本发明提供一种塑料表面装饰纹模具。本发明包括模具本体，所述的模具腔的侧壁具有花纹，所述的花纹通过化学腐蚀的方法制得。所述的化学腐蚀的方法是：（1）将模具进行清洗；（2）将感光胶均匀地涂在模具表面，喷涂厚度为0.3‑2mm；（3）将图形底板贴在感光胶上；（4）用紫外线照射使得底板没有覆盖的部分形成耐酸膜；（5）将没有曝光的底板覆盖的黑暗部分清洗；（6）进行模具表面喷涂即可。本发明可以使得模具出来的塑料产品保持长久的花纹，不会变形脱落。

本发明涉及一种塑料表面装饰纹模具，属于加工模具技术领域。
背景技术：
目前在日用塑料制品市场上所见到的花纹,图案,多采用彩印塑料膜,在成型过程中把它粘贴在制品表面上。其质量受塑料成型条件和操作人员的技艺限制,有时会偏斜、翘皮、脱落。至于模具表面刻制铭牌,商标及文字手迹等,如果采用手工雕刻不但生产率低、劳动强度大,而且需要熟练的技艺。
发明内容：
本发明的目的是针对上述存在的问题提供一种塑料表面装饰纹模具，可以在模具表面上化学仿形加工出木材纹理、皮革纹理等天然花纹和绘画、线条及几何图案等任意形状的花样。使得模具出来的塑料产品保持长久的花纹，不会变形脱落。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现：
塑料表面装饰纹模具，包括模具本体，所述的模具腔的侧壁具有花纹，所述的花纹通过化学腐蚀的方法制得。
所述的塑料表面装饰纹模具，所述的化学腐蚀的方法是：
（1）将模具进行清洗；
（2）将感光胶均匀地涂在模具表面，喷涂厚度为0.3-2mm；
（3）将图形底板贴在感光胶上；
（4）用紫外线照射使得底板没有覆盖的部分形成耐酸膜；
（5）将没有曝光的底板覆盖的黑暗部分清洗；
（6）进行模具表面喷涂即可。
有益效果：
