技术领域
本发明涉及电动汽车充电枪,特别是涉及电动汽车快速拔起防盗充电枪。
背景技术
电动汽车具有节能、环保等优点,使用的人越来越多,在使用过程中需要给电动汽车充电,一般多采用充电枪给电动汽车充电,将充电枪的充电插座与电动汽车上的充电插头连接进行充电,使用方便。但已有的充电枪在使用时,需要先将充电枪与电动汽车充电插头连接,再去按下电源开关,在充电枪上没有充电启动装置,使用不方便;充电枪外壳与充电插座经螺钉连接,充电时间过长后,充电插座容易发热,充电枪外壳与充电插座受热软化,螺钉容易松动,充电枪外壳与充电插座容易分离,并且充电完毕后,拔出充电枪费力,有些人为了拔出省力,往往一面摇动充电枪充电插座,一面往外拔,这样造成充电枪插座与电动汽车上的充电插头都容易松动,时间一久,使用就不安全;另一方面电动汽车充电都需要较长时间,所以在给电动汽车插上充电枪充电的过程中,当事人通常离开了充电现场,可是已有的充电枪没有自锁装置,在无人看管的情况下,充电枪(尤其是电缆)比较贵,充电枪容易被小偷拔走,不仅影响充电效果,耽误时间,并且造成经济损失。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服已有技术存在的缺点,提供一种在充电枪上设置充电启动按钮,使用安全,并且充电枪插座拔出省力,同时该充电枪设置自锁装置,具备防盗功能的电动汽车快速拔起防盗充电枪。
本发明电动汽车快速拔起防盗充电枪的技术方案是,包括充电枪外壳,充电枪外壳的一侧连接充电插座,所述的充电枪外壳内制有内腔,在内腔中设置充电接头组及充电组件,所述的充电接头组包括电源接头、控制线接头和信号接头,其特征在于所述的充电枪外壳的另一侧制有手柄,充电枪外壳的前端内壁制有环形槽,充电插座的头部制有台阶,台阶与环形槽相配合,所述充电枪外壳上部制有推杆槽,推杆槽中设置推杆,所述推杆的尾部上设置防盗锁,推杆的前端制有滑块,滑块与充电枪外壳上的挡块相接触,挡块的前部设置扎扣,推杆下制有齿条,齿条与齿盘上的齿轮相接触,齿盘通过中心轴安装在充电枪外壳内,齿盘连接扳手,中心轴上安装钮簧,钮簧的一头连接在扳手上,钮簧的另一头安装在充电枪外壳上,扳手的尾部设置在手柄的手孔内,在充电枪外壳的外壁上设置启动按钮,在齿轮前部设置关闭按钮,关闭按钮与齿轮相接触。
本发明公开了一种电动汽车快速拔起防盗充电枪,包括充电枪外壳,充电枪外壳的一侧连接充电插座,充电插座在使用时与电动汽车上的充电插头连接,所述的充电枪外壳内制有内腔,在内腔中设置充电接头组及充电组件,所述的充电接头组包括电源接头、控制线接头和信号线接头,其特征在于所述充电枪外壳的另一侧制有手柄,有了手柄,手握住手柄充电时,操作方便,充电枪外壳的端部内壁制有环形槽,充电插座的头部制有台阶,台阶与环形槽相配合,所述的充电枪外壳为前、后两块,前充电枪外壳和后充电枪外壳之间通过螺钉连接,将充电枪外壳采用注塑成型制成前、后两块外壳,加工脱模容易,制造费用省,安装时,将前、后两块外壳的环形槽卡在充电插座头部的台阶外,前、后两块外壳再通过螺钉连接,安装方便,并且充电枪外壳与充电插座之间省略了螺钉等连接结构,在充电过程中,充电枪外壳与充电插座之间避免受热软化,克服了充电枪外壳与充电插座连接松动现象,所述充电枪外壳的上部制有推杆槽,推杆槽中设置推杆,所述推杆的尾部上设置防盗锁,推杆的前端制有滑块,滑块与充电枪外壳上的挡块相接触,挡块的前部制有扎扣,扎扣与电动汽车上充电插头的扎环接触,有了扎环与扎扣配合,使充电枪上的充电插座与电动汽车上的充电插头连接牢靠,推杆下制有齿条,齿条与齿盘上的齿轮相接触,齿盘通过中心轴安装在充电枪外壳上,齿盘连接扳手,中心轴上安装钮簧,钮簧的一头连接在扳手上,钮簧的另一头安装在充电枪外壳上,扳手的尾部设置在手柄的手孔内,在充电枪外壳的外壁上设置启动按钮,在齿轮前部设置关闭按钮,关闭按钮与齿轮相接触。当需给电动汽车进行充电时,手握起充电枪的手柄,将充电枪前部的充电插座对准电动汽车上的充电插头,使充电枪前部的充电插座与电动汽车上的充电插头连接,电动汽车充电插头上的扎环卡入充电枪外壳上的扎扣内,使充电枪充电插座与电动汽车上的充电插头连接牢靠,按下充电枪外壳外壁上的启动按钮,充电工作开始,并且将防盗锁锁上,由防盗锁将推杆锁定,因此,当充电枪在进行充电时,如果没有开启防盗锁,就不能拔出充电枪,当事人可以离开充电现场,防止小偷偷走充电枪;当充电完毕,打开防盗锁,手指捏(按)下扳手,在钮簧的作用力下,扳手带动齿盘转动,齿盘上的齿轮带动推杆下的齿条向前移动,齿轮与充电枪内的关闭按钮接触,关闭充电,与此同时,推杆前端的滑块将充电枪外壳上的挡块顶起,使挡块前的扎扣与充电插头上的扎环脱离接触,并且推杆的头部顶触电动汽车上的充电插头,使充电枪的充电插座往后推动,此时手握住手柄往外拔出充电枪,拔出轻松省力。
本发明的电动汽车快速拔起防盗充电枪,所述的防盗锁包括密码锁、弹子锁、遥控锁、磁卡锁、非接触式IC卡锁或感应卡锁等,使用密码锁将推杆锁定,只要记住密码,按下准确密码就能轻松的开启防盗锁。所述的充电枪外壳内腔内设置卡线槽,有了卡线槽,充电线接头在内腔内设置服帖。所述的枪体外壳外壁前部设置显示屏,显示屏通充电组件,有了显示屏,可以清楚的看到电动汽车充电状态。

本发明涉及一种电动汽车快速拔起防盗充电枪,如图1—图3所示,包括充电枪外壳1,充电枪外壳1的一侧连接充电插座2,充电插座在使用时与电动汽车上的充电插头连接,所述的充电枪外壳1内制有内腔3,在内腔3中设置充电接头组及充电组件,所述的充电接头组包括电源接头、控制线接头和信号线接头,其特征在于所述充电枪外壳1的另一侧制有手柄4,有了手柄,手握住手柄充电时,操作方便,充电枪外壳1的端部内壁制有环形槽5,充电插座2的头部制有台阶6,台阶6与环形槽5相配合,所述的充电枪外壳1为前、后两块,前充电枪外壳和后充电枪外壳之间通过螺钉24连接,将充电枪外壳采用注塑成型制成前、后两块外壳,加工脱模容易,制造费用省,安装时,将前、后两块外壳的环形槽卡在充电插座头部的台阶外,前、后两块外壳再通过螺钉连接,安装方便,并且充电枪外壳与充电插座之间省略了螺钉等连接结构,在充电过程中,充电枪外壳与充电插座之间避免受热软化,克服了充电枪外壳与充电插座连接松动现象,所述充电枪外壳1的上部制有推杆槽7,推杆槽7中设置推杆8,所述推杆8的尾部上设置防盗锁9,推杆8的前端制有滑块10,滑块10与充电枪外壳1上的挡块11相接触,挡块11的前部制有扎扣12,扎扣12与电动汽车上充电插头的扎环接触,有了扎环与扎扣12配合,使充电枪上的充电插座2与电动汽车上的充电插头连接牢靠,推杆8下制有齿条13,齿条13与齿盘14上的齿轮15相接触,齿盘14通过中心轴16安装在充电枪外壳1上,齿盘14连接扳手17,中心轴16上安装钮簧18,钮簧18的一头连接在扳手17上,钮簧18的另一头安装在充电枪外壳1上,扳手17的尾部设置在手柄1的手孔19内,在充电枪外壳1的外壁上设置启动按钮20,在齿轮15前部设置关闭按钮21,关闭按钮21与齿轮15相接触,启动按钮和关闭按钮都连接充电枪内的控制线。当需给电动汽车进行充电时,手握起充电枪的手柄4,将充电枪前部的充电插座2对准电动汽车上的充电插头,使充电枪前部的充电插座与电动汽车上的充电插头连接,电动汽车充电插头上的扎环卡入充电枪外壳上的扎扣12内,使充电枪充电插座2与电动汽车上的充电插头连接牢靠,按下充电枪外壳1外壁上的启动按钮20,充电工作开始,并且将防盗锁9锁上,由防盗锁9将推杆8锁定,因此,当充电枪在进行充电时,如果没有开启防盗锁,就不能拔出充电枪,当事人可以离开充电现场,防止小偷偷走充电枪;当充电完毕,打开防盗锁9,手指捏(按)下扳手17,在钮簧18的作用力下,扳手17带动齿盘14转动,齿盘14上的齿轮15带动推杆8下的齿条13向前移动,齿轮15与充电枪内的关闭按钮21接触,关闭充电,与此同时,推杆8前端的滑块10将充电枪外壳1上的挡块11顶起,使挡块11前的扎扣12与充电插头上的扎环脱离接触,并且推杆8的头部25顶触电动汽车上的充电插头,使充电枪及充电插座2往后推动,此时手握住手柄4往外拔出充电枪,拔出轻松省力。所述的防盗锁9包括密码锁、弹子锁、遥控锁、磁卡锁、非接触式IC卡锁或感应卡锁等,使用密码锁将推杆锁定,只要记住密码,按下准确密码就能轻松的开启防盗锁。所述的充电枪外壳1内腔内设置卡线槽23,有了卡线槽,充电线接头在内腔内设置服帖。所述的枪体外壳1外壁前部设置显示屏22,显示屏通充电组件,有了显示屏,可以清楚的看到电动汽车充电状态。
