Abstract

本发明的目的在于针对反射颜料色彩单一的现状,提供一种紫色系近红外反射隔热颜料的简易制备方法。该颜料兼具高反射率和多孔结构,拥有较高的综合隔热性能,且制备方法简易,耐候性良好,可广泛应用于建筑外墙、汽车、工业设备表面、塑料、色母料等领域,具有广阔的应用前景。

一种紫色近红外高反射隔热颜料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种紫色近红外高反射隔热颜料的制备,属于颜料制备技术领域。
背景介绍
具有隔热性能的有色颜料不仅能够有效降低城市地区建筑热量累积还可以满足人们对色彩的追求,从而使它们被广泛地用在建筑外墙和屋顶涂料中。颜料从隔热机理方面可以分为阻隔型,反射型以及辐射型三种类型,其中以反射型和隔热型最为常见。
当反射型和隔热型的有效结合,可以达到最佳的隔热效果。太阳光的热量近一半集中在近红外区域,通常,相同颜色的物体对可见光的反射程度基本相同,因此在颜色一定的情况下,提高其近红外波段的反射率可以提高其对热量的反射能力。同时,材料如果具备多孔结构,可以有效延长热传导的路程,从而降低了传热效率;孔洞中的气体存在又可以降低其导热系数,降低材料的热传导与热对流,从而达到隔热的效果。
然而现今的反射涂料存在阻隔模式单一、反射率低、制备过程繁杂、能耗高以及颜色单一的问题,未能满足当今涂料对色彩以及高隔热性能的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对反射颜料色彩单一的现状,提供一种紫色系近红外反射隔热颜料的简易制备方法。该颜料兼具高反射率和多孔结构,拥有较高的综合隔热性能,且制备方法简易,耐候性良好,可广泛应用于建筑外墙、汽车、工业设备表面、塑料、色母料等领域,具有广泛的应用前景。
本发明的技术方案是:
按一定的摩尔比称取一定量的钇盐、钴盐和磷酸在烧杯中,然后加入去离子水进行溶解,升温至80℃,恒温搅拌1小时;在烧杯中加入含有碳酸根或碳酸氢根的沉淀剂进行沉淀,可观察到溶液颜色由红色逐渐褪色且产生紫色沉淀,直至pH至7-8停止加入沉淀剂,保持搅拌,继续恒温反应1小时;对产物进行静置,水洗,抽滤后放置60℃烘箱干燥12小时得到前驱体;
将前驱体进行研磨后,放入马氏炉中,600℃高温煅烧5小时。随炉冷却后,研磨,得到所述紫色近红外反射隔热颜料。
上述钇盐为六合水硝酸钇、氧化钇和氯化钇中的一种或多种;
上述钴盐为六合水硝酸钴、氧化钴和氯化钴中的一种或多种;
钴离子和钇离子的摩尔比为0.5~5;
上述沉淀剂为碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、碳酸钾和碳酸氢钾中的一种或多种;
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供了一种紫色系近红外反射隔热颜料的制备方法,其制备简便,近红外反射率可达56%~68%,兼具多孔结构,具有较高的综合隔热能力。同时,本发明的颜料对环境和人体无伤害,耐酸耐碱性良好。
具体实施案例:
称取4.85g六合水硝酸钇、4.85g六合水硝酸钴和6.5g 85%的磷酸在烧杯中,然后加入100g去离子水进行溶解,升温至80℃,恒温搅拌1小时;在烧杯中滴加碳酸钠溶液进行沉淀,可观察到溶液颜色由红色逐渐褪色且产生紫色沉淀,直至pH至7-8停止滴加,保持搅拌,继续恒温反应1小时;对产物进行静置,三次水洗,抽滤后放置60℃烘箱干燥12小时得到前驱体;
将前驱体进行研磨后,放入马氏炉中,600℃高温煅烧5小时。随炉冷却后,研磨,得到所述紫色近红外反射隔热颜料。

Claims (1)

1.按一定的摩尔比称取一定量的钇盐、钴盐和磷酸在烧杯中,然后加入去离子水进行溶解,升温至80℃,恒温搅拌1小时;在烧杯中加入含有碳酸根或碳酸氢根的沉淀剂进行沉淀,可观察到溶液颜色由红色逐渐褪色且产生紫色沉淀,直至pH至7-8停止加入沉淀剂,保持搅拌,继续恒温反应1小时;对产物进行静置,水洗,抽滤后放置60℃烘箱干燥12小时得到前驱体;
将前驱体进行研磨后,放入马氏炉中,600℃高温煅烧5小时。随炉冷却后,研磨,得到所述紫色近红外反射隔热颜料。
