Abstract
本发明公开了一种在不锈钢表面形成抗碱层的方法,该方法先用酸液浸泡不锈钢板,然后对不锈钢板进行微波处理,最后配置抗碱液喷涂在不锈钢板表面形成防护膜。本发明的方法在不锈钢的表面形成了一层薄膜,该层薄膜与不锈钢表面致密贴合,不起泡不脱落,该层膜不但具有极强的耐碱性,还具有较好的耐酸性和耐磨性,从而可以有效保护不锈钢表面,避免不锈钢受外界强碱的侵蚀。

技术领域
本发明涉及不锈钢制造领域,更确切地说,是一种在不锈钢表面形成抗碱层的方法。
背景技术
不锈钢是不锈耐酸钢的简称,耐空气、蒸汽、水等弱腐蚀介质或具有不锈性的钢种称为不锈钢;而将耐化学腐蚀介质(酸、碱、盐等化学浸蚀)腐蚀的钢种称为耐酸钢。由于两者在化学成分上的差异而使他们的耐蚀性不同,普通不锈钢一般不耐化学介质腐蚀,而耐酸钢则一般均具有不锈性。不锈钢一般耐酸性较强,但是在耐碱性方面较弱,容易受外界强碱的腐蚀。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题,从而提供一种在不锈钢表面形成抗碱层的方法。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
一种在不锈钢表面形成抗碱层的方法,包含如下步骤:
①将不锈钢板浸入13-18%的盐酸溶液中,浸泡30-40分钟,捞出不锈钢板用工业酒精冲洗表面并自然晾干;
②将不锈钢板放入工业微波炉,在800-900W的功率下加热70-80分钟,取出不锈钢板并在其表面喷涂淬火油,待不锈钢板空冷至室温,用汽油将不锈钢板表面洗净晾干;
③按重量份取钛酸四异丙酯40-60份,三羟乙基异氰尿酸酯30-40份,硅酸钠18-24份,十二碳醇酯8-12份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯6-10份,交联羧甲基纤维素钠20-25份,三乙醇胺35-45份,聚乙烯醇15-20份,偶氮二异丁腈3-8份,苯乙烯10-18份,叔丁基过氧化氢1-5份,硅烷偶联剂KH550 12-18份,将所取原料加入反应釜,在60-70℃下充分搅拌25-30分钟,取出常温静置2-3小时;
④将步骤③制得的混合液加入喷雾装置,喷雾装置的温度控制在50-55℃,然后将混合溶液均匀喷涂在不锈钢板表面,常温下自然风干即可。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,步骤③中按重量份取钛酸四异丙酯47份,三羟乙基异氰尿酸酯33份,硅酸钠21份,十二碳醇酯11份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯8份,交联羧甲基纤维素钠23份,三乙醇胺41份,聚乙烯醇17份,偶氮二异丁腈5份,苯乙烯16份,叔丁基过氧化氢3份,硅烷偶联剂KH550 15份,将所取原料加入反应釜,在68℃下充分搅拌27分钟,取出常温静置2.5小时。
本发明的方法在不锈钢的表面形成了一层薄膜,该层薄膜与不锈钢表面致密贴合,不起泡不脱落,该层膜不但具有极强的耐碱性,还具有较好的耐酸性和耐磨性,从而可以有效保护不锈钢表面,避免不锈钢受外界强碱的侵蚀。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的优选实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
[实施例1]
①将不锈钢板浸入13%的盐酸溶液中,浸泡30分钟,捞出不锈钢板用工业酒精冲洗表面并自然晾干;
②将不锈钢板放入工业微波炉,在800W的功率下加热70分钟,取出不锈钢板并在其表面喷涂淬火油,待不锈钢板空冷至室温,用汽油将不锈钢板表面洗净晾干;
③按重量份取钛酸四异丙酯40份,三羟乙基异氰尿酸酯30份,硅酸钠18份,十二碳醇酯8份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯6份,交联羧甲基纤维素钠20份,三乙醇胺35份,聚乙烯醇15份,偶氮二异丁腈3份,苯乙烯10份,叔丁基过氧化氢1份,硅烷偶联剂KH550 12份,将所取原料加入反应釜,在60℃下充分搅拌25分钟,取出常温静置2小时;
④将步骤③制得的混合液加入喷雾装置,喷雾装置的温度控制在50℃,然后将混合溶液均匀喷涂在不锈钢板表面,常温下自然风干即可。
[实施例2]
①将不锈钢板浸入18%的盐酸溶液中,浸泡40分钟,捞出不锈钢板用工业酒精冲洗表面并自然晾干;
②将不锈钢板放入工业微波炉,在900W的功率下加热80分钟,取出不锈钢板并在其表面喷涂淬火油,待不锈钢板空冷至室温,用汽油将不锈钢板表面洗净晾干;
③按重量份取钛酸四异丙酯60份,三羟乙基异氰尿酸酯40份,硅酸钠24份,十二碳醇酯12份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯10份,交联羧甲基纤维素钠25份,三乙醇胺45份,聚乙烯醇20份,偶氮二异丁腈8份,苯乙烯18份,叔丁基过氧化氢5份,硅烷偶联剂KH550 18份,将所取原料加入反应釜,在70℃下充分搅拌30分钟,取出常温静置3小时;
④将步骤③制得的混合液加入喷雾装置,喷雾装置的温度控制在55℃,然后将混合溶液均匀喷涂在不锈钢板表面,常温下自然风干即可。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。
Claims (2)
1.一种在不锈钢表面形成抗碱层的方法,其特征在于,包含如下步骤:
①将不锈钢板浸入13-18%的盐酸溶液中,浸泡30-40分钟,捞出不锈钢板用工业酒精冲洗表面并自然晾干;
②将不锈钢板放入工业微波炉,在800-900W的功率下加热70-80分钟,取出不锈钢板并在其表面喷涂淬火油,待不锈钢板空冷至室温,用汽油将不锈钢板表面洗净晾干;
③按重量份取钛酸四异丙酯40-60份,三羟乙基异氰尿酸酯30-40份,硅酸钠18-24份,十二碳醇酯8-12份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯6-10份,交联羧甲基纤维素钠20-25份,三乙醇胺35-45份,聚乙烯醇15-20份,偶氮二异丁腈3-8份,苯乙烯10-18份,叔丁基过氧化氢1-5份,硅烷偶联剂KH550 12-18份,将所取原料加入反应釜,在60-70℃下充分搅拌25-30分钟,取出常温静置2-3小时;
④将步骤③制得的混合液加入喷雾装置,喷雾装置的温度控制在50-55℃,然后将混合溶液均匀喷涂在不锈钢板表面,常温下自然风干即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的在不锈钢表面形成抗碱层的方法,其特征在于,步骤③中按重量份取钛酸四异丙酯47份,三羟乙基异氰尿酸酯33份,硅酸钠21份,十二碳醇酯11份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯8份,交联羧甲基纤维素钠23份,三乙醇胺41份,聚乙烯醇17份,偶氮二异丁腈5份,苯乙烯16份,叔丁基过氧化氢3份,硅烷偶联剂KH550 15份,将所取原料加入反应釜,在68℃下充分搅拌27分钟,取出常温静置2.5小时。
