Abstract
本发明涉及轮胎技术领域,具体涉及一种采用波浪形零度带束制备轮胎的方法。本发明所述的带束层结构由一号带束层、二号带束层、三号带束层、波浪形零度带束、胎肩垫胶组成。本发明涉及全钢子午线轮胎的带束层结构,将零度带束层密度减半,缠绕两圈;上下两层采用错位排列,形成实际上的一层带束层效果。由于每根钢丝帘线都缠绕了两圈,也就解决了接头部位的强度问题。既起到了原先零度带束层的束缚、箍紧作用,又可以降低成本及轮胎重量,更重要的是带束层整体平整、厚度一致,该带束结构能极大的提升轮胎的高速性能与磨耗性能;同时骨架材料周向分布更加均匀,可提升轮胎的均匀性和舒适性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及轮胎技术领域,具体涉及一种采用波浪形零度带束制备轮胎的方法。
背景技术
现有轮胎结构中,采用常规的3+0带束结构;带束层I、带束层II、带束层III按序依次、采用两层相同的零度带束层4缠绕、胎肩垫胶5置于带束层之下。零度带束层采用两层相同结构,材料成本较高;带束层整体中间薄、两边厚,且充气带束层中部与边部张力差较大、应力集中,使用过程易产生异常磨损及生热过大而导致肩空。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提出了一种一种采用波浪形零度带束制备轮胎的方法,本发明通过对新型零度带束的设计,采用特殊的制造方式,实现波浪形零度带束缠绕结构;降低零度带束层端部的应力与保持带束层张力的均匀性,该带束结构能极大的提升轮胎的高速性能与磨耗性能;同时骨架材料周向分布更加均匀,可提升轮胎的均匀性和舒适性。
本发明所述的带束层结构由一号带束层、二号带束层、三号带束层、波浪形零度带束、胎肩垫胶组成。
本发明所述的采用波浪形零度带束制备轮胎的方法,其具体步骤为:
(1)制备波浪形带束条:设计特殊的挤出口型,挤出密度较常规零度带束层低的波浪形带束条;
(2)波浪形带束条卷取:挤出的波浪形零度带束层采用保鲜效果较好的塑料膜包裹并卷取;
(3)带束层贴合:按照正常带束结构方式,对中贴合一、二、三层带束层;
(4)波浪形零度带束缠绕:在对应的带束层位置缠绕第一层波浪形带束,用缠绕机与胎冠中心成0°—2°的角进行缠绕第一层波浪形带束层;
(5)用步骤(4)的方法,进行第二层波浪形带束缠绕,上下两层采用错位排列,形成接近单层密度加倍的带束层,带束条末端搭接0-30mm。
利用新型挤出口型,制备宽度为25—50mm,优选宽度为35mm、密度为常规产品一半的带束条,如图3所示。
沿轮胎圆周方向于带束层之上、之下、或者之间进行平行缠绕。
上下两层带束采用错位排列,其错位值为单层带束中相邻两根帘线中心距离的一半;
带束层搭接方式:根据波浪形带束层存在形式,于带束层之上缠绕而成的结构,其搭接长度亦取30mm;置于带束层之下或者之间的结构,带束条末端与起始端位于同一水平线上,形成完整的循环。

具体实施方式
一种充气全钢子午线轮胎带束层结构,所述的带束层结构由一号带束层11、二号带束层12、三号带束层13、波浪形零度带束14、胎肩垫胶15组成。
一种采用波浪形零度带束制备轮胎的方法,其具体步骤为:
(1)制备波浪形带束条:设计特殊的挤出口型,挤出密度较常规零度带束层低的波浪形带束条;
(2)波浪形带束条卷取:挤出的波浪形零度带束层采用保鲜效果较好的塑料膜包裹并卷取;
(3)带束层贴合:按照正常带束结构方式,对中贴合一、二、三层带束层;

Claims (6)
1.一种充气全钢子午线轮胎带束层结构,其特征在于:所述的带束层结构由一号带束层(11)、二号带束层(12)、三号带束层(13)、波浪形零度带束(14)、胎肩垫胶(15)组成。
2.一种采用波浪形零度带束制备轮胎的方法,其特征在于:其具体步骤为:
(1)制备波浪形带束条:设计特殊的挤出口型,挤出密度较常规零度带束层低的波浪形带束条;
(2)波浪形带束条卷取:挤出的波浪形零度带束层采用保鲜效果较好的塑料膜包裹并卷取;
(3)带束层贴合:按照正常带束结构方式,对中贴合一、二、三层带束层;
(4)波浪形零度带束缠绕:在对应的带束层位置缠绕第一层波浪形带束,用缠绕机与胎冠中心成0°—2°的角进行缠绕第一层波浪形带束层;

3.根据权利要求2所述的一种采用波浪形零度带束制备轮胎的方法,其特征在于:利用新型挤出口型,制备宽度为25—50mm,优选宽度为35mm、密度为常规产品一半的带束条。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种采用波浪形零度带束制备轮胎的方法,其特征在于:沿轮胎圆周方向于带束层之上、之下、或者之间进行平行缠绕。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种采用波浪形零度带束制备轮胎的方法,其特征在于:上下两层带束采用错位排列,其错位值为单层带束中相邻两根帘线中心距离的一半。
