Abstract
本发明公开了一种散热密封胶,包括如下重量含量的成分:热塑性合成树脂40‑60份,硅溶胶20‑26份,金红石钛白粉15‑25份,磷酸脂阻燃剂5‑15份,重质碳酸钙8‑15份,硅藻土5‑10份,水100‑150份。本发明所公开的散热密封胶,生产成本低,防火性能好,适于在有特殊防火要求的场合使用。同时,本发明还包括以下成分:碳酸氢钠颗粒和碳粉的混合物,且该混合物的粒径小于0.1mm。当该密封胶刚填充入待密封位置时,通过吹风机吹出的热风将密封胶加热至50℃以上,持续30S后停止加热。本发明提供一种具备良好散热功能的新型密封胶。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种散热密封胶,具体的说涉及一种具有良好防火性能的散热密封胶。
背景技术
密封胶的作用在于粘接和密封,如果用于某些特殊场合,还需要其具有防火能力,但是现有的带有防火功能的密封胶不但生产成本高,而且防火性差。
同时,现有的密封胶主要用在电子元器件中,电子元器件往往处于高温的工作状态,当密封胶的散热性能不佳时,会导致电子元器件因局部受热过高而失效、损坏,而现有技术中的密封胶往往只起到密封和固定作用,不仅不能很好地导热,还因其隔热性更加不利于散热;因此,如何改进现有的密封胶,使其达到理想的散热性能,是本领域亟需解决的技术难题。
发明内容
1.发明要解决的技术问题
本发明所要解决的技术问题就是提供一种生产成本低,防火性能好的散热密封胶。
2.技术方案
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种散热密封胶,包括如下重量含量的成分:热塑性合成树脂40-60 份,硅溶胶20-26份,金红石钛白粉15-25 份,磷酸脂阻燃剂5-15 份,重质碳酸钙8-15 份,硅藻土5-10 份,水100-150 份。
进一步的,还包括以下成分:碳酸氢钠颗粒和碳粉的混合物,且该混合物的粒径小于0.1mm。
进一步的,当该密封胶刚填充入待密封位置时,通过吹风机吹出的热风将密封胶加热至50℃以上,持续30S后停止加热。
3.有益效果
本发明所公开的密封胶,生产成本低,防火性能好,适于在有特殊防火要求的场合使用。

实施例1,本实施例公开了一种散热密封胶,包括如下重量含量的成分:热塑性合成树脂40 份,硅溶胶20 份,金红石钛白粉15 份,磷酸脂阻燃剂5 份,重质碳酸钙8 份,硅藻土5份,水100 份。
本实施例所公开的散热密封胶,生产成本低,防火性能好,适于在有特殊防火要求的场合使用。
实施例2,本实施例公开了一种散热密封胶,包括如下重量含量的成分:热塑性合成树脂60 份,硅溶胶26 份,金红石钛白粉25 份,磷酸脂阻燃剂15 份,重质碳酸钙15 份,硅藻土10 份,水150 份。
本实施例所公开的散热密封胶,生产成本低,防火性能好,适于在有特殊防火要求的场合使用。
实施例3,本实施例公开了一种散热密封胶,包括如下重量含量的成分:热塑性合成树脂47 份,硅溶胶23 份,金红石钛白粉21 份,磷酸脂阻燃剂8 份,重质碳酸钙11 份,硅藻土8 份,水120 份。
本实施例所公开的散热密封胶,生产成本低,防火性能好,适于在有特殊防火要求的场合使用。
同时,本实施例中,还包括以下成分:碳酸氢钠颗粒和碳粉的混合物,且该混合物的粒径小于0.1mm。当该密封胶刚填充入待密封位置时,通过吹风机吹出的热风将密封胶加热至50℃以上,持续30S后停止加热。由于固体碳酸氢钠在50℃以上开始逐渐分解生成二氧化碳,二氧化碳在密封胶内部的生成使得密封胶内部形成多孔的微小透气结构,有利于密封胶的对流换热(由于上述透气结构微小,并不会对密封胶的水密性能形成较大影响);同时,在密封胶内部多孔透气结构形成的同时,一部分碳粉会自动填充入密封胶内部的孔隙中,形成碳粉通道,从而在密封胶内部形成以碳粉通道为主的热传导通路,有利于密封胶的热传导。通过上面碳酸氢钠颗粒和碳粉混合物的添加,能够有效改善密封胶内部的散热模式,显著提高密封胶的散热效果,从而提供一种具备良好散热功能的新型密封胶。(本发明是针对申请号为:CN 201210459607.7的专利进一步改进)。

1.一种散热密封胶,其特征在于,包括如下重量含量的成分:热塑性合成树脂40-60份,硅溶胶20-26 份,金红石钛白粉15-25 份,磷酸脂阻燃剂5-15 份,重质碳酸钙8-15 份,硅藻土5-10 份,水100-150 份。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的散热密封胶,其特征在于,还包括以下成分:碳酸氢钠颗粒和碳粉的混合物,且该混合物的粒径小于0.1mm。
3.根据权利要求2 所述的散热密封胶,其特征在于:当该密封胶刚填充入待密封位置时,通过吹风机吹出的热风将密封胶加热至50℃以上,持续30S后停止加热。
