Abstract

本发明涉及一种靛蓝色素染色蚕丝织物的染色工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)将蚕丝织物置于溶有碱剂的水溶液中进行预处理。(2)将预处理后的蚕丝织物置于蛋白酶溶液中进行酶处理。(3)将酶处理后的蚕丝织物浸泡在配置有分散剂、染料助溶剂、碱剂、还原剂、酸剂、抗氧化剂、抗过还原剂、匀染剂的染料料液中进行染色,将染色完成的蚕丝织物进行水洗干燥,得到染好的蚕丝织物。本发明采用预处理及酶处理染色,可使染料染色效果均匀,赋予织物较好的上染率、耐磨牢度、洗涤牢度。本发明的靛蓝染料染色方法便于自动化操作、工作环境好、色相稳定,提高产品在市场竞争力。

Description

一种靛蓝色素染色蚕丝织物的染色工艺
技术领域
本发明属于纺织材料整染技术领域,涉及一种靛蓝色素染色蚕丝织物的染色工艺。
背景技术
化学染料以其丰富的色泽和优良的染色牢度逐渐取代了天然染料在织物染色中的应用。然而化学染色方法的问题在于染料对纺织品进行染色后,可能会导致严重的水污染,并且染色后的化学染料残留物可直接接触皮肤,给皮肤带来皮炎、过敏和致癌的可能。
植物靛蓝染色生产的纺织品对人体、环境安全,一般是具备一定疗效的中草药,染色的同时可赋予织物一定的保健治疗功能,如具有天然芳香、清热、凉血、解毒、提神健脑等功效,因而其应用开发日益受到关注。但植物靛蓝在实际应用中存在许多问题,如耐洗、耐摩擦、耐光色牢度差,难以工业化及标准化生产。
蚕丝是自然界中最轻最柔最细的天然纤维,蚕丝织物染色主要应用酸性染料和中性染料,酸性染料色谱齐全,色光鲜艳,但其染色色牢度差,特别是湿处理牢度差,中性染料比酸性染料的染色牢度要好,但其色谱中鲜艳度较少。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种靛蓝色素染色蚕丝织物的染色工艺,本发明方法绿色环保,通过染料配制方法的创新提高蚕丝织物的上染率和色牢度。
本发明的目的通过如下技术方案实现:
一种靛蓝色素染色蚕丝织物的染色工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)将蚕丝织物置于溶有碱剂的水溶液中,浴比为1∶50,温度为50-90℃,时间为20-60min,然后取出蚕丝织物,60℃温度下水洗5-20min。
(2)将蚕丝织物放入到蛋白酶溶液中进行酶处理,浴比为1∶30,pH值为6-8,温度为40-60℃,时间为20-60min。
(3)将酶处理后的蚕丝织物浸泡在配置有分散剂、染料助溶剂、碱剂、还原剂、酸剂、抗氧化剂、抗过还原剂、匀染剂的染料料液中进行染色,浴比为1∶20,浸染时间为10-30min。将染色完成的蚕丝织物进行水洗干燥,得到染好的蚕丝织物。
作为上述技术方案的优选,步骤(1)所述的碱剂包括氢氧化钠,碳酸钠,碳酸氢钠,磷酸钠,焦磷酸钠,硅酸钠,氢氧化铝,氢氧化钾及香皂,用量为1-5g/L。
作为上述技术方案的优选,步骤(2)所述的蛋白酶包括酸性蛋白酶和中性蛋白酶,用量为5-15g/L。
作为上述技术方案的优选,步骤(3)所述的分散剂包括三乙基己基磷酸、十二烷基硫酸钠、甲基戊醇、纤维素衍生物、木质素磺酸钠,用量为0.5-2.5g/L;染料助溶剂包括乙醇,三乙醇胺,拉开粉,用量为5-25g/L;碱剂包括氢氧化钠,碳酸钠,碳酸氢钠,磷酸钠,焦磷酸钠,氢氧化钾,用量为5-25g/L;还原剂包括葡萄糖和硫酸亚铁,用量为10-50g/L;酸剂包括冰乙酸,柠檬酸,亚硫酸,酒石酸,单宁酸,草酸,用量为10-30g/L;抗氧化剂包括茶多酚,迷迭香酚,鼠尾草酚,花青素,用量为0.5-1g/L;抗过还原剂包括亚硝酸钠,丙烯酰胺,黄糊精,用量为0.1-0.5g/L;匀染剂包括平平加,牛皮胶,用量为0.1-5g/L。
本发明的有益效果在于:
采用预处理及酶处理染色,可使染料染色效果均匀,赋予织物较好的上染率、耐磨牢度、洗涤牢度。本发明的靛蓝染料染色方法便于自动化操作、工作环境好、色相稳定,同时在生产过程中,能降低能源消耗,降低生产成本和三废的排放,提高产品在市场竞争力。用天然植物染料染色高档蚕丝织物,可将天然植物染料和蚕丝的优良特点结合在一起,所制得的蚕丝织物不仅外观华丽,优雅高贵,且舒适卫生,绿色环保。
具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
一种靛蓝色素染色蚕丝织物的染色工艺,过程如下:
(1)将蚕丝织物置于溶有碳酸钠的水溶液中,浓度为5g/L,浴比为1∶50,温度为90℃,时间为30min,然后取出蚕丝织物,60℃温度下水洗5min。
(2)将蚕丝织物放入到溶有酸性蛋白酶的溶液中,浓度为5g/L,浴比为1∶30,pH值为6,温度为40℃,时间为30min。
(3)将酶处理后的蚕丝织物浸泡在溶有0.5g/L十二烷基硫酸钠、5g/L乙醇、10g/L氢氧化钠、20g/L葡萄糖、20g/L乙酸、0.5g/L茶多酚、0.2g/L亚硝酸钠、0.5g/L牛皮胶的染料料液中,浴比为1∶20,浸染时间为20min。将染色完成的蚕丝织物进行水洗干燥,得到染好的蚕丝织物。

Claims (4)

1.一种靛蓝色素染色蚕丝织物的染色工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将蚕丝织物置于溶有碱剂的水溶液中,浴比为1∶50,温度为50-90℃,时间为20-60min,然后取出蚕丝织物,60℃温度下水洗5-20min;
(2)将蚕丝织物放入到蛋白酶溶液中进行酶处理,浴比为1∶30,pH值为6-8,温度为40-60℃,时间为20-60min;
(3)将酶处理后的蚕丝织物浸泡在配置有分散剂、染料助溶剂、碱剂、还原剂、酸剂、抗氧化剂、抗过还原剂、匀染剂的染料料液中进行染色,浴比为1∶20,浸染时间为10-30min。将染色完成的蚕丝织物进行水洗干燥,得到染好的蚕丝织物。
2.根据权利要求1所述所述的一种靛蓝色素染色蚕丝织物的染色工艺,其特征在于:步骤(1)所述的碱剂包括氢氧化钠,碳酸钠,碳酸氢钠,磷酸钠,焦磷酸钠,硅酸钠,氢氧化铝,氢氧化钾及香皂,用量为1-5g/L。
3.根据权利要求1所述所述的一种靛蓝色素染色蚕丝织物的染色工艺,其特征在于:步骤(2)所述的蛋白酶包括酸性蛋白酶和中性蛋白酶,用量为5-15g/L。
4.根据权利要求1所述所述的一种靛蓝色素染色蚕丝织物的染色工艺,其特征在于:步骤(3)所述的分散剂包括三乙基己基磷酸、十二烷基硫酸钠、甲基戊醇、纤维素衍生物、木质素磺酸钠,用量为0.5-2.5g/L;
染料助溶剂包括乙醇,三乙醇胺,拉开粉,用量为5-25g/L;
碱剂包括氢氧化钠,碳酸钠,碳酸氢钠,磷酸钠,焦磷酸钠,氢氧化钾,用量为5-25g/L;
还原剂包括葡萄糖和硫酸亚铁,用量为10-50g/L;
酸剂包括冰乙酸,柠檬酸,亚硫酸,酒石酸,单宁酸,草酸,用量为10-30g/L;
抗氧化剂包括茶多酚,迷迭香酚,鼠尾草酚,花青素,用量为0.5-1g/L;
抗过还原剂包括亚硝酸钠,丙烯酰胺,黄糊精,用量为0.1-0.5g/L;
匀染剂包括平平加,牛皮胶,用量为0.1-5g/L。
