Abstract

本发明涉及织造技术领域,具体涉及一种多色经大提花织物用于全彩色图像织造的自动纹织设计方法。本法建构了一系列无重复大循环的基元组织,通过数种色纱搭配混合出数千种织物色彩和肌理效果,大大提高了现有多色经提花技术的色彩层次和色彩饱和度;设计了覆盖全色系的256个最适合多色经织物色彩表现的组织结构,建立了具有真实颜色效果的256色计算机色彩库;使用该色彩库对真彩色计算机图像进行索引分色,计算机分色稿效果非常接近实物织物效果,计算机程序可完成组织的自动对应和关联,并快速生成织物的上机文件,从而实现全彩色多色经大提花织物纹织设计的快速实现;使用本法纹样不需经过修点即可立即上机织造,所制成织物交织密度高,色彩丰富,层次分明,清晰度好。

技术领域
本发明涉及织造技术领域,具体涉及一种多色经大提花织物用于全彩色图像织造的自动纹织设计方法。
背景技术
彩色提花织物是艺术和纺织技术的一种完美结合,也是提花织物设计中的难点,只用有限的经纬色线将一幅真彩色的图像交织出来,整个过程要处理大量的组织和意匠色。传统纹织工艺设计好一只产品往往需要数月甚至更长,不但效率低下且色彩与纹样的局限较大,提花产品颜色饱和度和色彩层次不佳,如成品不满意需调整,则更是繁琐不堪。依托于各种纺织品设计CAD软件的运用,相对于传统设计方法,彩色提花织物的设计效率和设计水平得到了极大的提高。但由于缺少对织物组织结构设计原理和织物色彩混合原理的综合研究,在彩色提花织物设计的实际应用中,纹织CAD系统仅作为传统人工意匠和轧花的简单替代,制约了彩色提花织物纹织设计技术的创新。
多色经提花织物是一类非常具代表性且市场需求较大的高档彩色提花织物,多色经提花织物属于经显色结构,源于欧洲的棉型彩色织锦(Jacquard Tapestry),其由经纬密度较低、线型较粗的多色经线和多色纬线交织而成。多色经提花织物通常采用多色涤纶网络丝作为经,黑白色棉纱作为纬。色彩层次丰富,花纹饱满,装饰效果好,适宜表现风格粗犷、色彩层次感较强的画面,是一种较为粗犷的装饰织物。因其兼具天然纤维和化学纤维的优点,具有非常高的实用价值,深受广大消费者的喜爱。传统意匠设色设计模式的纹样色一般不超过40个,且在纹样修点、组织设计、组织对应上要耗费大量的时间和精力。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,提供一种多色经大提花织物用于全彩色图像织造的自动纹织设计方法。本发明属于计算机自动组织对应的制作方法,纹样设色最多可达256色,纹样不需修点,并由计算机自动完成组织的自动对应。纹样不需修点,不需费时设计组织,实现具有256色全彩色图像多色经提花织物的快速设计,大大缩短织物的开发过程,获得的织物交织密度高,色彩丰富,清晰度高。
为了达到上述发明目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种多色经大提花织物用于全彩色图像织造的自动纹织设计方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)基元组织的构建:基元组织循环采用四枚,由四枚基元组织形成9种有效的组织点变化;
(2)256色织物色卡的建立:经过实际织造结果测色分析,筛选出能覆盖全色系的256个最适合多色经织物色彩表现的组织结构,采用颜色测试设备得到256色织物色块的颜色值,将织物色块的真实颜色值按色系排列输入计算机,建立计算机256色色彩库;
(3)使用256色彩库对真彩色图像进行索引分色,计算机程序完成组织的自动对应和关联,并快速生成织物的上机文件;
(4)将所制作的上机文件配置于织机,开动织机制织出具有全彩色图像效果的多色经大提花织锦。
分光光度测色和数码测色都可作为有效的组织空间混色色彩标识。将多色经色卡中按色系排列的256色组织色块进行颜色测试,得到每个组织色块的真实颜色值,并生成供真彩色图像分色的颜色库,用该色库对真彩色图像进行分色,分色图像中每个彩色像素点便都准确地对应着能够产生该色彩的织物组织,最终达到计算机组织自动对应的目的。由于目前计算机自动分色技术都是在 RGB 色彩模式下进行,因此,该方法能够确保生成的分色色库可供分色系统采用。使用织物组织的实际颜色用于真彩色图像的分色,256索引色图像基本体现织物的实际色彩效果,并完成组织的自动对应。
一种基于上述方法的织造方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)纹样准备:根据所织织物的风格和尺寸选择具有相应清晰度的全彩色图像作为纹样;
(2)在计算机程序中,用上述所建立的256色彩库对纹样进行索引分色;
(3)纹板自动生成:纹样不需修点,计算机程序根据系统所设置的索引色组织配对,自动关联索引色,根据织机的工艺参数自动生成上机文件;
(4)织机织造:将所制作的上机文件配置于织机,开动制织出具有全彩色图像效果的多色经大提花织物,在织物品种不变的前提下,纹样和色彩的任意变化均无需改变织机的装造和工艺参数。
本发明与现有技术相比,有益效果是:本方案主要利用色彩的空间混合和组织自动对应的原理,其主要的创新一在于建构了四枚无重复大循环的基元组织,通过数种色纱搭配混合出数千种织物色彩和肌理效果,在色彩饱和度和色彩层次上都大大优于现有多色经提花设计技术;创新二在于设计覆盖全色系的256个最适合多色经织物色彩表现的组织结构,建立了具有真实颜色效果的256色计算机色彩库;创新三在于使用该色彩库对真彩色计算机图像进行索引分色,计算机分色稿效果非常接近实物织物效果,计算机程序可完成组织的自动对应和关联,并快速生成织物的上机文件,从而实现全彩色多色经大提花织物纹织设计的快速实现;使用本法纹样不需经过修点即可立即上机织造,所制成织物交织密度高,色彩丰富,层次分明,清晰度好。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步描述说明。
如果无特殊说明,本发明的实施例中所采用的原料均为本领域常用的原料,实施例中所采用的方法,均为本领域的常规方法。
实施例1:
一种六色经三色纬品种织物的织造方法,其中:
经线:166.6dtex×1(1/150D/48F)涤纶低弹网络丝,网络点间距8mm;
6色经轴:红、黄、绿、蓝、黑、白从左至右按1:1:1:1:1:1排列;
纬线:7英支/2棉纱(黑)、10英支/1棉纱(白)、1/150D/48F涤纶低弹网络丝(黄)1:1:1排列;
具体包括以下步骤:
(1)基元组织的构建:基元组织采用四枚,由四枚基元组织形成9种有效的组织点变化;具体如图1和图2所示;
(2)256色织物色卡的建立:经过实际织造结果的测色分析,筛选出覆盖全色系的256个最适合多色经织物色彩表现的组织结构,将多色经色卡中按色系排列的256色组织色块输入计算机,建立计算机256色彩库;如图3所示,
(3)使用256色彩库对真彩色图像进行索引分色,计算机程序完成组织的自动对应和关联,并快速生成织物的上机文件;
(4)将所制作的上机文件配置于织机,开动制织出具有全彩色图像效果的多色经大提花织物。
在步骤(2)中,涉及到纹样准备:根据所织织物的风格和尺寸选择具有相应清晰度的全彩色图像作为纹样;
在步骤(3)中纹样不需修点,计算机程序根据系统所设置的索引色组织配对,自动关联索引色,根据织机的工艺参数自动生成上机文件;
在步骤(4)中:将所制作的上机文件配置于织机,开动制织出具有全彩色图像效果的多色经大提花织物,在织物品种不变的前提下,纹样和色彩的任意变化均无需改变织机的装造和工艺参数。具体的流程图见图3。
实施例2:
一种多色经大提花织物用于全彩色图像织造的自动纹织设计方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)基元组织的构建:基元组织循环采用四枚,由四枚基元组织形成9种有效的组织点变化;经线:166.6dtex×1(1/150D/48F)涤纶低弹网络丝,网络点间距8mm;6色经轴:红、黄、绿、蓝、黑、白从左至右按1:1:1:1:1:1排列;纬线:7英支/2棉纱(黑)、10英支/1棉纱(白)、1/150D/48F涤纶低弹网络丝(黄)1:1:1排列;
(2)256色织物色卡的建立:经过实际织造结果测色分析,筛选出能覆盖全色系的256个最适合多色经织物色彩表现的组织结构,采用颜色测试设备得到256色织物色块的颜色值,将织物色块的真实颜色值按色系排列输入计算机,建立计算机256色色彩库;

(4)将所制作的上机文件配置于织机,开动织机制织出具有全彩色图像效果的多色经大提花织锦。
设计完成后,织造的具体步骤为:
(1)纹样准备:根据所织织物的风格和尺寸选择具有相应清晰度的全彩色图像作为纹样;
(2)在计算机程序中,用上述所建立的256色彩库对纹样进行索引分色;
(3)纹板自动生成:纹样不需修点,计算机程序根据系统所设置的索引色自动关联对应的组织,根据织机的工艺参数自动生成上机文件;
(4)织机织造:将所制作的上机文件配置于织机,开动制织出具有全彩色图像效果的多色经大提花织物,在织物品种不变的前提下,纹样和色彩的任意变化均无需改变织机的装造和工艺参数。织造后的实物效果见图5。

1.一种多色经大提花织物用于全彩色图像织造的自动纹织设计方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)基元组织的构建:基元组织循环采用四枚,由四枚基元组织形成9种有效的组织点变化;
(2)256色织物色卡的建立:经过实际织造结果测色分析,筛选出能覆盖全色系的256个最适合多色经织物色彩表现的组织结构,采用颜色测试设备得到256色织物色块的颜色值,将织物色块的真实颜色值按色系排列输入计算机,建立计算机256色色彩库;
(3)使用256色彩库对真彩色图像进行索引分色,计算机程序完成组织的自动对应和关联,并快速生成织物的上机文件;
(4)将所制作的上机文件配置于织机,开动织机制织出具有全彩色图像效果的多色经大提花织锦。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于上述方法的织造方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)纹样准备:根据所织织物的风格和尺寸选择具有相应清晰度的全彩色图像作为纹样;
(2)在计算机程序中,用上述所建立的256色彩库对纹样进行索引分色;
(3)纹板自动生成:纹样不需修点,计算机程序根据系统所设置的索引色自动关联对应的组织,根据织机的工艺参数自动生成上机文件;
(4)织机织造:将所制作的上机文件配置于织机,开动制织出具有全彩色图像效果的多色经大提花织物,在织物品种不变的前提下,纹样和色彩的任意变化均无需改变织机的装造和工艺参数。
