%。
一种西瓜种植用复合微生物基质的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
1)回收木薯酒糟沼渣和菇渣:分别收集木薯酒糟沼渣和菇渣,备用;
2)量取:按照权利要求1-3任一所述复合微生物基质量取原料椰糠、蛭石、珍珠岩、木薯酒糟沼渣和菇渣,备用;
3)混合发酵:将木薯酒糟沼渣和菇渣混合均匀成混合料,经发酵得腐熟混合物料;
4)接种、增繁:晾晒腐熟混合物料至含水量为40-45%时添加微生物菌剂,并搅拌均匀,经粉碎、过筛后得混合物,进行堆放发酵,得到发酵微生物基质;
5)混合:将发酵微生物基质与椰糠、蛭石和珍珠岩混合,并搅拌均匀,得到复合微生物基质。
以上技术方案达到的技术效果是:利用微生物菌剂中菌株代谢产生的蛋白酶、纤维素酶等将木薯酒糟沼渣和菇渣中的大分子物质分解为小分子物质,更有利于作物和土壤的吸收。
作为本发明优选的技术方案,步骤3)中,所述发酵包括:
31)在混合料上覆盖厚度为0.06mm的农膜4-5天,翻堆,调整混合料含水量为50-55%,经堆料,得到料堆;
32)在料堆上覆盖农膜发酵,发酵温度25-35℃,并每隔7-10天翻堆一次,且将外层干料与内层湿料充分拌匀,同时料堆含水量保持在50-55%,当料堆温度降至20-22℃时停止发酵,得到腐熟混合物料。
作为本发明优选的技术方案,步骤32)中,料堆高1-1.5m,宽5-6m。
作为本发明优选的技术方案,步骤4)中,所述堆放发酵包括:
41)将混合物转移至阴凉处,在25-35℃下堆料,得到料堆;
42)在料堆上覆盖农膜发酵,每隔5天翻堆一次,待料堆水分降至30-35%时停止发酵,得到微生物基质。
作为本发明优选的技术方案,步骤41)中,料堆高0.8-1m、宽1-2m。
上述制备方法制备得到的复合微生物基质在西瓜育苗中的应用。
上述制备方法制备得到的复合微生物基质在西瓜定植移栽后的应用。
经由上述的技术方案可知,与现有技术相比,本发明达到的技术效果是:
利用微生物基质、椰糠(粒径1-10mm)、蛭石(粒径2-4mm)、珍珠岩(粒径2-4mm)四种物料,按体积比为50-55%、25-30%、15%、5%混合配制西瓜育苗基质。利用该基质育苗,西瓜苗无病害,生长健壮,根系发达。与常规基质育苗比较:发芽指数提高13.0-15.5%、苗干重增加18.7-19.4%、壮苗指数增加28.6-33.3%、发病率降低5.5个百分点,成苗率提高5.4-5.7个百分点。
利用微生物基质种植西瓜,整地时,每亩撒施微生物菌基质400kg,氮磷钾17-17-17复合肥总量52.5kg,西瓜苗定植时,每株用微生物菌基质100g包裹西瓜苗根坨周围,然后盖土浇水封穴。采用该方法种植西瓜,能够减轻病害发生,促进西瓜生长,增加产量,改善品质;与瓜农习惯每亩施常规有机肥100kg、氮磷钾17-17-17的复合肥总量70kg比较,化肥减量25%,同时西瓜田间病株率降低18.2%、可溶性固形物含量增加1.4个百分点、产量增加7.5%。

实施例1
一种西瓜种植用复合微生物基质的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
1)回收木薯酒糟沼渣和菇渣:分别收集木薯酒糟沼渣和菇渣,备用;
2)量取:岩量取椰糠25g、蛭石15g、珍珠岩5g、木薯酒糟沼渣、菇渣和微生物菌剂共55g;备用;
3)混合发酵:将木薯酒糟沼渣和菇渣混合,发酵,得腐熟混合物料;
31)在木薯酒糟沼渣和菇渣的混合料上覆盖农膜,4天后,翻动,并调整混合料含水量为50%,得到混合物;
32)对混合物进行堆料,得到料堆,料堆高1m,宽5m;
33)在料堆上覆盖农膜发酵,期间,每隔7天翻堆一次,当物料温度降至20度时,停止发酵,得到腐熟混合物料;
4)接种、增繁:晾晒腐熟混合物料,至其含水量为40%时,向其中添加微生物菌剂,搅拌均匀,粉碎、过筛,堆放发酵,得到微生物基质;

42)在所述料堆上覆盖农膜发酵,每隔5天翻堆一次,待料堆水分降至30%时,停止发酵,得到微生物基质;
5)混合:将微生物基质与椰糠、蛭石和珍珠岩混合,搅拌均匀,得到复合微生物基质。
实施例2
一种西瓜种植用复合微生物基质的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
1)回收木薯酒糟沼渣和菇渣:分别收集木薯酒糟沼渣和菇渣,备用;
2)量取:岩量取椰糠30g、蛭石15g、珍珠岩5g、木薯酒糟沼渣、菇渣和微生物菌剂共50g;
3)混合发酵:将木薯酒糟沼渣和菇渣混合,发酵,得腐熟混合物料;
31)在木薯酒糟沼渣和菇渣的混合料上覆盖农膜,5天后,翻动,并调整混合料含水量为55%,得到混合物;
32)对混合物进行堆料,得到料堆,料堆高1.5m,宽6m;
33)在料堆上覆盖农膜发酵,期间,每隔10天翻堆一次,当物料温度降至22度时,停止发酵,得到腐熟混合物料;
4)接种、增繁:晾晒腐熟混合物料,至其含水量为45%时,向其中添加微生物菌剂,搅拌均匀,粉碎、过筛,堆放发酵,得到微生物基质;
41)将腐熟混合物料和微生物菌剂的混合物转移至阴凉处,在35℃下堆料,得到料堆,料堆宽2m,高1m;
42)在所述料堆上覆盖农膜发酵,每隔5天翻堆一次,待料堆水分降至35%时,停止发酵,得到微生物基质;
5)混合:将微生物基质与椰糠、蛭石和珍珠岩混合,搅拌均匀,得到复合微生物基质。
实施例3
一种西瓜种植用复合微生物基质的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
1)回收木薯酒糟沼渣和菇渣:分别收集木薯酒糟沼渣和菇渣,备用;
2)量取:岩量取椰糠28g、蛭石15g、珍珠岩5g、木薯酒糟沼渣、菇渣和微生物菌剂共52g,备用;
3)混合发酵:将木薯酒糟沼渣和菇渣混合,发酵,得腐熟混合物料;
31)在木薯酒糟沼渣和菇渣的混合料上覆盖农膜,4天后,翻动,并调整混合料含水量为51%,得到混合物;
32)对混合物进行堆料,得到料堆,料堆高1.2m,宽5.2m;
33)在料堆上覆盖农膜发酵,期间,每隔8天翻堆一次,当物料温度降至20度时,停止发酵,得到腐熟混合物料;
4)接种、增繁:晾晒腐熟混合物料,至其含水量为42%时,向其中添加微生物菌剂,搅拌均匀,粉碎、过筛,堆放发酵,得到微生物基质;
41)将腐熟混合物料和微生物菌剂的混合物转移至阴凉处,在25℃下堆料,得到料堆,料堆宽1.2m,高0.9m;
42)在所述料堆上覆盖农膜发酵,每隔5天翻堆一次,待料堆水分降至33%时,停止发酵,得到微生物基质;
5)混合:将微生物基质与椰糠、蛭石和珍珠岩混合,搅拌均匀,得到复合微生物基质。
实施例4
一种西瓜种植用复合微生物基质的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
1)回收木薯酒糟沼渣和菇渣:分别收集木薯酒糟沼渣和菇渣,备用;
2)量取:量取椰糠29g、蛭石15g、珍珠岩5g、木薯酒糟沼渣、菇渣和微生物菌剂共51g,备用;
3)混合发酵:将木薯酒糟沼渣和菇渣混合,发酵,得腐熟混合物料;
31)在木薯酒糟沼渣和菇渣的混合料上覆盖农膜,5天后,翻动,并调整混合料含水量为54%,得到混合物;
32)对混合物进行堆料,得到料堆,料堆高1.3m,宽5.5m;
33)在料堆上覆盖农膜发酵,期间,每隔9天翻堆一次,当物料温度降至21度时,停止发酵,得到腐熟混合物料;
4)接种、增繁:晾晒腐熟混合物料,至其含水量为43%时,向其中添加微生物菌剂,搅拌均匀,粉碎、过筛,堆放发酵,得到微生物基质;
41)将腐熟混合物料和微生物菌剂的混合物转移至阴凉处,在30℃下堆料,得到料堆,料堆宽1.5m,高0.9m;
42)在所述料堆上覆盖农膜发酵,每隔5天翻堆一次,待料堆水分降至34%时,停止发酵,得到微生物基质;
5)混合:将微生物基质与椰糠、蛭石和珍珠岩混合,搅拌均匀,得到复合微生物基质。
实施例5
在常温、自然发酵条件下不同含水量对木薯酒糟沼渣和菇渣发酵的理化性质有一定影响,以采用实施例4制备复合微生物基质,在木薯酒糟沼渣和菇渣的混合料上覆盖农膜,5天后,翻动,并调整混合料含水量为45%、50%,55%、60%得到混合物,确定木薯酒糟沼渣和菇渣转化为育苗基质适宜的发酵条件。

由表1可知,木薯酒糟沼渣和菇渣混合料随着含水量的增加,EC值、pH均升高,含水量为50-55%时EC值在2.0左右,pH接近中性,适合蔬菜育苗。水分含量增大,容重增加、孔隙度减小,但均在有效范围内,对蔬菜育苗无影响。随着混合料含水量的增加,水解性N、P2O5含量均升高,而K2O含量降低,混合料含水量为50-55%时,养分含量适中,能够满足幼苗生长发育需求,养分含量过高易造成烧苗。因此,木薯酒糟沼渣和菇渣混合料含水量为50-55%时,混合料充分腐熟,基质理化性状及养分含量均有利于蔬菜育苗。
实施例6
以实施例4制备的微生物基质为准,设置不同的西瓜育苗用复合微生物基质,分组如表2所示;不同的处理组,得到的西瓜的发芽指数、成苗率、发病率、干重和壮苗指数如表3所示;

由表3可知,T5、T6处理发芽整齐、生长健壮,根系发达;发芽指数、成苗率、干重和壮苗指数均最高,且无病害发生,比对照商品基质育苗发芽指数提高13.0-15.5%、苗干重增加18.7-19.4%、壮苗指数增加28.6-33.3%、发病率降低5.5个百分点,成苗率提高5.4-5.7个百分点。因此,T5、T6处理的基质配方是最优配方。
实施例7
采用实施例4中的微生物基质种植西瓜,种植时在西瓜苗定植穴内施微生物基质,用以包裹西瓜苗根坨,使有益微生物菌优先定殖在西瓜苗根系周围,减少土壤有害病菌对西瓜苗的侵染,同时创造出根系良好的生长环境,以促进西瓜苗生长,提高抗病能力。采用复合微生物基质和常规育苗基质(草炭、蛭石、珍珠岩,体积比3:1:1)对西瓜进行育苗,定植时根施微生物基质,对不同穴施方式效果进行对比,筛选出穴施微生物菌基质的数量和方法;处理方式和处理结果如表4和表5所示;

由表5可知,从病株率、产量及可溶性固形物综合分析,生物菌基质应用效果优于常规基质,能够显著降低西瓜田间病株率,增加产量改善品质;T3处理优于其他处理、效果最好,与CK比较病株率降低12.2%,西瓜产量增加4.9%,西瓜果实可溶性固形物含量提高0.7个百分点。因此,采用复合微生物菌育苗基质培育的西瓜苗,西瓜定植时每穴用100g左右微生物菌基质包裹西瓜苗根陀底部和周围,然后再覆盖土壤的西瓜苗种植方法是最优处理。
实施例8
针对地方农户种植西瓜亩施商品有机肥100-200kg/亩、化肥(基肥+追肥)70kg/亩或亩施化肥70kg/亩的常规施肥方式,开展微生物基质、商品有机肥和不施有机肥对比试验,验证采用实施例4中的微生物菌基质种植西瓜的技术效果。
试验设计:设3个处理、1个对照(CK)。各处理如下表6所示,试验结果如表7所示;

试验结果:结果表明,CK田间病株率最高、西瓜产量和糖分最低,说明施用微生物基质和有机肥种植西瓜,均优于单一施用化肥种植。T1与T3比较,西瓜病株率降低9.4%、可溶性固形物含量提高0.6个百分点、西瓜产量提高4%,说明施用生物菌基质种植西瓜优于施用有机肥种植。T2田间病株率最低、西瓜产量和果实可溶性固形物含量最高,说明土壤施用生物菌基质的同时穴施生物菌基质的种植方法是最优处理,比施用有机肥的处理田间病株率降低12.9%、可溶性固形物含量提高1.1个百分点、产量增加6.3%,比单一施用化肥的处理田间病株率降低15.4%、可溶性固形物含量提高1.5个百分点、产量增加13.0%。
实施例9
针对地方常规西瓜种植施肥模式,采用实施例4中的微生物基质种植西瓜,减轻病害发生,提高化肥利用率,在减少化肥用量的基础上,实现西瓜增加产量和改善品质。以化肥减量25-30%为目标,筛选适宜的微生物基质用量和方法。
设化肥减量25%、30%两个目标,分别亩施生物菌基质100kg、200kg、300kg、400kg、500kg,同时采用实施例4中的复合微生物育苗基质育苗,西瓜苗定植时每株穴施100g微生物育苗基质。对照采用常规育苗及定植方式,定植时施有机肥100kg/亩,化肥70kg/亩。试验处理如下表8所示,结果如表8所示。

由表9可知,结果表明,T1、T6处理的西瓜产量略低于CK;T2、T7处理与CK的西瓜产量基本一致。亩施生物菌基质300-500kg以上时,随着生物菌基质用量增加,西瓜产量逐步提高,且化肥减量25%各处理增产幅度高于化肥减量30%各处理,化肥减量25%增产幅度为4.5-8.0%,化肥减量30%增产幅度为3.3-6.9%。因此,亩施生物菌基质300-500kg时适宜的化肥减量为25%;亩施生物菌基质400kg(T4)与500kg处理(T5)产量基本一致,无显著差异。因此化肥减量25%,微生物基质适宜的最高用量为亩施400kg。
综合分析得出,化肥减量25%、亩施微生物基质200kg时,西瓜不减产;化肥减量25%、亩施微生物基质400kg时,西瓜病株率降低18.2%、可溶性固形物含量增加1.4个百分点、产量增加7.5%。
实施例10
按照实施例4中公开的方式进行复合微生物基质的制备,接种微生物菌剂后,湿度、温度均如实施例4所示,有益微生物菌群按基质质量比接种,分别是0.5%多粘类芽孢杆菌(100亿/克)、0.2%哈茨木霉菌(500亿/克)、0.2%枯草芽孢杆菌(500亿/克)增繁时间设6个处理为10天、20天、30天、40天、50天、60天;得到的复合微生物基质中各种微生物的数量如表10所示;

由表10可知,发酵30天时,菌种増繁效果最好。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。对于实施例公开的装置而言,由于其与实施例公开的方法相对应,所以描述的比较简单,相关之处参见方法部分说明即可。
对所公开的实施例的上述说明,使本领域专业技术人员能够实现或使用本发明。对这些实施例的多种修改对本领域的专业技术人员来说将是显而易见的,本文中所定义的一般原理可以在不脱离本发明的精神或范围的情况下,在其它实施例中实现。因此,本发明将不会被限制于本文所示的这些实施例,而是要符合与本文所公开的原理和新颖特点相一致的最宽的范围。
Claims (3)
1.一种西瓜种植用复合微生物基质的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
1)回收木薯酒糟沼渣和菇渣:分别收集木薯酒糟沼渣和菇渣,备用;
2)量取:量取椰糠25g、蛭石15g、珍珠岩5g、发酵微生物基质55g;备用;
所述发酵微生物基质包括基质A和微生物菌剂;
其中,所述基质A包括下述体积分数的原料:木薯酒糟沼渣40-45%和菇渣55-60%;
且所述微生物菌剂占所述基质A质量的0.5-1.5%;
所述微生物菌剂包括:多粘类芽孢杆菌、哈茨木霉菌和枯草芽孢杆菌;其中,多粘类芽孢杆菌占基质A质量的0.3-0.5%,哈茨木霉菌占基质A质量的0.1-0.5%,枯草芽孢杆菌占基质A质量的0.1-0.5%;
3)混合发酵:将木薯酒糟沼渣和菇渣混合,发酵,得腐熟混合物料;
31)在木薯酒糟沼渣和菇渣的混合料上覆盖农膜,4天后,翻动,并调整混合料含水量为50%,得到混合物;
32)对混合物进行堆料,得到料堆,料堆高1m,宽5m;
33)在料堆上覆盖农膜发酵,期间,每隔7天翻堆一次,当物料温度降至20度时,停止发酵,得到腐熟混合物料;
4)接种、增繁:晾晒腐熟混合物料,至其含水量为40%时,向其中添加微生物菌剂,搅拌均匀,粉碎、过筛,堆放发酵,得到发酵微生物基质;
41)将腐熟混合物料和微生物菌剂的混合物转移至阴凉处,在20℃下堆料,得到料堆,料堆宽1m,高0.8m;
42)在所述料堆上覆盖农膜发酵,每隔5天翻堆一次,待料堆水分降至30%时,停止发酵,得到发酵微生物基质;
5)混合:将发酵微生物基质与椰糠、蛭石和珍珠岩混合,搅拌均匀,得到复合微生物基质。
2.根据权利要求1制备得到的复合微生物基质在西瓜育苗中的应用。
3.根据权利要求1制备得到的复合微生物基质在西瓜定植移栽后的应用。
