Abstract
本发明提供一种椎间融合器安装器,其所安装的椎间融合器包括上、下表面,后端面。所述安装器包括外套筒、推杆、驱动套筒及手柄。所述外套筒的前端设有与椎间融合器平行的端面,套筒表面标记有刻度;所述外套筒中设有可轴向移动的推杆,推杆头部螺纹与融合器后表面螺纹孔配合,尾部螺纹与外套筒螺纹配合;所述驱动套筒与推杆焊接,推动推杆做轴向运动;所述手柄与外套筒焊接,便于安装椎间融合器时受力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器械,尤其涉及一种用于椎隙融合术的椎间融合器安装器。
背景技术
脊柱融合术是脊柱融合术的一种具体治疗方案,通常在腰椎椎间融合手术中选择从病人后背切开进入人体内而最终进入椎间盘。由于需要绕过位于脊柱后方中部的主要神经系统,所以进入椎间盘的入口通道选择在椎间盘侧后方的单独一侧或两侧,然后将一个或两个融合器通过通道进入椎间盘内,,在上下两个椎体之间支撑载荷、维持椎间隙空间的高度,促进融合。在使用单侧进入椎间盘时,插入单个椎间融合器后需要调整融合器在椎间盘内的位置以使得融合器的摆放尽量对称与脊柱的中线,以此保证脊柱融合的稳定性,但是传统技术中对于融合器的调整都很不理想,很难保证融合器对称于脊柱的中线,所以为了提高植入的精度以便于更好的完成治疗,如何确保植入融合器的位置成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于提供一种操作简单,方便调整位置的之间融合器安装器,以便克服现有技术的上述缺陷。

图中:1外套筒,2推杆,3驱动套筒,4手柄,M1第一外螺纹,M2第二外螺纹,M3第一内螺纹,M4第二内螺纹。
具体实施方案
如图1所示安装器包括外套筒1、推杆2、驱动套筒3及手柄4。外套筒1的前端设有与椎间融合器后端面配合的前端面,套筒表面标记有刻度;外套筒1中设有可轴向移动的推杆2,推杆2头部螺纹与融合器后表面螺纹孔配合,尾部螺纹与外套筒1配合;所述驱动套筒3与推杆2焊接,推动推杆2做轴向运动;手柄4与外套筒1焊接,便于安装椎间融合器时受力。
如图2所示的椎间融合器安装器,驱动套筒(3)带动推杆(2)做轴向运动,使驱动套筒(3)上的第二外螺纹(M2)完全通过外套筒(1)上的第一内螺纹(M3),形成限位结构;推杆(2)可继续做轴向运动使推杆头部的第一外螺纹(M1)伸出外套筒(1),第一外螺纹(M1)与椎间融合器上的第二内螺纹(M4)相配合,推杆(2)的前端面与椎间融合器后端面紧贴,继续旋转驱动套筒(3)带动推杆(2)上的第一外螺纹(M1),使其与椎间融合器上的第二内螺纹(M4)完全配合,紧锁椎间融合器。
将椎间融合器安装器带着融合器植入椎间隙内,然后根据手术实际需要,握住手柄推动融合器到达安装位置。
当融合器安装到位后,将椎间融合器安装器撤出,完成椎间融合器的安装。
综合上述,本发明椎间融合器安装器能够解决椎间融合器在手术植入时的调整问题。所以,本发明有效的克服了现有技术中的一些实际问题,因而有很高的使用价值和实际意义。
Claims (3)
1.一种椎间融合器安装器,其特征在于:所述安装器包括外套筒(1)、推杆(2)、驱动套筒(3)及手柄(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的椎间融合器安装器,其特征在于:所述驱动套筒(3)带动推杆(2)做轴向运动,驱动套筒(3)上的第二外螺纹(M2)完全通过外套筒(1)上的第一内螺纹(M3),形成限位结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的椎间融合器安装器,其特征在于:推杆(2)做轴向运动使推杆头部的第一外螺纹(M1)伸出外套筒(1),推杆(2)头部第一外螺纹(M1)与椎间融合器尾部螺纹相配合,外套筒(1)头部梯形面与椎间融合器尾部梯形面紧贴,紧锁椎间融合器。
