技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑装饰喷涂剂。
背景技术
建筑装饰中的彩砂涂料(砂壁状外墙涂料)已广泛用于中、小城市的一般性建筑物外墙装饰。它喷涂于各种建筑板材和墙壁上,可以形成凹凸多彩、豪华美丽的涂膜。中国专利《一种建筑物装饰用喷涂剂》(申请公布号 CN 102464921 A;申请公布日 2012.05.23)采用苯丙乳液作为胶粘剂,羧甲基纤维素钠、聚甲基丙烯酸钠作为增稠剂,醋酸苯汞作为防霉剂,各种骨料作为体质颜料,丙二醇作为溶剂和成膜剂,乙二醇作为防冻剂,乙二醇一丁醚作为溶剂,并按其配比,利用喷斗和压缩空气将涂料喷涂于墙面,形成色彩多样、质感丰富的砂粒状饰面层。这种建筑装饰喷涂剂虽然得到的砂粒状饰面层外表美观、质感佳,但是存在安全风险,例如增稠剂聚甲基丙烯酸钠带有刺激性,会刺激到眼睛、呼吸系统和皮肤,防霉剂醋酸苯汞遇明火、高热可燃,且可燃分解放出有毒的气体,这些都存在安全风险。中国专利《一种建筑装饰喷涂剂》(申请公布号 CN 104341939 A;申请公布日 2015.02.11),其采用聚丙烯酸酯共聚乳液与羟丙基甲基纤维素作为增稠剂,虽然避免了增稠剂甲基丙烯酸钠的刺激性,但是油酸苯基汞作为防霉剂是有剧毒的,也是存在安全风险的。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种建筑装饰喷涂剂,制备安全,成本经济,制得的建筑装饰喷涂剂稳定,且能够保证被喷建筑的安全不受侵蚀。
为了实现以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种建筑装饰喷涂剂,按照重量百分比的原料包括:环氧树脂改性苯丙乳液25~30%,骨料28~35%,丙烯酸共聚物3~6%,聚丙烯酸酯共聚乳液5~8%,甲基异噻唑啉酮3~6%,无机盐硫酸铜3~6%,丁二烯苯乙烯溴化共聚物6~12%,丙二醇2~6%,乙二醇1~3%,乙二醇-丁醚1~4%,水4~8%。
优选的,所述的建筑装饰喷涂剂,按照重量百分比的原料包括:环氧树脂改性苯丙乳液28%,骨料30%,丙烯酸共聚物5%,聚丙烯酸酯共聚乳液6%,甲基异噻唑啉酮5%,无机盐硫酸铜5%,丁二烯苯乙烯溴化共聚物8%,丙二醇4%,乙二醇 2%,乙二醇 -丁醚2%,水5%。
进一步的,所述的骨料包括玻璃珠、陶瓷粉、寒水石、碳酸钙粉、石英砂、二氧化硅中的一种或者多种材料。
本发明的技术效果在于:环氧树脂改性苯丙乳液作为胶粘剂;骨料选用不燃并与涂料有良好亲和性的材料且材料本身具有一定耐磨性,如玻璃珠、陶瓷粉、寒水石、耐磨骨料碳酸钙粉、石英砂、二氧化硅中的一种或者多种;采用无毒的高分子聚合物丙烯酸共聚物和聚丙烯酸酯共聚乳液作为增稠剂;采用无毒无污染的甲基异噻唑啉酮作为高效杀菌剂、耐热的水性防腐剂,对于抑制微生物的生长有很好的作用,可以抑制细菌、真菌、霉菌及霉菌的生长;采用无机盐硫酸铜作为防霉剂,能防止微生物引起发霉;采用丁二烯苯乙烯溴化共聚物这种环保的高分子聚合物阻燃剂作为防火阻燃剂,这种高分子聚合物阻燃剂分子量大,大分子不容易生物累积,对健康环保有利,而且,这种高分子聚合物阻燃剂在合成高分子材料中应用,不会迁移析出,不会水解降解,耐老化耐水性能优异;丙二醇作为溶剂及成膜剂;乙二醇作为防冻剂,乙二醇-丁醚作为溶剂。按照上述配比,制备安全,得到的建筑装饰喷涂剂,成本经济,制得的建筑装饰喷涂剂稳定,且能够保证被喷建筑的安全不受侵蚀。

实施例1:一种建筑装饰喷涂剂,按照重量百分比的原料包括:环氧树脂改性苯丙乳液28%,骨料30%,丙烯酸共聚物5%,聚丙烯酸酯共聚乳液6%,甲基异噻唑啉酮5%,无机盐硫酸铜5%,丁二烯苯乙烯溴化共聚物8%,丙二醇4%,乙二醇 2%,乙二醇-丁醚2%,水5%。
进一步的,所述的骨料包括玻璃珠、陶瓷粉、寒水石、碳酸钙粉、石英砂、二氧化硅中的一种或者多种材料。
将环氧树脂改性苯丙乳液,丙烯酸共聚物聚丙烯酸酯共聚乳液,甲基异噻唑啉酮,无机盐硫酸铜,丁二烯苯乙烯溴化共聚物,丙二醇,乙二醇,乙二醇-丁醚,水按配比量先放入混料机中搅拌搅匀。再将各种骨料先放入搅拌机中搅拌均匀。混料机中的混合物倒入搅拌机中与骨料一起搅拌均匀,至稠度适中后即可出料。制备安全,得到的建筑装饰喷涂剂,成本经济,制得的建筑装饰喷涂剂稳定,且能够保证被喷建筑的安全不受侵蚀。
实施例2:一种建筑装饰喷涂剂,按照重量百分比的原料包括:环氧树脂改性苯丙乳液25%,骨料35%,丙烯酸共聚物3%,聚丙烯酸酯共聚乳液8%,甲基异噻唑啉酮3%,无机盐硫酸铜6%,丁二烯苯乙烯溴化共聚物6%,丙二醇2%,乙二醇1%,乙二醇-丁醚3%,水8%。
进一步的,所述的骨料包括玻璃珠、陶瓷粉、寒水石、碳酸钙粉、石英砂、二氧化硅中的一种或者多种材料。

1.一种建筑装饰喷涂剂,其特征在于,按照重量百分比的原料包括:环氧树脂改性苯丙乳液25~30%,骨料28~35%,丙烯酸共聚物3~6%,聚丙烯酸酯共聚乳液5~8%,甲基异噻唑啉酮3~6%,无机盐硫酸铜3~6%,丁二烯苯乙烯溴化共聚物6~12%,丙二醇2~6%,乙二醇1~3%,乙二醇-丁醚1~4%,水4~8%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的建筑装饰喷涂剂,其特征在于,按照重量百分比的原料包括:环氧树脂改性苯丙乳液28%,骨料30%,丙烯酸共聚物5%,聚丙烯酸酯共聚乳液6%,甲基异噻唑啉酮5%,无机盐硫酸铜5%,丁二烯苯乙烯溴化共聚物8%,丙二醇4%,乙二醇 2%,乙二醇-丁醚2%,水5%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的建筑装饰喷涂剂,其特征在于,所述的骨料包括玻璃珠、陶瓷粉、寒水石、碳酸钙粉、石英砂、二氧化硅中的一种或者多种材料。
