电缆是现代社会电力的基础,电力是造就现代文明社会的基础,随着现代社会的发展,对电缆的要求越发的高,需要电缆有使用寿命长,阻燃,抗老化等优点。

为克服上述不足,本发明目的提供一种耐用阻燃电缆护套配方 。
本发明的方案如下:一种耐用阻燃电缆护套配方 ,包括四氟乙烯和全氟甲基乙烯基醚共聚物、四氟乙烯和碳氢丙烯共聚物、阻燃剂、抗氧化剂、增塑剂、抗静电剂和发泡剂,所述四氟乙烯和全氟甲基乙烯基醚共聚物为50-80份,四氟乙烯和碳氢丙烯共聚物为20-30份,所述阻燃剂为10-20份、所述抗氧化剂为5-10份,所述增塑剂为3-8份,所述抗静电剂为1-3份,所述发泡剂为1-5份,所述阻燃剂是由10-15份磷酸二铵和5-10份硼酸锌组成,所述抗氧化剂是由3-8份丁基羟基茴香醚和1-5份没食子酸丙酯,所述增塑剂是由1-5份邻苯二甲酸二甲酯和2-6份邻苯二甲酸二酯组成,所述抗静电剂是由1-2份乙氧基化烷基胺和0.5-1.5份甘油-硬脂酸脂组成,所述发泡剂是由1-3份脂肪醇聚氟乙烯醚硫酸钠和2-4份二氯四氟乙烷组成,所述一种耐用阻燃电缆护套配方 是由60份四氟乙烯和全氟甲基乙烯基醚共聚物,25份四氟乙烯和碳氢丙烯共聚物,12份磷酸二铵,8份硼酸锌,4份丁基羟基茴香醚,3份没食子酸丙酯,2份邻苯二甲酸二甲酯,3份邻苯二甲酸二酯,1份乙氧基化烷基胺,1份甘油-硬脂酸脂,1份脂肪醇聚氟乙烯醚硫酸钠和2份二氯四氟乙烷组成。
本发明的有益效果:本发明制成的电缆产品阻燃,抗老化,耐用,使用效果好。

一种耐用阻燃电缆护套配方 ,包括四氟乙烯和全氟甲基乙烯基醚共聚物、四氟乙烯和碳氢丙烯共聚物、阻燃剂、抗氧化剂、增塑剂、抗静电剂和发泡剂,所述四氟乙烯和全氟甲基乙烯基醚共聚物为50-80份,四氟乙烯和碳氢丙烯共聚物为20-30份,所述阻燃剂为10-20份、所述抗氧化剂为5-10份,所述增塑剂为3-8份,所述抗静电剂为1-3份,所述发泡剂为1-5份,所述阻燃剂是由10-15份磷酸二铵和5-10份硼酸锌组成,所述抗氧化剂是由3-8份丁基羟基茴香醚和1-5份没食子酸丙酯,所述增塑剂是由1-5份邻苯二甲酸二甲酯和2-6份邻苯二甲酸二酯组成,所述抗静电剂是由1-2份乙氧基化烷基胺和0.5-1.5份甘油-硬脂酸脂组成,所述发泡剂是由1-3份脂肪醇聚氟乙烯醚硫酸钠和2-4份二氯四氟乙烷组成,所述一种耐用阻燃电缆护套配方 是由60份四氟乙烯和全氟甲基乙烯基醚共聚物,25份四氟乙烯和碳氢丙烯共聚物,12份磷酸二铵,8份硼酸锌,4份丁基羟基茴香醚,3份没食子酸丙酯,2份邻苯二甲酸二甲酯,3份邻苯二甲酸二酯,1份乙氧基化烷基胺,1份甘油-硬脂酸脂,1份脂肪醇聚氟乙烯醚硫酸钠和2份二氯四氟乙烷组成。

1.一种耐用阻燃电缆护套配方 ,包括四氟乙烯和全氟甲基乙烯基醚共聚物、四氟乙烯和碳氢丙烯共聚物、阻燃剂、抗氧化剂、增塑剂、抗静电剂和发泡剂,其特征在于:所述四氟乙烯和全氟甲基乙烯基醚共聚物为50-80份,四氟乙烯和碳氢丙烯共聚物为20-30份,所述阻燃剂为10-20份、所述抗氧化剂为5-10份,所述增塑剂为3-8份,所述抗静电剂为1-3份,所述发泡剂为1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种耐用阻燃电缆护套配方 ,其特征在于:所述阻燃剂是由10-15份磷酸二铵和5-10份硼酸锌组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种耐用阻燃电缆护套配方 ,其特征在于:所述抗氧化剂是由3-8份丁基羟基茴香醚和1-5份没食子酸丙酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种耐用阻燃电缆护套配方 ,其特征在于:所述增塑剂是由1-5份邻苯二甲酸二甲酯和2-6份邻苯二甲酸二酯组成。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种耐用阻燃电缆护套配方 ,其特征在于:所述抗静电剂是由1-2份乙氧基化烷基胺和0.5-1.5份甘油-硬脂酸脂组成。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种耐用阻燃电缆护套配方 ,其特征在于:所述发泡剂是由1-3份脂肪醇聚氟乙烯醚硫酸钠和2-4份二氯四氟乙烷组成。
7.根据权利要求1所述一种耐用阻燃电缆护套配方 ,其特征在于:所述一种耐用阻燃电缆护套配方 是由60份四氟乙烯和全氟甲基乙烯基醚共聚物,25份四氟乙烯和碳氢丙烯共聚物,12份磷酸二铵,8份硼酸锌,4份丁基羟基茴香醚,3份没食子酸丙酯,2份邻苯二甲酸二甲酯,3份邻苯二甲酸二酯,1份乙氧基化烷基胺,1份甘油-硬脂酸脂,1份脂肪醇聚氟乙烯醚硫酸钠和2份二氯四氟乙烷组成。
