Abstract
一种刮刀式过滤器,能通过一台电机带动多组滤筒或刮刀运转。解决了一台电机只能带动一组刮刀,多台电机才能带动多组刮刀的问题,可用于水处理、食品饮料等需要过滤的相关行业。

技术领域
本发明设计到过滤行业,特别是刮刀式过滤器。
背景技术
目前刮刀式过滤器皆是一台电机带动一组刮刀,多台电机才能带动多组刮刀。
发明内容
为了克服多台电机的昂贵成本,和减轻设备重量,本发明提供一种新型刮刀式过滤器,该过滤器只需加大电机功率,一台电机就能带动多个滤筒或刮刀旋转,这大大节约了设计成本,一台电机重量远远小于多了电机,无论是设备安装或者清洗维护都比传统过滤器简单轻松。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:通过电机传动带动主齿轮,然后主齿轮带动四周小齿轮旋转,从而带动滤筒或刮刀旋转,通过贴合在滤网上的刮刀出去滤网外壁杂质。
本发明有益效果是,可以通过一台电机控制多组滤筒或刮刀旋转去除杂质,结构相比多台电机控制多了刮刀大大节约了成本。

具体实施方式
在图1中,减速电机(1)通电运转带动大齿轮(2)运转,大齿轮(2)运转带动四周小齿轮(6)运转,小齿轮(6)带动整体滤筒(12)运转。刮刀(13)一面固定在滤筒壁上,一面紧贴滤筒(12)表面,滤筒(12)旋转的同时,被滤网拦截的杂质就会被贴合在滤筒(12)上面的刮刀(13)刮除。
在图2中,大齿轮(2)运转带动4个小齿轮(6),4片刮刀(13)刮除滤筒(12)杂质。
在图3中,不同于图1部分是,齿轮带动刮刀在滤筒内部旋转,排污口在过滤器下部,出口位置在侧面,其他雷同。
在图4中,不同于图2部分是小齿轮(6)带动刮刀(13)在滤筒(12)内部旋转,其他雷同。
在图5中,为单独刮刀(13)主视图和俯视图。
Claims (2)
1.一种刮刀式过滤器(分滤筒旋转和刮刀旋转),主要组成部分有电机、过滤器主体、齿轮、滤筒、刮刀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的过滤器其特称是:电机带动齿轮,齿轮带动多了滤筒或刮刀旋转,刮刀紧贴滤筒实现刮除滤筒表面杂质。
