本发明属于日用化工产品技术领域,具体涉及一种洁厕剂及其制备方法。本发明洁厕剂主要由以下重量百分比的成分组成:三聚磷酸钠1‑10%,表面活性剂20‑30%,杀菌剂10‑15%,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.5‑1%,羟基亚乙基二磷酸1‑5%,柠檬酸5‑10%,迷迭香2‑4%,活性炭3‑6%和水19‑57.5%。本发明洁厕剂具有强力去污、除臭、杀菌的功效。本发明洁厕剂腐蚀性低,易生物降解,是一种环境友好型洁厕剂。

一种洁厕剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于日用化工产品技术领域,具体涉及一种洁厕剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
洁厕剂作为一种民用洗液是现代家庭必不可少的清洗剂,用于清洗洁具上的水垢、铁锈以及尿碱等污垢。目前,市售的洁厕剂产品可分为液体和固体两类,有酸性、中性和碱性之分。从使用效果、使用方便程度和安全性等方面来看,酸性液体产品最受人们的欢迎。这类清洗剂具有祛污力强、价格低等优点,但也存在一些不足。其强性的无机酸含量较高,导致洁厕剂的酸味较重,对常见金属(如铁、铝等)和卫生设施中瓷砖的表面和塑料下水管道的腐蚀性很强,而且对皮肤的伤害较大,使用时需佩戴塑胶手套。
中国专利申请(CN104450219A)公布了一种洁厕剂,是由下述重量百分比的组分制备得到的:烷基苯磺酸0.2-0.8%,琥珀酸二异辛酯磺酸钠3-4%,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.2-0.3%,橙油1-2%,甘油2-5%,丁香油1-3%,余量为水。本发明的洁厕剂酸性小,pH值在6.8-7.1之间。此发明虽然有效降低了对厕盆的腐蚀性,但却没有除臭的功效。
因此,具有去污、除臭、杀菌和低腐蚀性的多效洁厕剂是目前亟需的。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种洁厕剂,其具有强力去污、除臭、杀菌的功效。本发明洁厕剂腐蚀性低,易生物降解,是一种环境友好型洁厕剂。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种洁厕剂,主要由以下重量百分比的成分组成:三聚磷酸钠1-10%,表面活性剂20-30%,杀菌剂10-15%,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.5-1%,羟基亚乙基二磷酸1-5%,柠檬酸5-10%,迷迭香2-4%,活性炭3-6%和水19-57.5%。
优选地,所述洁厕剂由以下重量百分比的成分组成:三聚磷酸钠5.3%,表面活性剂24%,杀菌剂12%,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.7%,羟基亚乙基二磷酸3.5%,柠檬酸7%,迷迭香2.5%,活性炭5%和水40%。
优选地,所述表面活性剂由十二烷基葡萄糖苷和双癸基二甲基氯化铵按重量百分比2:1组成。
优选地,所述杀菌剂由次氯酸钠和氯化十二烷基二甲基苄基铵按重量百分比1:3组成。
十二烷基葡萄糖苷(dodecyl polyglucoside)是新型非离子表面活性剂烷基糖苷(APG)的一种,兼具普通非离子和阴离子表面活性剂的特性,属泡沫力最好、去污力最佳的APG,特别适用于洗涤。通常工业品为50%至70%的无色至淡黄色透明水溶液或膏体,易溶于水,较易溶于常用有机溶剂,表面张力低、无浊点、HLB值可调、湿润力强、去污力显著、泡沫丰富细腻、无毒、无害、对皮肤无刺激,生物降解迅速彻底,可与任何类型表面活性剂复配,协同效应明显,增稠效果显著,易于稀释,无凝胶现象,使用方便。而且耐强碱、耐强酸、耐硬水、抗盐性强,并具有杀菌和提高酶活力等独特性能,是一种性能全面的绿色表面活性剂。
次氯酸钠是一种氧化性杀菌剂,同时还可以将厕所臭气中的有机硫和有机胺类等氧化成臭味较轻或溶解度较高的化合物。氯化十二烷基二甲基苄基铵是一种非氧化性杀菌剂,具有可溶于水、不受水硬度影响,使用方便、成本低等优点,还具有对金属的缓蚀性、清洗及剥离黏泥和除去水中臭味的功能。
优选地,所述洁厕剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、按配比称取各原料后备用;
S2、将三聚磷酸钠、表面活性剂、乙二胺四乙酸二钠,羟基亚乙基二磷酸和柠檬酸混合后加入水中,加热至30~60℃后加入搅拌均匀后降温至25~35℃,得体系A;
S3、向体系A中加入除臭剂、杀菌消毒剂,搅拌并冷却降至室温、脱气、分装即得。
本发明洁厕剂与现有技术相比,具有具有强力去污、除臭、杀菌的优点,本发明洁厕剂腐蚀性低,易生物降解,是一种环境友好型洁厕剂。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明,这些实施例仅用于例证的目的,绝不限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1一种洁厕剂
一种洁厕剂,由以下重量百分比的成分组成:三聚磷酸钠5.3%,十二烷基葡萄糖苷16%,双癸基二甲基氯化铵8%,次氯酸钠3%,氯化十二烷基二甲基苄基铵9%,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.7%,羟基亚乙基二磷酸3.5%,柠檬酸7%,迷迭香2.5%,活性炭5%和水40%。
制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、按配比称取各原料后备用;
S2、将三聚磷酸钠、表面活性剂、乙二胺四乙酸二钠,羟基亚乙基二磷酸和柠檬酸混合后加入水中,加热至45℃后加入搅拌均匀后降温至28℃,得体系A;
S3、向体系A中加入除臭剂、杀菌消毒剂,搅拌并冷却降至室温、脱气、分装即得。
实施例2一种洁厕剂
一种洁厕剂,由以下重量百分比的成分组成:三聚磷酸钠1%,十二烷基葡萄糖苷13.4%,双癸基二甲基氯化铵6.6%,次氯酸钠2.5%,氯化十二烷基二甲基苄基铵7.5%,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.5%,羟基亚乙基二磷酸1%,柠檬酸,迷迭香2%,活性炭3%和水57.5%。
制备方法与实施例1类似。
实施例3一种洁厕剂
一种洁厕剂,由以下重量百分比的成分组成:三聚磷酸钠10%,十二烷基葡萄糖苷20%,双癸基二甲基氯化铵10%,次氯酸钠3.75%,氯化十二烷基二甲基苄基铵11.25%,乙二胺四乙酸二钠1%,羟基亚乙基二磷酸5%,柠檬酸10%,迷迭香4%,活性炭6%和水19%。
制备方法与实施例1类似。
对比例1一种洁厕剂
一种洁厕剂,由以下重量百分比的成分组成:三聚磷酸钠5.3%,十二烷基葡萄糖苷10%,双癸基二甲基氯化铵14%,次氯酸钠3%,氯化十二烷基二甲基苄基铵9%,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.7%,羟基亚乙基二磷酸3.5%,柠檬酸7%,迷迭香2.5%,活性炭5%和水40%。
制备方法与实施例1类似。
与实施例1的区别在于,十二烷基葡萄糖苷与双癸基二甲基氯化铵的重量百分比不同。
试验例1洁厕剂去污力测定评价
评价对象:实施例1-3及对比例1制备得到的洁厕剂。
锈垢的制作与清洗:实验以氯化铁来制作锈垢。将氯化铁水溶液煮沸,然后均匀涂在瓷片表面上晾干、再放入105℃烘箱老化,用耐擦洗仪来回擦洗四次后用自来水冲洗,评价清洁前后效果。
钙垢的制作与清洗:氢化羊毛脂和硬脂酸钙用95%酒精混合,加热至沸腾状态后直接涂渍在瓷砖表面上,室内晾干,待酒精挥发完。然后将瓷砖放入160℃烘箱老化1小时,取出后室内放置一天。用耐擦洗仪来回擦洗两次后用自来水冲洗,评价清洁前后效果。
去污力效果评价方法:选定受测志愿者男女共10名(年龄22岁-55岁),对清洗过的瓷片进行感官评价,按以下5个程度进行评分来评价去污力效果:10分,清洗效果非常干净;8分,清洗效果比较干净;6分,清洗效果一般;4分,清洗效果较差;0分,没有清洁效果。
评价结果:结果如表1所示。

由表1可知,实施例1-3制备得到的洁厕剂对锈垢和钙垢的去污效果强,并明显优于对比例,其中实施例1对锈垢的去污效果最优,约是对比例1的1.2倍。
试验例2:杀菌效果试验
对实施例1-3及对比例1制备得到的洁厕剂进行杀菌能力检测,评价结果如表2所示,其中指标强>较强>较弱>弱>不明显。

由表2可知,实施例1-3制备得到的洁厕剂具有很强的杀菌,并且明显优于对比例1洁厕剂杀菌能力。
试验例3洁厕剂耐腐蚀性测定实验
测试方法:依据GB/T21241-2007《卫生洁具清洗剂》测试本发明实施例和对比例制备的洁厕剂。依据GB/T21241-2007《卫生洁具清洗剂》规定,便池和马桶专用型洁厕剂,对瓷砖腐蚀性要合格,Z30铸铁腐蚀级别≤1级,级别越高,腐蚀性越强。
试验结果:洁厕剂腐蚀结果如表3所示。
由表3可知,实施例1-3及对比例1对瓷砖的腐蚀性均判为合格,但是对金属的腐蚀性存在差异。由此可知,本发明洁厕剂腐蚀性低。

1.一种洁厕剂,其特征在于,主要由以下重量百分比的成分组成:三聚磷酸钠1-10%,表面活性剂20-30%,杀菌剂10-15%,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.5-1%,羟基亚乙基二磷酸1-5%,柠檬酸5-10%,迷迭香2-4%,活性炭3-6%和水19-57.5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述洁厕剂,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的成分组成:三聚磷酸钠5.3%,表面活性剂24%,杀菌剂12%,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.7%,羟基亚乙基二磷酸3.5%,柠檬酸7%,迷迭香2.5%,活性炭5%和水40%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述洁厕剂,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂由十二烷基葡萄糖苷和双癸基二甲基氯化铵按重量百分比2:1组成。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述洁厕剂,其特征在于,所述杀菌剂由次氯酸钠和氯化十二烷基二甲基苄基铵按重量百分比1:3组成。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一所述洁厕剂,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、按配比称取各原料后备用;
S2、将三聚磷酸钠、表面活性剂、乙二胺四乙酸二钠,羟基亚乙基二磷酸和柠檬酸混合后加入水中,加热至30~60℃后加入搅拌均匀后降温至25~35℃,得体系A;
S3、向体系A中加入迷迭香、活性炭、杀菌消毒剂,搅拌并冷却降至室温、脱气、分装即得。
