中国自古就有“药补不如食补”之说,特定的食物和药物虽然都具有抗氧化效果,但药物往往具有一定副作用,增加肝脏的解毒负担,食物则相对更安全,且可以长期食用。而现有抗氧化的食品中,大多只包含单一抗氧化成分,或是利用添加人工合成的抗氧化剂来达到抗氧化的目的,导致营养不够全面,抗氧化效果不显著,加上人工合成的抗氧化剂可能带来潜在的毒性风险,因此已不能满足人们对营养、健康、绿色抗氧化功能食品的要求。
发明内容
为了克服现有抗氧化的产品中,大多只包含单一抗氧化成分,或是利用添加人工合成的抗氧化剂来达到抗氧化的目的,导致营养不够全面,功能效果不显著,且人工合成的抗氧化剂可能带来潜在毒性风险等问题。本发明提供一种配伍科学、抗氧化效果好、绿色且安全的抗氧化复合蛋白质粉。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供的技术方案如下:
一种具有人体抗氧化功能的深海鱼低聚肽蛋白粉:由以下重量份计的组分组成:花生蛋白粉400-800份、花生肽粉100-200份、低聚肽粉50-150份、虾青素120-160份、番茄红素83-133份、葡萄籽提取物67-89份、魔芋精粉20-40份、维生素E1-16份。
一种具有人体抗氧化功能的深海鱼低聚肽蛋白粉:由以下重量份计的组分组成:花生蛋白粉600份、花生肽粉150份、低聚肽粉75份、虾青素140份、番茄红素108份、葡萄籽提取物78份、魔芋精粉30份、维生素E8份。
优选地,所述低聚肽粉为深海鱼胶原蛋白水解物,其蛋白含量≥90%,小于1000u 的肽含量≥ 85%。
优选地,所述的花生肽粉来自花生蛋白水解物,其蛋白含量≥65%,小于1000u 的肽含量≥60%。
优选地,所述的魔芋精粉来自魔芋,其葡甘露聚糖含量≥70%,粘度≥22000mPa·s。
优选地,所述的维生素E 来自食品营养强化剂维生素E,符合GB 14880-2012 中的化合物来源及限量添加标准。
虾青素:天然虾青素是人类发现自然界中的强抗氧化剂。天然虾青素又称天然虾红素,可以有效清除细胞内的氧自由基,增强细胞再生能力,维持机体平衡和减少衰老细胞的堆积,由内而外保护细胞和DNA 健康,从而抗衰老、缓解运动疲劳、增强人体活力。经国内外近几十年来的发现探索及临床应用证明,虾青素具有抗氧化、抗衰老、抗肿瘤、抗炎症、抗疾病,预防心脑血管疾病的作用。
番茄红素:番茄红素是一种类胡萝卜素,它具有抗氧化性,可以对细胞生长代谢起调控作用并能调节胆固醇代谢,降低人体胆固醇浓度。番茄红素的上述生物学特性决定了它具有抗氧化、抑制突变( 番茄红素能够阻断组织细胞在外界诱变剂的作用下发生基因突变过程,这是肿瘤生成的重要机制之一)、降低核酸损伤、减少心血管疾病及预防癌症等多种保健功能。研究表明,番茄红素对消化道癌、宫颈癌、乳腺癌、皮肤癌、膀胱癌等均有一定的抑制作用,因此番茄红素也被称为“植物黄金”。
葡萄籽提取物:葡萄籽提取物是含丰富的生物类黄酮。它能有效清除人体内多余的自由基,具有超强的延缓衰老和增强免疫力的作用,具有抗氧化、抗过敏、抗疲劳增强体质,降低癌症与糖尿病病发症的发病危险,改善亚健康状态延缓衰老、改善烦躁易怒、头昏乏力、记忆力减退等症状。此外,葡萄籽提取物中的原花青素OPC 是天然的阳光遮盖物,能阻挡紫外线及辐射对人体皮肤的侵害,还能够修复受伤胶原蛋白和弹性纤维。葡萄籽提取物具有收敛作用,收紧皮肤,防止皮肤皱纹的提早出现,长期使用能使皮肤光滑,富有弹性,具有美容养颜的作用。葡萄籽原花青素对血管疾病的治疗价值在80 年代初即已被世人所承认。在法国,用葡萄籽原花青素制成的专利产品用于治疗微循环疾病,包括眼睛与外周毛细血管通透性疾病及静脉与淋巴功能不全,因此也可以降低眼部退化性斑点和白内障发病率。
本发明的蛋白粉是将具有抗氧化功效的花生肽粉、深海鱼低聚肽粉为蛋白组件与花生蛋白粉复合,同时选取了具有强抗氧化功效的虾青素、番茄红素、葡萄籽提取物和维生素E 与其进行了合理配置,具有综合抗氧化的功效,并进一步选取了天然的魔芋精粉为辅料以使产品达到增稠、稳定的效果。其中,所选的花生肽粉和深海鱼低聚肽粉分别来自花生蛋白和胶原蛋白水解物,研究表明,食源性多肽具有抗氧化作用,对DPPH 自由基、OH·自由基、·O2-自由基具有较强的清除作用。所选的维生素E 来自食品营养强化剂维生素E,具有抗氧化作用,可保护机体细胞免受自由基的毒害。魔芋精粉作为其中的辅料,使产品达到增稠、稳定的效果,赋予了本产品能良好的冲调稳定性及风味。与现有技术相比,本发明的蛋白粉由动、植物蛋白组件结合,配伍合理,营养全面;复合了多种抗氧化因子,达到了综合抗氧化的效果。
