Abstract

本发明提供一种中药泥膏面膜及其制备方法。所述中药泥膏面膜原料组分及其重量配比是：中药10‑30％，丁二醇5‑15％，甘油5‑15％，高岭土7‑30％，硬脂醇醚‑2 1‑3％，硬脂醇聚醚‑21 1‑4％，单硬脂酸甘油酯1‑4％，辛酸硅酸甘油三酯2‑8％，16‑18混醇2‑4％，硅油1‑4％，钛白粉0.1‑5％，维生素E 0.2‑1％，悬浮增稠剂3‑12％，防腐剂0.5‑1％，水10‑50％，保证中药成分在泥膏面膜中稳定存在，不发生分层和析出现象，提高了中药泥膜的保质期，且生产简单、方便。同时具有清洁老旧角质、均衡肌肤油脂、改善微循环、促进新陈代谢、清热解毒、活血化瘀和解毒生肌的功效。

一种中药泥膏面膜及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种泥膏面膜，属于日用化工化妆品领域，特别涉及一种含有中药成分的泥膏面膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
中草药是中医预防治疗疾病所使用的独特药物，也是中医区别于其他医学的重要标志。中国人民对中草药的探索经历了几千年的历史，利用中药进行美容、驻颜，解决肌肤问题，在我国的历史非常悠久，而中药倒膜在这方面的应用最为典型。我国历代中医传统典籍中有利用中药石膏倒膜面膜治疗皮肤疾患的记载，现代中药石膏倒膜面膜系根据中医药学原理,采用具有清热解毒、祛风除湿、疏肝理气、活血化瘀功效的医用熟石膏，与各种特制的中药粉剂配制成倒膜粉,加水加热至稠糊状,待凉后在皮损处涂成面膜,药效将直接作用于患部。
随着社会进步，生活节奏的加快，人们已经不仅仅局限于泥膏面膜和中药倒膜，开始偏向于有治疗作用的中药泥膜。本发明将中药复方成分与传统泥膏面膜结合，通过配方和工艺，解决了中药成分应用于泥膏面膜中的稳定性，使用形式上又得到大大提高。
发明内容
本发明结合泥膏面膜和中药的特性，通过将面膜覆盖肌肤，使中药成分得到充分的利用和吸收，具有去角质、均衡肌肤油脂、清热解毒、活血化瘀和解毒生肌的功效。
本发明涉及一种含有中药成分的泥膏面膜。本发明所述中药泥膏面膜原料组分及其重量配比是：中药10-30％，丁二醇5-15％，甘油5-15％，高岭土7-30％，硬脂醇醚-21-3％，硬脂醇聚醚-211-4％，单硬脂酸甘油酯1-4％，辛酸硅酸甘油三酯2-8％，16-18混醇2-4％，硅油1-4％，钛白粉0.1-5％，维生素E 0.2-1％，悬浮增稠剂3-12％，防腐剂0.5-1％，水10-50％。
其中所述中药原料组分及其重量配比是：金银花13～18份，当归9～15份，三七花5～10份，白芨3～9份，蒲公英7～15份，紫花地丁3～12份，天冬4～15份，银杏叶3-8份。硬脂醇聚醚-2、硬脂醇聚醚-21、单硬脂酸甘油酯为乳化剂。所述防腐剂组分为己二醇、辛酰羟肟酸、丙二醇混合物(重量配比30:5:65)；所述悬浮增稠剂具体组成及配比为膨润土5-9份、黄原胶0.2-3份、阿拉伯树胶0.2-3份。
金银花性寒味甘，具有清热解毒、抗炎、补虚疗风的作用，可以有效增强免疫机能和皮肤活力；当归性温味甘，具有补血、活血、润燥滑肠的作用，可以改善微循环、抗氧化与抗衰老；三七花性凉，味甘、微苦，具有清热生津和平肝降压的作用，可以有效镇静安神、止血止痛；白芨味苦、甘、涩，性寒，有收敛止血，消肿生肌之功；蒲公英甘，微苦，寒，清热解毒，消肿散结；紫花地丁味苦、微辛，性寒；归心、肝经，气微散泄，具有清热解毒，凉血消肿的功效；天冬味甘；苦；性大寒，有滋阴润燥、清火止咳之效；银杏叶味微苦，性平，具有益心、活血止痛、敛肺平喘、化湿止泻的功效。
本发明的具体生产方法如下：
(1)按重量配比分别称取金银花、当归、三七花、白芨、蒲公英、紫花地丁、天冬、银杏叶，加入水，在70～90℃条件下熬成中药汁，作为A组分；
(2)将硬脂醇醚-2、硬脂醇醚-21、单硬脂酸甘油酯、辛酸癸酸甘油三酯、硅油、16-18混醇、钛白粉按重量配比混合在一起，作为B组分；
(3)将膨润土、黄原胶、阿拉伯树胶按重量配比混合在溶剂中，溶解分散均匀，70-85℃烘干，粉碎过筛100微米，即得悬浮增稠剂；
(4)将甘油、丁二醇、高岭土、悬浮增稠剂、水按照重量配比混合在一起，作为C组分；
(5)将上述B、C组分分别加热到75-85℃，保温，待用；
(6)将B组分加入到C组分，均质搅拌15min，作为D组分；
(7)将D组分搅拌降温到50℃，加入A组分、防腐剂，搅拌均匀，出料检验，灌装成品即可。
所述步骤(1)中水的重量是所有中药材重量的1～2倍。
所述步骤(3)中制备悬浮增稠剂的溶剂包括丁二醇、丙二醇、甲基丙二醇、双丙甘醇、甘油等，溶剂用量是膨润土、黄原胶、阿拉伯树胶三者总量的10～15倍。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明采用特殊工艺比例处理的悬浮增稠剂，保证中药成分在泥膜中的稳定存在，而不发生分层、析出现象，提高了中药泥膜的保质期，且生产简单、方便。同时具有清洁老旧角质、均衡肌肤油脂、改善微循环、促进新陈代谢、清热解毒、活血化瘀和解毒生肌的功效。
具体实施方式

(1)将金银花14g、当归10g、三七花8g、白芨7g、蒲公英8g、紫花地丁9g、天冬6g、银杏叶8g放入煎药壶内，并加入100ml蒸馏水，在85-90℃条件下熬成中药汁共20g，冷却至室温；作为A组分。
(2)将硬脂醇醚-2、硬脂醇醚-21、单硬脂酸甘油酯、辛酸癸酸甘油三酯、硅油、16-18混醇、钛白粉按表1所示重量配比混合在一起，作为B组分；
(3)将6g膨润土、0.6g黄原胶、0.5g阿拉伯树胶加入到100g甘油中，溶解分散均匀，75℃烘干，粉碎过筛100微米，即得悬浮增稠剂8.5g；
(4)将甘油、丁二醇、高岭土、悬浮增稠剂、水按照表1所示重量配比混合在一起，作为C组分；
(5)将上述B、C组分分别加热到75-85℃，保温，待用；
(6)将B组分加入到C组分，均质搅拌15min，作为D组分；
(7)将D组分搅拌降温到50℃，加入A组分、防腐剂，搅拌均匀，出料检验，灌装成品即可。

(1)将金银花1500g、当归900g、三七花800g、白芨600g、蒲公英900g、紫花地丁1000g、天冬400g、银杏叶600g放入煎药壶内，并加入10L蒸馏水，在75-80℃条件下熬成中药汁共1500g，冷却至室温作为A组分。
(2)将硬脂醇醚-2、硬脂醇醚-21、单硬脂酸甘油酯、辛酸癸酸甘油三酯、硅油、16-18混醇、钛白粉按重量配比混合在一起，作为B组分。
(3)将650g膨润土、50g黄原胶、80g阿拉伯树胶加入到10kg甲基丙二醇中，溶解分散均匀，80℃烘干，粉碎过筛100微米，即得悬浮增稠剂750g；
(4)将甘油、丁二醇、高岭土、悬浮增稠剂、水按照重量配比混合在一起，作为C组分；
(5)将上述B、C组分分别加热到75-85℃，保温，待用。
(6)将B组分加入到C组分，均质搅拌15min，作为D组分；
(7)将D组分搅拌降温到50℃，加入A组分、防腐剂，搅拌均匀，出料检验，灌装成品即可。

Claims (5)

1.一种中药泥膏面膜，其特征在于，其主要组分及重量配比是：中药10-30％，丁二醇5-15％，甘油5-15％，高岭土7-30％，硬脂醇醚-21-3％，硬脂醇聚醚-211-4％，单硬脂酸甘油酯1-4％，辛酸硅酸甘油三酯2-8％，16-18混醇2-4％，硅油1-4％，钛白粉0.1-5％，维生素E 0.2-1％，悬浮增稠剂3-12％，防腐剂0.5-1％，水10-50％，
其中所述中药组分及其重量配比是：金银花13～18份，当归9～15份，三七花5～10份，白芨3～9份，蒲公英7～15份，紫花地丁3～12份，天冬4～15份，银杏叶3-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种中药泥膏面膜，其特征在于：所述悬浮增稠剂的组成及配比为膨润土5-9份、黄原胶0.2-3份、阿拉伯树胶0.2-3份。
3.一种权利要求1所述的中药泥膏面膜的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
(1)按重量配比分别称取金银花、当归、三七花、白芨、蒲公英、紫花地丁、天冬、银杏叶，加入水，在70～90℃条件下熬成中药液，作为A组分；
(2)将硬脂醇醚-2、硬脂醇醚-21、单硬脂酸甘油酯、辛酸癸酸甘油三酯、硅油、16-18混醇、钛白粉按重量配比混合在一起，作为B组分；
(3)将膨润土、黄原胶、阿拉伯树胶按重量配比混合在溶剂中，溶解分散均匀，70～85℃烘干，粉碎过筛100微米，即得悬浮增稠剂；
(4)将甘油、丁二醇、高岭土、悬浮增稠剂、水按照重量配比混合在一起，作为C组分；
(5)将上述B、C组分分别加热到75-85℃，保温，待用；
(6)将B组分加入到C组分，均质搅拌15min，作为D组分；
(7)将D组分搅拌降温到50℃，加入A组分、防腐剂，搅拌均匀，出料检验，灌装成品即可。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种中药泥膏面膜的制备方法，其特征在于：步骤(1)中所述水的重量是所有中药材重量的1～2倍。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种中药泥膏面膜的制备方法，其特征在于：步骤(3)中所述溶剂包括丁二醇、丙二醇、甲基丙二醇、双丙甘醇、甘油，溶剂用量是膨润土、黄原胶、阿拉伯树胶三者总重量的10～15倍。
