本发明公开了一种室内空气净化装置,包括机壳、除尘槽、光触媒滤板、滤芯和风机;在机壳左右两端风别设有进风口和出风口,在进风口、出风口之间从左到右依次连接设有集气管、除尘槽、光触媒滤板、滤芯和风机;所述除尘槽内盛有碱性水溶液,集气管伸入除尘槽内底部,同时,除尘槽底部设有出液管;所述出液管出口端设置在机壳外,且出液管内设有放液阀;在除尘槽的上方连接设有进液管,进液管管口位于机壳外,进液管上设有流量调节阀;所述机壳顶部设有紫外线灯,而光触媒滤板位于紫外线灯照射范围内;所述滤芯包括外框、蜂窝通道、第一滤层和第二滤层;本发明有效去除空气中的PM2.5,具有除菌效果,缓冲空气流通,增强过滤效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化装置,具体是一种室内空气净化装置。
背景技术
随着现代化的不断发展,空气污染越来越凸显,近年来人们谈PM2. 5色变,国家也越来越重视环境问题,在环境问题还没有得到彻底解决之前,日罩成为人们日常出行的必备品,尤其是老人儿童;
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对室内环境和空气的要求也越来越高,在室外人们可以通过佩戴口罩等避免吸入粉尘及颗粒较小的污染物,但是,在室内人们想放松心情、拒绝口罩还能够呼吸到新鲜的空气,因此空气净化一器也越来越受到人们的欢迎;而现有的空气净化器净化效果不好,容易滋生细菌,使用时间久了会对身体健康产生负面影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种有效去除空气中的PM2.5,具有除菌效果,缓冲空气流通,增强过滤效果的室内空气净化装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种室内空气净化装置,包括机壳、除尘槽、光触媒滤板、滤芯和风机;在机壳左右两端风别设有进风口和出风口,在进风口、出风口之间从左到右依次连接设有集气管、除尘槽、光触媒滤板、滤芯和风机;所述除尘槽内盛有碱性水溶液,集气管伸入除尘槽内底部,同时,除尘槽底部设有出液管;所述出液管出口端设置在机壳外,且出液管内设有放液阀;在除尘槽的上方连接设有进液管,进液管管口位于机壳外,进液管上设有流量调节阀;所述机壳顶部设有紫外线灯,而光触媒滤板位于紫外线灯照射范围内;所述滤芯包括外框、蜂窝通道、第一滤层和第二滤层,第一滤层、第二滤层均涂覆有纳米银离子;在所述外框空间范围内设有蜂窝通道,蜂窝通道采用过滤条弯折而成;所述过滤条包括外套和内芯,其中,外套为胶化棉材料,其中,内芯包括外层和内层,外层采用无纺布面料包裹二氧化钦和活性炭粉;所述进风口和出风口处均设有出风格栅。
进一步的:所述放液阀为单向阀。
进一步的:所述蜂窝通道的孔径为2.5-4毫米,蜂窝通道的深度为10-16毫米。
进一步的:所述过滤条折弯为正六边形。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明中流量调节阀、出液阀对除尘槽内的碱性水溶液进行更换,以保证除尘效率,除尘槽的设置能够有效去除空气中的絮状、花粉等较大粒径颗粒物,而且能够有效去除空气中的PM.;同时,外照射灯照射光触媒滤坝时,纳米级的一氧化钦涂层产生强烈的催化降解功能,进一步有效降解空气中的有毒、有害气体,能够杀灭多种细菌,并将细菌或真菌释放出来的毒索分解及无害化处理,保证净化后的空气质量。
2、本发明中残余的粉尘颗粒、有毒气体在吸附前经胶化棉材料、无纺布面料过滤颗粒物,而后利用活性炭粉超强的吸附效果吸附有毒有害物质,二氧化钦可分别有机生物体具有除菌效果,同时,第一滤层和第二滤层对经蜂窝通道而遗漏的空气进行除菌作用,缓冲空气流通,延长过滤通道长度,从而增强过滤效果。

请参阅图1~4,本发明实施例中,一种室内空气净化装置,包括机壳3、除尘槽4、光触媒滤板5、滤芯1和风机8;在机壳3左右两端风别设有进风口6和出风口7,在进风口6、出风口7之间从左到右依次连接设有集气管9、除尘槽4、光触媒滤板5、滤芯1和风机8;所述除尘槽4内盛有碱性水溶液,集气管9伸入除尘槽4内底部,同时,除尘槽4底部设有出液管41;所述出液管41出口端设置在机壳3外,且出液管41内设有放液阀43,放液阀43为单向阀;在除尘槽4的上方连接设有进液管42,进液管42管口位于机壳3外,进液管42上设有流量调节阀;工作中,流量调节阀、出液阀10对除尘槽4内的碱性水溶液进行更换,以保证除尘效率,除尘槽4的设置能够有效去除空气中的絮状、花粉等较大粒径颗粒物,而且能够有效去除空气中的PM2.5;所述机壳3顶部设有紫外线灯,而光触媒滤板5位于紫外线灯照射范围内;工作中,外照射灯照射光触媒滤坝时,纳米级的一氧化钦涂层产生强烈的催化降解功能,进一步有效降解空气中的有毒、有害气体,能够杀灭多种细菌,并将细菌或真菌释放出来的毒索分解及无害化处理,保证净化后的空气质量;所述滤芯1包括外框、蜂窝通道2、第一滤层11和第二滤层12,其中,蜂窝通道2的孔径为2.5-4毫米,蜂窝通道2的深度为10-16毫米,第一滤层11、第二滤层12均涂覆有纳米银离子;在所述外框空间范围内设有蜂窝通道2,蜂窝通道2采用过滤条21弯折而成,过滤条21折弯为正六边形;所述过滤条21包括外套22和内芯,其中,外套22为胶化棉材料,其中,内芯包括外层23和内层,外层23采用无纺布面料包裹二氧化钦和活性炭粉;工作中,在吸附前经胶化棉材料、无纺布面料过滤颗粒物,而后利用活性炭粉超强的吸附效果吸附有毒有害物质,二氧化钦可分别有机生物体具有除菌效果,同时,第一滤层11和第二滤层12对经蜂窝通道2而遗漏的空气进行除菌作用,缓冲空气流通,延长过滤通道长度,从而增强过滤效果;所述进风口6和出风口7处均设有出风格栅。

1.一种室内空气净化装置,包括机壳(3)、除尘槽(4)、光触媒滤板(5)、滤芯(1)和风机(8);其特征在于,在机壳(3)左右两端风别设有进风口(6)和出风口(7),在进风口(6)、出风口(7)之间从左到右依次连接设有集气管(9)、除尘槽(4)、光触媒滤板(5)、滤芯(1)和风机(8);所述除尘槽(4)内盛有碱性水溶液,集气管(9)伸入除尘槽(4)内底部,同时,除尘槽(4)底部设有出液管(41);所述出液管(41)出口端设置在机壳(3)外,且出液管(41)内设有放液阀(43);在除尘槽(4)的上方连接设有进液管(42),进液管(42)管口位于机壳(3)外,进液管(42)上设有流量调节阀;所述机壳(3)顶部设有紫外线灯,而光触媒滤板(5)位于紫外线灯照射范围内;所述滤芯(1)包括外框、蜂窝通道(2)、第一滤层(11)和第二滤层(12),第一滤层(11)、第二滤层(12)均涂覆有纳米银离子;在所述外框空间范围内设有蜂窝通道(2),蜂窝通道(2)采用过滤条(21)弯折而成;所述过滤条(21)包括外套(22)和内芯,其中,外套(22)为胶化棉材料,其中,内芯包括外层(23)和内层,外层(23)采用无纺布面料包裹二氧化钦和活性炭粉;所述进风口(6)和出风口(7)处均设有出风格栅。
2.根据权利要求1所述的室内空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述放液阀(43)为单向阀。
3.根据权利要求1所述的室内空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述蜂窝通道(2)的孔径为2.5-4毫米,蜂窝通道(2)的深度为10-16毫米。
