Abstract
本发明公开了一种节能型燃气炉头,其包括:旋转页轮,所述旋转页轮包括燃气头和由所述燃气头的侧壁底端向顶端延伸的若干旋转页片,其中所述燃气头的侧壁上还设有若干燃气流通的通孔。本发明的节能型燃气炉头及其燃气炉,其螺旋状的旋转页片的功能增强空气流动性,从而形成扩散气旋,令燃气得到充份燃烧,热力向上升时引发澎湃喷射,强火力大,得以将升炉具的燃烧效率发挥至极点,既可减少浪费燃气及降低碳之排放量,避免空气污染同时亦减省能源,提高能效。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及燃气炉技术领域,尤其涉及一种可提高燃烧效率的节能型燃气炉头及其燃气炉。
背景技术
燃气炉作为天然气、煤气的燃烧设备,因燃料本身环保,而被广泛应用,但是,如果燃料燃烧不充分,仍然会造成一定的资源浪费。
现有技术中,提高燃气燃烧效率的做法是,将燃气从炉台的均匀小孔中喷出,从而快速燃烧。但是,作为传统燃烧器仍是由人手操控点火,并未备置气旋效能,燃气接触空气层面较小,令大量热力流失,当燃烧器进入静止待用时,长时间仍余留一点火,浪费燃气及制造较多空气污染,甚至是安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种节能型燃气炉头及其燃气炉,其解决了目前燃气炉能效较低的技术问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明所提出的技术方案为:
本发明的一种节能型燃气炉头,其包括:旋转页轮,所述旋转页轮包括燃气头和由所述燃气头的侧壁底端向顶端延伸的若干旋转页片,其中所述燃气头的侧壁上还设有若干燃气流通的通孔。
其中,所述的燃气头包括桶状本体,所述桶状本体的一端口设有一顶盖。
优选的,所述的旋转页片等间隔且相互平行的分布于所述燃气头的侧壁上。
优选的,所述的通孔设于相邻两旋转页片之间的燃气头侧壁上。
其中,所述的旋转页片的旋转角度为40度。
优选的,所述的通孔等间距的设于燃气头的侧壁。
如上任意一项所述的节能型燃气炉头,其还包括设置于所述旋转页轮外部的炉门,所述炉门将由旋转页轮喷射出的火焰收集聚拢。
其中,所述的炉门包括:柱状本体,所述柱状本体的一端部沿轴向延伸出一侧壁,所述柱状本体的中部设有一锥形孔,所述旋转页轮位于所述锥形孔下方。
与现有技术相比,本发明的节能型燃气炉头及其燃气炉,其螺旋状的旋转页片的功能增强空气流动性,从而形成扩散气旋,令燃气得到充份燃烧,热力向上升时引发澎湃喷射,强火力大,得以将升炉具的燃烧效率发挥至极点,既可减少浪费燃气及降低碳之排放量,避免空气污染同时亦减省能源,提高能效。

具体实施方式
以下参考附图,对本发明予以进一步地详尽阐述。
请参阅附图1至附图7,在本实施例中,该节能型燃气炉头,其包括:旋转页轮1,所述旋转页轮1包括燃气头11和由所述燃气头11的侧壁底端向顶端延伸的若干旋转页片12,其中所述燃气头11的侧壁上还设有若干燃气流通的通孔112。燃气流体首先进入燃气头11内,然后由通孔112流出,经上述旋转页片12旋转分散后与空气接触充分燃烧。
进一步的,请再次参阅附图2,所述的燃气头11包括桶状本体111,所述桶状本体111的一端口设有一顶盖13,顶盖13的作用使燃气只能沿设于桶状本体111侧壁上的通孔112流出,形成澎湃气流。更具体的,所述桶状本体111为管体,一端设有顶盖13。于其他实施例中,桶状本体111可以为任意桶体,其作用为将燃气引导至通孔流出。
优选的,所述的旋转页片12等间隔且相互平行的分布于所述燃气头11的侧壁上。且,所述的通孔112设于相邻两旋转页片12之间的燃气头11侧壁上。该通孔112可以设置单列,也可以是多列。
在本实施例中,所述的旋转页片12的旋转角度为40度。于其他实施例中,可以根据需要调整旋转页片12的旋转角度,其主要作用为为燃气燃烧时提供充分与空气接触面积,从而使其充分燃烧。
优选的,所述的通孔112等间距的设于燃气头11的侧壁。且,通孔112的分布走势与旋转页片12一致。
请再次参阅附图6和附图7,该节能型燃气炉头,其还包括设置于所述旋转页轮1外部的炉门2,所述炉门2将由旋转页轮1喷射出的火焰收集聚拢。使火焰集中对被加热装置加热,快速到达所需温度。
其中,所述的炉门2包括:柱状本体21,所述柱状本体21的一端部沿轴向延伸出一侧壁22,所述柱状本体21的中部设有一锥形孔23,所述旋转页轮1位于所述锥形孔23下方。其中,上述锥形孔23的底角a的大小范围为45至63度。
本实施例的节能型燃气炉头及其燃气炉,其螺旋状的旋转页片的功能增强空气流动性,从而形成扩散气旋,令燃气得到充份燃烧,热力向上升时引发澎湃喷射,强火力大,得以将升炉具的燃烧效率发挥至极点,既可减少浪费燃气及降低碳之排放量,避免空气污染同时亦减省能源,提高能效。

1.一种节能型燃气炉头,其特征在于,包括:旋转页轮,所述旋转页轮包括燃气头和由所述燃气头的侧壁底端向顶端延伸的若干旋转页片,其中所述燃气头的侧壁上还设有若干燃气流通的通孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的节能型燃气炉头,其特征在于,所述的燃气头包括桶状本体,所述桶状本体的一端口设有一顶盖。
3.如权利要求1所述的节能型燃气炉头,其特征在于,所述的旋转页片等间隔且相互平行的分布于所述燃气头的侧壁上。
4.如权利要求1所述的节能型燃气炉头,其特征在于,所述的通孔设于相邻两旋转页片之间的燃气头侧壁上。
5.如权利要求3所述的节能型燃气炉头,其特征在于,所述的旋转页片的旋转角度为40度。
6.如权利要求4所述的节能型燃气炉头,其特征在于,所述的通孔等间距的设于燃气头的侧壁。
7.如权利要求1至6任意一项所述的节能型燃气炉头,其特征在于,还包括设置于所述旋转页轮外部的炉门,所述炉门将由旋转页轮喷射出的火焰收集聚拢。
8.如权利要求7所述的节能型燃气炉头,其特征在于,所述的炉门包括:柱状本体,所述柱状本体的一端部沿轴向延伸出一侧壁,所述柱状本体的中部设有一锥形孔,所述旋转页轮位于所述锥形孔下方。
