The system also discloses a vehicle-mounted portable intelligent express classification filling method, which comprises the following steps:
the roll shaft transmission device transmits the express items to a circular filling area through the gravity sensing device, the volume detection device, the express item sorting device and the circular filling device in sequence; in one embodiment, the driven belt wheel of the roller shaft transmission device is arranged at one end of the power roller shaft and is matched with the power belt wheel on the power motor; the power chain wheel is arranged on one side of the power roll shaft to drive the driven chain wheel, the driven chain wheel is arranged on one side of the driven roll shaft, and the power roll shaft rotates directionally to drive the driven roll shaft to convey the express items.

the volume detection device detects the size of the express and sends an express size signal to the intelligent service terminal;
the intelligent service terminal sends a sorting instruction to an express sorting device according to the express size signal;
the express sorting device receives a sorting instruction of the intelligent service terminal, pushes the express to a roller shaft transmission track with a corresponding size, and sends the express to the circulating filling device;
and the circulating filling device receives a pushing instruction of the intelligent service terminal and pushes the express mail into the mail storage box.
In a modified embodiment, both sides of the power roller shaft 38 of the roller shaft transmission device are installed on the frame through fixed bearings 55; the driven belt wheel 39 is arranged at one end of the power roll shaft 38 and is matched with the power belt wheel 5 on the power motor 6; the power chain wheel 40 is arranged at one side of the power roller shaft 38 and drives the driven chain wheel 44; the driven chain wheel 44 is arranged on one side of the driven roll shaft 43, and the power roll shaft 38 rotates directionally to drive the driven roll shaft 43 to convey the express items to a circulating filling area through the gravity sensing device, the volume detection device, the express sorting device and the circulating filling device in sequence;
in an improved implementation mode, an infrared switch I of the gravity sensing device is arranged at the front end of a gravity sensor to sense an express and send a first on-off signal to the gravity sensor, and the gravity sensor senses the weight of the express and sends an express quality signal to an intelligent service terminal.
And the infrared switch II of the volume detection device senses the express item and sends a second on-off signal to the infrared distance meter, and the infrared distance meter detects the size of the express item and sends an express item size signal to the intelligent service terminal.
