一种重油污分解剂,涉及日化用品加工技术领域,由以下原料制成:山梨糖醇6‑8份、螯合剂2‑4份、檀香粉2‑4份、活性炭1‑3份、聚丙烯酸钠6‑8份、柠檬酸钠2‑4份、氯化钙3‑5份、硅酸钠1‑3份、硅油6‑8份、大豆皂苷3‑5份、茉莉花油1‑3份、酶解剂6‑8份、水30‑40份。本发明的有益效果是:本发明配方合理,制备方法简单,制备后的重油污分解剂,无毒无味,性能温和,不含有有毒物质,直接进行台布上的油污处理,可以充分的将油污进行分解,便于后续的清洗,提高了清洗效率,快捷高效。

技术领域
本发明涉及日化用品加工技术领域,具体涉及一种重油污分解剂及其加工方法。
背景技术
洗衣粉是合成洗涤剂中的一种,其种类繁多,因其性能优良,使用方便,价格低廉,深受广大群众的喜爱,洗衣粉应用范围及其广泛,广泛应用与各行各业,由于洗衣粉的配方各不相同,其内部的配方配比也不尽相同,但是就目前而言,洗衣粉的主要区别在于其内部各组分之间的分量配比,其本身的区别也仅在于去污能力的强弱能力而已;因此洗衣粉在某些特定的衣物清洗中,并不能得到有效的发挥。
宾馆饭店中,每天都会有大量的重污染桌布产生,这些桌面台布在都会进行统一处理,在清洗时,需要采用清洗剂进行处理,然而由于这种桌面台布在使用时,沾染的污渍相对较为复杂,使用普通的清洗剂,并不能有效的去除,大部分都是采用腐蚀性较强的清洗组分进行清洗,这样对于台布本身就会造成很大的额隐患,造成损伤,同时有毒的化学物质还会残留在桌布上,并不卫生。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种配方合理,制备工艺简单,分解油污效果显著的重油污分解剂及其加工方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种重油污分解剂,其特征在于,由以下组分的原料制成:
山梨糖醇6-8份、螯合剂2-4份、檀香粉2-4份、活性炭1-3份、聚丙烯酸钠6-8份、柠檬酸钠2-4份、氯化钙3-5份、硅酸钠1-3份、硅油6-8份、大豆皂苷3-5份、茉莉花油1-3份、酶解剂6-8份、水30-40份;
各原料的优选份量为:
山梨糖醇7份、螯合剂3份、檀香粉3份、活性炭2份、聚丙烯酸钠7份、柠檬酸钠3份、氯化钙4份、硅酸钠2份、硅油7份、大豆皂苷4份、茉莉花油2份、酶解剂7份、水35份;
所述的酶解剂采用蛋白酶4g、脂肪酶6g、漆酶1g、纤维素酶2g、果胶酯酶1g、β-葡聚糖酶2g、植酸酶3g、角蛋白酶2g、木聚糖酶5g进行复配后,配置而成;
制备重油污分解剂的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)将原料中山梨糖醇、檀香粉、活性炭、聚丙烯酸钠、柠檬酸钠、氯化钙、硅酸钠、大豆皂苷进行合并后,搅拌均匀,然后与水一起投入搅拌罐中,充分搅拌均匀后,备用;
2)将原料中的其余原料全部混合后,放入加热锅中,升温至65-75℃,然后恒温搅拌20-30min后,取出冷却,备用;
3)将步骤1和步骤2中的原料全部混合搅拌,得到糊料膏体,然后投入烘干机中,高温烘干后,进行磨粉后,即可得到。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明配方合理,制备方法简单,制备后的重油污分解剂,无毒无味,性能温和,不含有有毒物质,直接进行台布上的油污处理,可以充分的将油污进行分解,便于后续的清洗,提高了清洗效率,快捷高效。

实施例1
称取:山梨糖醇6kg、螯合剂2kg、檀香粉2kg、活性炭1kg、聚丙烯酸钠6kg、柠檬酸钠2kg、氯化钙3kg、硅酸钠1kg、硅油6kg、大豆皂苷3kg、茉莉花油1kg、酶解剂6kg、水30kg。
实施例2:
称取:山梨糖醇7kg、螯合剂3kg、檀香粉3kg、活性炭2kg、聚丙烯酸钠7kg、柠檬酸钠3kg、氯化钙4kg、硅酸钠2kg、硅油7kg、大豆皂苷4kg、茉莉花油2kg、酶解剂7kg、水35kg。
制备上述实施例1或2的方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将原料中山梨糖醇、檀香粉、活性炭、聚丙烯酸钠、柠檬酸钠、氯化钙、硅酸钠、大豆皂苷进行合并后,搅拌均匀,然后与水一起投入搅拌罐中,充分搅拌均匀后,备用;
2)将原料中的其余原料全部混合后,放入加热锅中,升温至65-75℃,然后恒温搅拌20-30min后,取出冷却,备用;
3)将步骤1和步骤2中的原料全部混合搅拌,得到糊料膏体,然后投入烘干机中,高温烘干后,进行磨粉后,即可得到。

山梨糖醇6-8份、螯合剂2-4份、檀香粉2-4份、活性炭1-3份、聚丙烯酸钠6-8份、柠檬酸钠2-4份、氯化钙3-5份、硅酸钠1-3份、硅油6-8份、大豆皂苷3-5份、茉莉花油1-3份、酶解剂6-8份、水30-40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种重油污分解剂,其特征在于:各原料的优选重量份为:山梨糖醇7份、螯合剂3份、檀香粉3份、活性炭2份、聚丙烯酸钠7份、柠檬酸钠3份、氯化钙4份、硅酸钠2份、硅油7份、大豆皂苷4份、茉莉花油2份、酶解剂7份、水35份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种重油污分解剂,其特征在于:所述的酶解剂采用蛋白酶4g、脂肪酶6g、漆酶1g、纤维素酶2g、果胶酯酶1g、β-葡聚糖酶2g、植酸酶3g、角蛋白酶2g、木聚糖酶5g进行复配后,配置而成。
4.制备权利要求1或2任意一种重油污分解剂的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)将原料中山梨糖醇、檀香粉、活性炭、聚丙烯酸钠、柠檬酸钠、氯化钙、硅酸钠、大豆皂苷进行合并后,搅拌均匀,然后与水一起投入搅拌罐中,充分搅拌均匀后,备用;
2)将原料中的其余原料全部混合后,放入加热锅中,升温至65-75℃,然后恒温搅拌20-30min后,取出冷却,备用;
3)将步骤1和步骤2中的原料全部混合搅拌,得到糊料膏体,然后投入烘干机中,高温烘干后,进行磨粉后,即可得到。
