技术领域
本发明属于矿山机械领域,特别是涉及一种动筛跳汰机的主提筛结构。
背景技术
洗选设备是煤炭生产的主要设备,其工作原理基于重力选矿理论。动筛跳汰机是跳汰机一种,其区别在于它不用风、不用冲水,晒面上物料的松散度有动筛机构的运动特征所决定。以其入选上限大、粒度级宽、分选效果好、生产费用低、运行维护简单、故障率低自动化程度、高工作可靠等优点为块煤洗选开拓出新途径,而受到洗煤界的普遍关注。
发明内容
本发明旨在克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种惯性圆锥破碎机结构,具有简化了工艺环节,降低了故障发生频率,提高了可靠性的特点。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种动筛跳汰机的主提筛结构,由两个结构相同设备联结组成,包括主提升油缸、筛体、锥形橡胶垫、超声波传感器、铁接收器,其特征在于:筛体安装置于筛体框内部,筛体顶部设置有主提升油缸,主提升油缸安装有超声波传感器,超声波传感器设置于筛体顶部,主提升油缸输出端连接有铁接收器,筛体底部安装有多个均匀分布的锥形橡胶垫。
进一步,筛体和筛体框为两层,下层为锰钢框架,上层为不锈钢筛体,筛体通过螺丝固定在筛体框上。
进一步,锥形橡胶垫数量为5个以上。
与现有技术相比较,本发明具有如下的有益效果:
简化了工艺环节,降低了故障发生频率,提高了可靠性,避免筛体对机体的冲击,改变其工作方式、并增设部分油管路,通过液压系统实现对筛体的提升与下落的完全控制。动筛跳汰机运行时筛体在设定的范围内运动,筛体与橡胶垫不接触,停车市筛体下落,筛体与底部的橡胶垫想接触,实现缓冲保护作用。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1所示,一种动筛跳汰机的主提筛结构,包括主提升油缸1、筛体2、锥形橡胶垫3、超声波传感器4、铁接收器5,筛体安装置于筛体框内部,筛体2顶部设置有主提升油缸1,主提升油缸1安装有超声波传感器4,超声波传感器4设置于筛体2顶部,主提升油缸输出端连接有铁接收器5,筛体底部安装有多个均匀分布的锥形橡胶垫3,锥形橡胶垫数量为5个以上。筛体和筛体框为两层,下层为锰钢框架,上层为不锈钢筛体,筛体通过螺丝固定在筛体框上。跳汰机的所有部件均有耐磨保护层。

2.根据权利要求1所述动筛跳汰机的主提筛结构,其特征在于,筛体和筛体框为两层,下层为锰钢框架,上层为不锈钢筛体,筛体通过螺丝固定在筛体框上。
