本发明公开了一种以工业副产品盐酸为主要原料的抑菌性水垢清洗液,属于化学清洗剂领域,含有如下成分:37%盐酸、表面活性剂、防腐蚀剂、香料、颜料及增稠剂,其中,所述37%盐酸为工业副产品盐酸;一种包括上述成分的清洗液的制备方法包括准备原料,制备增稠剂溶液,制备其余辅料混合液,混合上述溶液,加入盐酸,稀释定容等步骤;另一种添加了苯甲酸和水杨酸的清洗液的制备方法包括准备原料,制备增稠剂、部分表面活性剂、苯甲酸的混合液,制备水杨酸与其余辅料的混合液,混合上述溶液,加入盐酸,稀释定容等步骤。本发明的制备成本低,除垢速度快,具有抑菌和杀菌的功能,且减轻了相关企业处理副产品盐酸的压力,减少副产品盐酸对环境的污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及化学清洗剂领域,具体的涉及一种以工业副产品盐酸为主要原料的抑菌性水垢清洗液。
背景技术
通常水的硬度与水中所含的Ca、Mg离子的浓度大小有关,含二种离子的浓度大的水即是硬水,相反则为软水。目前我国许多地区的自来水为硬水,即水中所含的Ca、Mg离子的浓度较大。硬水在使用过程中很容易产生水垢,特别是在卫生间的墙壁、地面、洗脸池和马桶的内壁,这些部位通常在很短的时间内会在产生一层不能溶解的白色、褐色或黑色的物质。这种状况的出现不仅影响卫生间的美观、而且极易在产生水垢的地方滋生细菌、真菌、有时伴有较大的味道,进而使得卫生间,特别是公共卫生间对使用人可造成潜在的威胁、或者可促进细菌及病毒的传播。因此,卫生间水垢的及时清除是非常必要和必须的。
水垢的主要成分为CaCO3、Ca(HCO3)2、MgCO3和Mg(HCO3)2物质,它们都不溶于水中,但可以在大部分无机酸中溶解,这样就为水垢的清除提供了一种方法。目前国内的许多单位使用浓盐酸、浓硝酸等来清洗公用卫生间的地面、便池及马桶,这些浓酸的使用是可以将水垢清洗掉。但由于浓盐酸、浓硝酸的挥发性会在卫生间及附近的楼道内产生大量的酸雾,而酸雾由于有很强的腐蚀性,会对卫生间及楼道中的金属管道、门窗等金属部件造成腐蚀,同时也对生活、工作在此环境中的人员造成身体上的严重的危害。而家庭中多使用醋精或醋酸来去除水垢,虽然它们的腐蚀性不是很强,但其去除水垢的过程较长,且同样有较强的挥发性,易在室内形成醋酸酸雾,进而对身体造成危害。
目前,市场上的水垢清洗液:价格低的,则去污效率不够高;去污能力好的,则成分复杂,成本较高。另外,一般的水垢清洗液均没有杀菌抑菌功能。
另一方面,在多晶硅的生产过程中会产生大量的HCl气体及盐酸水溶液。在氟化工企业也会产生大量的副产品盐酸,这些盐酸在市场上销售,有时最高需倒贴200元/吨,一些企业不得不停产和限产。所以工业副产品盐酸的合理化处理也是一个重要问题。
发明内容
1.要解决的技术问题
本发明要解决的技术在于提供一种以工业副产品盐酸为主要原料的抑菌性水垢清洗液,其成本低,去污效率高,且具有抑菌和杀菌的功能。
2.技术方案
为解决上述问题,本发明采取如下技术方案:
一种以工业副产品盐酸为主要原料的抑菌性水垢清洗液,含有如下成分:37%盐酸、表面活性剂、防腐蚀剂、香料、颜料及增稠剂,其中,所述37%盐酸为工业副产品盐酸。
进一步地,所述表面活性剂为聚氧化乙烯牛脂胺、脂肪醇-C12-C15-聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或两种。
进一步地,所述防腐蚀剂为乙二醇或丙二醇。
进一步地,所述香料为水杨酸甲酯。
进一步地,所述颜料为耐酸的蓝颜料、薄荷绿颜料或柠檬黄颜料。
进一步地,所述增稠剂为耐酸性聚乙二醇-14、黄原胶、烷基纤维素或烷氧基纤维素。
进一步地,一种以工业副产品盐酸为主要原料的抑菌性水垢清洗液,包括如下质量百分数的成分:
37%盐酸 5~20%;
表面活性剂 0.5~2.5%;
防腐蚀剂 0.3~1%;
香料 0.05~0.5%;
颜料 0.005~0.1%;
增稠剂 0.01~5%;
余量为去离子水。
上述清洗液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按质量百分数准备好原料;
(2)将增稠剂中加入到700~800mL去离子水中,搅拌使其完全溶解,然后冷却至室温,得到溶液A;
(3)搅拌条件下,在100mL去离子水中依次加入表面活性剂、防腐蚀剂、香料及颜料,得到溶液B;
(4)搅拌条件下,将溶液B加入到溶液A中,并用去离子水润洗盛B溶液的容器3次,每次用10mL去离子水,将洗液也加入到溶液A中,形成溶液C;
(5)搅拌条件下,将37%盐酸加入到溶液C中,冷却,形成溶液D;
(6)最后将溶液D用去离子水补充到1000mL,搅拌均匀,即得到产品。

37%盐酸 3~19%;
苯甲酸 0.015~0.5%;
水杨酸 0.02~0.5%;
表面活性剂 0.11~2.5%;
防腐蚀剂 0.2~1%;
香料 0.05~0.5%;
颜料 0.005~0.1%;
增稠剂 0.001~5%;
余量为去离子水和有机溶剂。
上述清洗液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按质量百分数准备好原料;
(2)将增稠剂、苯甲酸溶解和部分表面活性剂溶解到异丙醇中,在搅拌下于上述溶液中慢慢加入600~650mL去离子水,继续搅拌直至溶液完全混合均匀,得到溶液E;
(3)搅拌条件下,依次将水杨酸、表面活性剂、防腐蚀剂、香料、颜料溶于100mL去离子水中,形成溶液F;
(4)搅拌条件下,将溶液F加入溶液E中,并用去离子水润洗盛F溶液的容器3次,每次用10mL去离子水,将洗液也加入到溶液E中,形成溶液G;
(5)搅拌条件下,将37%盐酸加入到溶液G中,冷却,形成溶液H;
(6)最后将溶液H用去离子水补充到1000mL,搅拌均匀,即得到产品。
3.有益效果
(1)本发明所提供的清洗液以廉价易得的工业副产品盐酸为主要原料配制而成,使得产品的价格低廉,便于推广和应用。
(2)本发明所提供的清洗液有效结合无机酸(盐酸)和有机酸(水杨酸和苯甲酸),既保证了除垢效率,又可缓解强酸对管道和设备的腐蚀。
(3)本发明所提供的清洗液中含有苯甲酸和水杨酸,苯甲酸对霉菌、酵母和细菌如葡萄球菌均有抑制作用,可阻止细菌和真菌生长,对微生物有强烈的毒性,但对人和动物的毒性极小。在卫生间使用可杀灭细菌、抗人体浅部真菌感染,且苯甲酸也作为钢铁设备的防锈剂;而水杨酸可用于皮肤真菌病,浅部真菌感染如体癣、手癣及足癣等的防治。水杨酸与苯甲酸的共同使用可提高苯甲酸的抑菌作用。
(4)本发明极好地利用工业工业上产生的盐酸副产品,减轻了多晶硅和氟化工等企业关于如何处理生产过程中产生的大量副产品盐酸的压力;减少了副产品盐酸对环境的污染。
本发明的制备成本低,除垢速度快,具有抑菌和杀菌的功能,且减轻了相关企业处理副产品盐酸的压力,减少副产品盐酸对环境的污染。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
实施例1
一种以工业副产品盐酸为主要原料的抑菌性水垢清洗液,包括如下质量百分数的成分:
37%盐酸 6%;
苯甲酸 0.05%;
水杨酸 0.1%;
表面活性剂 1.0%;
防腐蚀剂 0.6%;
香料 0.1%;
颜料 0.01%;
增稠剂 0.3%;
余量为去离子水。
其中,所述37%盐酸为利用工业副产品盐酸。
在本实施例中,所述表面活性剂为聚氧化乙烯牛脂胺和脂肪醇-C12-C15-聚氧乙烯醚;所述防腐蚀剂为乙二醇;所述香料为水杨酸甲酯;所述颜料为耐酸的柠檬黄颜料;所述增稠剂为黄原胶。
(1)按质量百分数准备好原料;
(2)将3.0g黄原胶加入到780mL 60℃的去离子水中,搅拌使其完全溶解,然后冷却接近室温,得到溶液A;
(3)搅拌条件下,在100mL的去离子水中依次加入5.0g的脂肪醇-C12-C15-聚氧乙烯醚、5.0g的聚氧化乙烯牛脂胺、6.0g乙二醇、1.0g的水杨酸甲酯、0.1g的柠檬黄颜料,得到溶液B;
(4)搅拌条件下,将溶液B加入到溶液A中,并用去离子水润洗盛B溶液的容器3次,每次用10mL去离子水,将洗液也加入到溶液A中,形成溶液C;
(5)搅拌条件下,将60g的37%盐酸加入到溶液C中,冷却,形成溶液D;
(6)最后将上述溶液用去离子水补充到1000mL,搅拌均匀,即得到产品。
实施例2
一种以工业副产品盐酸为主要原料的抑菌性水垢清洗液,包括如下质量百分数的成分:
37%盐酸 15%;
苯甲酸 0.02%;
水杨酸 0.02%;
表面活性剂 1.0%;
防腐蚀剂 0.8%;
香料 0.1%;
颜料 0.01%;
增稠剂 2%;
余量为去离子水和有机溶剂。
其中,所述37%盐酸为工业副产品盐酸。
在本实施例中,所述表面活性剂为聚氧化乙烯牛脂胺和脂肪醇-C12-C15-聚氧乙烯醚;所述防腐蚀剂为丙二醇;所述香料为水杨酸甲酯;所述颜料为耐酸的薄荷绿颜料;所述增稠剂为耐酸性聚乙二醇-14;所述有机溶剂为异丙醇。
(1)按质量百分数准备好原料;
(2)将20g耐酸性聚乙二醇-14、5g聚氧化乙烯牛脂胺和0.2g的苯甲酸溶解到到80g异丙醇中,在搅拌下于上述溶液中慢慢加入600mL去离子水,继续搅拌直至溶液完全混合均匀,得到溶液E;
(3)搅拌条件下,将5g的脂肪醇-C12-C15-聚氧乙烯醚、1g的水杨酸甲酯、0.8g丙二醇、0.2g的水杨酸、0.1g薄荷绿颜料溶于100mL水中形成溶液F;
(4)搅拌条件下,将溶液F加入溶液E中,并用去离子水润洗盛F溶液的容器3次,每次用10mL去离子水,将洗液也加入到溶液E中,得到溶液G;
(5)搅拌条件下,将150g的37%盐酸加入到溶液G中,冷却,形成溶液H;
(6)最后将溶液H用去离子水补充到1000mL,搅拌均匀,即得到产品。
本发明以工业上产生的盐酸溶液副产品为主要成分来配制水垢清洗液。这不仅使得产品的制备成本大大降低,同时除垢的速度很快。
实施例2中,本发明还以便宜的苯甲酸和水杨酸作为杀菌剂的成分,使得水垢清洗液具有抑菌和杀菌的功能,同时不会大量增加产品的制备成本。
本技术领域中的普通技术人员应当认识到,以上的实施例仅是用来说明本发明,而并非用作为对本发明的限定,只要在本发明的实质精神范围内,对以上所述实施例的变化、变型都将落在本发明的权利要求范围内。
Claims (10)
1.一种以工业副产品盐酸为主要原料的抑菌性水垢清洗液,其特征在于,含有如下成分:37%盐酸、表面活性剂、防腐蚀剂、香料、颜料及增稠剂,其中,所述37%盐酸为工业副产品盐酸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种以工业副产品盐酸为主要原料的抑菌性水垢清洗液,其特征在于,包括如下质量百分数的成分:
37%盐酸 5~20%;
表面活性剂 0.5~2.5%;
防腐蚀剂 0.3~1%;
香料 0.05~0.5%;
颜料 0.005~0.1%;
增稠剂 0.01~5%;
余量为去离子水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种以工业副产品盐酸为主要原料的抑菌性水垢清洗液,其特征在于,包括如下质量百分数的成分:
37%盐酸 3~19%;
苯甲酸 0.015~0.5%;
水杨酸 0.02~0.5%;
表面活性剂 0.11~2.5%;
防腐蚀剂 0.2~1%;
香料 0.05~0.5%;
颜料 0.005~0.1%;
增稠剂 0.001~5%;
余量为去离子水和有机溶剂。
4.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的一种以工业副产品盐酸为主要原料的抑菌性水垢清洗液,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为聚氧化乙烯牛脂胺、脂肪醇-C12-C15-聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或两种。
5.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的一种以工业副产品盐酸为主要原料的抑菌性水垢清洗液,其特征在于,所述防腐蚀剂为乙二醇或丙二醇。
6.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的一种以工业副产品盐酸为主要原料的抑菌性水垢清洗液,其特征在于,所述香料为水杨酸甲酯。
7.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的一种以工业副产品盐酸为主要原料的抑菌性水垢清洗液,其特征在于,所述颜料为耐酸的蓝颜料、薄荷绿颜料或柠檬黄颜料。
8.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的一种以工业副产品盐酸为主要原料的抑菌性水垢清洗液,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为耐酸性聚乙二醇-14、黄原胶、烷基纤维素或烷氧基纤维素。
9.根据权利要求2所述的一种抑菌性水垢快速清洗液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)按质量百分数准备好原料;
(2)将增稠剂中加入到700~800mL去离子水中,搅拌使其完全溶解,然后冷却至室温,得到溶液A;
(3)搅拌条件下,在100mL去离子水中依次加入表面活性剂、防腐蚀剂、香料及颜料,得到溶液B;
(4)搅拌条件下,将溶液B加入到溶液A中,并用去离子水润洗盛B溶液的容器3次,每次用10mL去离子水,将洗液也加入到溶液A中,形成溶液C;
(5)搅拌条件下,将37%盐酸加入到溶液C中,冷却,形成溶液D;
(6)最后将溶液D用去离子水补充到1000mL,搅拌均匀,即得到产品。
10.根据权利要求3所述的一种抑菌性水垢清洗液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)按质量百分数准备好原料;
(2)将增稠剂、苯甲酸溶解和部分表面活性剂溶解到异丙醇中,在搅拌下于上述溶液中慢慢加入600~650mL去离子水,继续搅拌直至溶液完全混合均匀,得到溶液E;
(3)搅拌条件下,依次将水杨酸、表面活性剂、防腐蚀剂、香料、颜料溶于100mL去离子水中,形成溶液F;
(4)搅拌条件下,将溶液F加入溶液E中,并用去离子水润洗盛F溶液的容器3次,每次用10mL去离子水,将洗液也加入到溶液E中,形成溶液G;
(5)搅拌条件下,将37%盐酸加入到溶液G中,冷却,形成溶液H;
(6)最后将溶液H用去离子水补充到1000mL,搅拌均匀,即得到产品。
